The conversational agents such as AI speakers utilize voice conversation for human-computer interaction. Voice recognition errors often occur in conversational situations. Recognition errors in user utterance records can be categorized into two types. The first type is misrecognition errors, where the agent fails to recognize the user's speech entirely. The second type is misinterpretation errors, where the user's speech is recognized and services are provided, but the interpretation differs from the user's intention. Among these, misinterpretation errors require separate error detection as they are recorded as successful service interactions. In this study, various text separation methods were applied to detect misinterpretation. For each of these text separation methods, the similarity of consecutive speech pairs using word embedding and document embedding techniques, which convert words and documents into vectors. This approach goes beyond simple word-based similarity calculation to explore a new method for detecting misinterpretation errors. The research method involved utilizing real user utterance records to train and develop a detection model by applying patterns of misinterpretation error causes. The results revealed that the most significant analysis result was obtained through initial consonant extraction for detecting misinterpretation errors caused by the use of unregistered neologisms. Through comparison with other separation methods, different error types could be observed. This study has two main implications. First, for misinterpretation errors that are difficult to detect due to lack of recognition, the study proposed diverse text separation methods and found a novel method that improved performance remarkably. Second, if this is applied to conversational agents or voice recognition services requiring neologism detection, patterns of errors occurring from the voice recognition stage can be specified. The study proposed and verified that even if not categorized as errors, services can be provided according to user-desired results.

이 본문에서는 Root cause Aanlysis을 통한 결과와 PIF(Performance Influencing Factor) 평가 결과를 보여준다.
This paper is to find out the reason why students often make mistakes with 0 during computation and to get some instructional implication. For this, history of 0 is reviewed and mathematics textbook and workbook are analyzed. History of 0 tells us that the ancients had almost the same problem with 0 as we have. So we can guess children's problems with 0 have a kind of epistemological obstacles. And textbook analysis tells us that there are some instructional problems with 0 in textbooks: method and time of introducing 0, method of introducing computational algorithms, implicit teaching of the number facts with 0, ignoring the problems which can give rise to errors with 0. Finally, As a reult of analysis of Japanese and German textbooks, three instructional implications are induced:(i) emphasis of role of 0 as a place holder in decimal numeration system (ii) explicit and systematic teaching of the process and product of calculation with 0 (iii) giving practice of problems which can give rise to errors with 0 for prevention of systematical errors with 0.

The purpose of the present study was to analyze the types of errors made by students in the figure domain at the stages of first and second semester of 4th grade in elementary school that include the definition and the properties of figure, to identify the causes of such errors, and to help the teaching of the 4th grade figure domain. When the trends of errors were analyzed for each question, the most common error was the wrong use of theorems or definitions, and its main causes were student's low level in geometry and limited concept images. Thus, it is necessary to make them have clear understanding of these concepts and terms and students need to do various activities suitable for their level in geometry. In addition, figure images presented in the mathematics textbooks and the mathematics practice book have limitations. Thus, figures of various positions and lengths should be presented and described accurately, and the books should be redesigned for various practical activities.

The purpose of this study was to identify pre-service teachers' Pedagogical Content Knowledge (PCK) about decimal calculation. A written questionnaire was developed dealing with decimal calculation. A total of 152 pre-service teachers from 3 universities were selected for this study; they had taken an elementary mathematics teaching method course and had no teaching experience. The results were as follows: First, with regard to the method of decimal calculation, most pre-service teachers were familiar with algorithms introduced in the textbook. But with regard to the meaning of decimal calculations, they had difficulties in understanding decimal multiplication or decimal division with decimal number. Second, pre-service teachers recognized reasons of errors as well as errors patterns that student might make. But this recognition was limited mainly to errors related to natural number calculation. Third, pre-service teachers frequently commented about decimals algorithms, picture models, the meanings of decimal calculations, and connections to natural number calculations. Many of them represented the meanings of decimal calculations through picture models as to help students' understanding, while they just mentioned algorithms or treated decimal calculation as natural number calculations with decimal point.
Behavioral errors of the seafarers are one of the major causes of collisions and are usually corrected through education and training. To correct this behavioral error, the structure in which the behavioral error occurs needs to be identified and analyzed. For this purpose, behavior observation data were obtained through ship maneuvering simulation for collision encounters. The 9-state behavior classification frame proposed by Reason was used for the behavior observation and 50 university students were involved in the experiment. Behavioral analysis used the behavioral model of collision avoidance success and failure, which was developed from the 9-state Left-to-Right Hidden Markov modeling technique. As a result of the experiment, the difference between behaviors of success and failure of collision avoidance was clearly identified, and the linkage between 9-state behaviors, required to prevent collision, was derived.
