원자로 입구노즐에서의 원자로 냉각재 펌프에 의한 맥동압력 준위 예측

  • 원자로 입구노즐에서 원자로 냉각재 펌프에 의한 맥동압력 준위를 원자로 하향통로와 저온 관을 상관시켜 예측하는 방법에 관하여 분석하였다. 원자로 하향통로에서의 맥동압력은 원자로 내부구조물의 건전성 평가에 쓰이는 중요한 인자로 이 값을 정확히 구하기 위해서는 경계조건인 입구노즐에서의 맥동압력을 정확히 예측해야 한다. 이를 위해 원자로 하향통로와 저온관을 상관시켜 원자로 입구노즐에서의 펌프에 의한 맥동압력 준위를 계산하였으며 Palo Verde Unit 1의 실험치와 비교 분석하였다. 분석 결과, 제시된 맥동압력 준위 예측모델은 500℉의 경우 비교적 잘 일치하였으나, 565℉의 경우 상당한 차이가 있었으므로 추가적인 검토 및 수정 작업이 요구된다.

An Analytical Study on Supersonic Under-Expanded Jet (초음속 부족팽창 제트유동에 관한 해석적 연구)

  • Based upon the results of numerical calculation, empirical scaling equations were made for supersonic under-expanded jets in both axisymmetric and two dimensional flows. The objective of the present study is to find a straightforward method that can predict the under-expanded supersonic jets issuing from various kinds of nozzles. The present empirical equations were agreed with the calculation results of total variation diminishing difference scheme. The supersonic under-expanded jets operating at a given pressure ratio could be well predicted by the present scaling equations.

기술사마당 - 풍력발전기의 소음영향 및 저감방안

  • 풍력발전단지의 운영으로 인한 주된 소음은 풍력발전기의 고체음과 바람을 가르는 마찰 기류음으로 대별된다. 본 원고(原稿)에서는 소음레벨을($L_{PAN}$) 정량적으로 예측, 계산하는데 이용하는 소음예측식을 풍력발전에 맞게 이론적으로 해석하고, 소음발생원의 특성을 분석하여 운영시 소음영향 및 저감방안을 검토하였다. 풍력발전 사업계획시 소음예측식과 소음모델링(CadnaA version4.1, SoundPLAN version7.0 해석 결과 등)을 이용한 예측결과를 서로 비교 검토하고, 운영시(사후환경영향조사 등) 실제 소음레벨과 소음예측 결과를 서로 비교분석하여 데이터를 축척하길 바란다. 제언한 소음저감방안이 불충분한 경우 발전기의 배치와 설치간격, 발전기종 및 발전용량, 설치장소의 재선정 등을 추가 검토할 필요가 있다.

  • 본 논문에서는 고속철도 급전계통 주변에서 여러가지 운전 조건하의 자계를 예측 계산하였다. 여기에서는 자계해석 방법으로 Biot Savart's law에 기반을 둔 해석식을 사용하였으며 대지 귀환회로를 계산과정에 포함하여 실제에 가까운 모델링을 하였다. 계산결과 열차 주변 지상 1m 부근의 플랫폼에서 자계의 크기그하였으며, 국제비전리방사보호위원회(ICNIRP)의 자기장 권고기준과 비교하여 평가하였다.

The Path Loss Prediction in Korean Terrain Environment (한국 지형에서의 무선호출 주파수 대역의 전계강도 예측모델)

  • Path loss prediction method, one of the most essential parts in measuring the service area in mobile telecommunication, has been developed for many years. But, wave propagation depends on many kinds of environmental factors such as frequency, distance, the heights of transmitting and receiving antenna and the terrain status(buildings in large city, hilly terrain, mountain). These are the main reasons that the propagation models developed in foreign environments can not fit into Korean propagation condition. In this paper, therefore, we performed the measurement in Korean terrain environment in pager frequency band after deviding the terrain characteristics into six types. With this measured data, we derived several curves that follows the long-term wave progagation behavior and developed the wave propagftion prediction model which calculates the field strength at any point in the service area. The proposed model estimates the field strength in two categories, LOS(line-of-sight), or non LOS. We applied this model using the digital terrain data base and compared with the measured data. The result shows that the errors were between 3~9dB, which turned out to be practical.

Developing a Predictive Model for the Shelf-life of Fish Cake (어묵의 유통기한 예측모델의 개발)

  • To develop a predictive model for the shelf-life of fish cake, fish cake was stored at 30, 35, or $40^{\circ}C$ and populations of total aerobic bacteria were determined during storage. Gompertz model parameters were determined and their dependence on temperature formulated as a quadratic equation for applications toward shelf-life prediction. The predicted shelf-life values for fish cake used in this study were 6.9, 5.5, and 3.8 days at 0, 4, and $10^{\circ}C$, respectively. The shelf-life prediction equation was appropriate based on statistical analyses that reveal accuracy and bias factors. These results suggest that our prediction model is applicable for estimating the shelf-life of fish cake.

  • To estimate the radiative heat loss from greenhouses, a new equation for calculating the sky temperature is presented. The sky temperature in the Daegu region was measured using a pyrgeometer and calculated using different equations according to the cloudiness. The calculated and measured results were then compared to identify the best equation for calculating the sky temperature. The difference value between the air and sky temperature was dissimilar and increased as the cloud amount decreased. On clear days the difference value was 10~20 times greater than that on cloudy and rainy days. When analyzing the correlationship between the calculated and measured sky temperatures on clear days, Bliss's and Clark & Allen's equations were found to be superior to the other equations. However, on cloudy days, the best correlationship between the calculated and measured sky temperatures was exhibited by Fuentes's equation. Therefore, a new equation is proposed for calculating the sky temperature on a cloudy day.

제어봉 낙하 반응도 측정에서 중성자원, 감마, 중성자 분포 함수의 복합적인 영향 분석

  • 임계 근처에서 반응도 미터로 계단식 반응도 변화를 측정할 때는 중성자원과 감마의 영향 하에서도 정확한 반응도를 결정할 수 있으며, 중성자원과 감마를 측정할 수도 있다. 중성자원과 감마의 영향은 없으나 중성자 분포 함수만 변하는 경우에는 계산으로 예측한 분포 함수의 변화로 측정된 중성자 신호를 보정하여 반응도를 예측할 수 있다. 그러나 중성자원, 감마, 분포 함수가 복합적으로 작용하는 경우에 대하여는 이러한 방법을 적용할 수 없다. 이 매 중성자원과 감마의 영향만 있는 경우에 적용하는 방법을 쓰면 분포 함수의 변화가 측정 결과에 어떤 영향을 미치는지 분석하였다. 그 결과 분포 함수의 변화도 어느 정도 측정이 가능하며, 계산으로 예측하는 분포 함수의 변화로 측정 결과를 단순 보정하여 실제 반응도를 예측할 수 있는 것으로 나타났다.

Development of Wind Farm AEP Prediction Program Considering Directional Wake Effect (방향별 후류를 고려한 풍력발전단지 연간 에너지 생산량 예측 프로그램 개발 및 적용)

  • For accurate AEP prediction in a wind farm, it is necessary to effectively calculate the wind speed reduction and the power loss due to the wake effect in each wind direction. In this study, a computer program for AEP prediction considering directional wake effect was developed. The results of the developed program were compared with the actual AEP of the wind farm and the calculation result of existing commercial software to confirm the accuracy of prediction. The applied equations are identical with those of commercial software based on existing theories, but there is a difference in the calculation process of the detection of the wake effect area in each wind direction. As a result, the developed program predicted to be less than 1% of difference to the actual capacity factor and showed more than 2% of better results compared with the existing commercial software.

Predictions of Curvature Ductility Factor of Reinforced Concrete Beam Sections Used High Strength Concrete and Steel (고강도 재료를 사용한 철근콘크리트 보 단면의 곡률연성지수 예측)

  • The high strength materials have been more widely used in a large reinforced concrete structures. It is known that the use of high strength material in RC structures give the benefits of the mechanical and durable properties, but the ductility decreases with an increase in the strength of the materials. In the design of a reinforced concrete beam, both the flexural strength and ductility need to be considered. So, it is necessary to assess accurately the ductility of the beam with high strength materials in order to ensure the ductility requirement in design. In this study, the effects of the material strength on the flexural behavior and curvature ductility factor of reinforcement concrete beam sections with various reinforcement conditions have been evaluated and a newly prediction formula for curvature ductility factor of RC beam has been developed considering the stress of compression reinforcement at ultimate state. The proposed predictions for the curvature ductility factor which is applicable to both singly and doubly reinforced concrete beam are verified by comparisons with other prediction formulas and the proposed formula offers fairly accurate within 9% error and consistent predictions for curvature ductility factor of reinforced concrete beam.
