벤처기업 재무는 일반재무와 달리, 사업모델과 발전단계에 따른 자금조달과 이를 시장에서 실현하여 투자수익을 회수하는 것이 중요하다. 그러나 이것이 중요하다고 해서 재무적 추정과 구체적인 소요자금 산출과 이에 따른 예산 집행이 아무렇게나 버려져도 된다는 것은 아니다. 벤처기업 성공의 또 다른 열쇠는 벤처재무를 얼마나 제대로 이해하고 실행하느냐에 달려있다.

본 논문에서는 바다나 강을 가로지르는 대교건설에 있어서 교각의 시공을 돕는 지그설치를 3차원으로 설계하여 시뮬레이션 해봄으로서 대교건설에 소요되는 시간 및 예산을 줄이는데 목적이 있다. 또한 지그의 간섭부위를 미리 예측함으로서 건설엔지니어링의 기술노하우를 강화하고자 한다.

대학의 생명은 대학운영의 자율성이다. 대학 외부의 대학에 대한 통제와 간섭은 대학의 창의적인 교육과 연구활동을 위축시키고, 그 결과 국가와 대학의 발전을 저해한다. 새로운 기구의 신설로 인한 예산이나 인력의 소요보다는 기존의 기구에 대한 정비·확장과 대학평가기관 간의 유기적인 평가체제 구축을 통한 기능의 활성화를 기하는 것이 국가와 대학의 발전에 기여할 것이다. 따라서 정부로부터 독립된 자율적인 기구로서 공정하고 객관적인 평가를 실시하여 그 결과로 신뢰도를 확보할 수 있을 것이다.

과학기술의 발전은 무기체계의 첨단화를 촉진시키고 전쟁 수행 방식을 획기적으로 변화시키고 있다. 급변하는 안보환경과 전쟁양상에 능동적으로 대처하지 못하면 미래의 육군은 낙후된 군으로 전락할 수밖에 없게 될 것이다. 따라서 육군은 미래 조국의 통일과 번영을 뒷받침하기 위해 '첨단, 정예화된 선진육군'으로 거듭나야 한다. 이를 위해 지금부터 준비하고 적정예산을 안정적으로 확보하여 투자하지 않으면 안 된다. 군사력 건설을 위해서는 선행기간이 10년이상 소요되기 때문이다.

Using the cost-risk portfolio approach, this study suggests a fiscal budgeting model that provide a measure to allocate fiscal budget among the strategies responding to oil crisis. In addition, it calculates the appropriate fiscal distribution among policy measures for the 2000 to 2006 fiscal years. According to the empirical results, a certain amount of budget should be allocated to the option using futures markets. The strategic stockpiling option turns out be hard to be included in the policy portfolio due to its costs much higher that the other options. Oil well development option should take more than half of total budget since its expenses are assumed to be relatively low.

지적재조사사업을 효율적으로 추진 시행하기 위해서는 법안, 소요예산, 소요기간, 적용기술, 소요인원, 청산방법, 수행조직 등 다양한 제반 요소들에 대한 계획의 수립 및 정립이 필요하다. 그간 많은 연구와 노력에 힘입어 사업추진을 위한 제반 요소들에 대해서는 어느 정도는 정립이 되어있다. 그럼에도 불구하고 지속적으로 사업의 타당성 부족 등이 언급되는 원인에 대해서는 시각을 달리하여 볼 필요성이 있다. 지적재조사사업의 경우, 지적재조사에 대한 국민들의 올바른 인식과 사업의 필요성에 대한 공감대의 형성이 최우선이나 기존 지적재조사사업의 수립에 있어서는 이 부분에 대한 고려가 미흡하였다고 본다. 본 연구에서는 지적재조사 사업 수행을 위해 기존에서 제기되고 있는 일반적인 홍보 전략들과 이에 대한 문제점들을 고찰해 보고 이를 통해 보다 실질적인 홍보 전략을 모색하고자 하였다.

임베디드 시스템에서의 소프트웨어 비중과 규모의 지수적 증가로 인해 관련 개발 프로젝트의 경우 많은 개발 지원도구를 활용한 개발활동이 이루어 지고 있다. 하지만 각 개발 조직간 상이한 개발 지원도구의 사용과 관리로 인해, 협업 개발체제에 문제가 발생하고 있으며, 단위 개발조직의 개발 지원도구의 추가 소요량 산정시 정량적인 데이터에 근거하지 않은 부정확한 구매 예측으로 인해 많은 개발 예산의 낭비가 발생하고 있다. 이에 본 연구에서는 개발 조직간 개발 효율성을 높이기 위한 효율적인 인프라 환경을 구축하기 위해, 통합 도메인 환경하에 개발 지원도구의 일원화된 관리와 개발조직간의 라인센스 사용량 측정을 위한 모니터링 시스템 개발로, 개발 지원 도구 추가 소요 발생시 정확한 소요량 예측과, 사용량에 근거한 공정한 비용 분배 절차를 제시하고자 한다.

In recent years, the development of weapons systems in the field of defense research and development has become increasingly large, complex, and long-term, and so have budgets and the time spans involved. In order to improve this, the Weapon Systems Requirement Verification Committee, which benchmarked the preliminary feasibility of the private sector, was established to verify the appropriateness of requirements, and the necessity and priority of the projects. This research proposes a methodology for analyzing and prioritizing proposed weapons systems for effective and strategic allocation of defense budget funding. First, the evaluation factors that can be used in the defense sector were assessed by analyzing the related fields. We set the weighting of items by using the analytical hierarchy process for technical risk assessment and technical profitability evaluation. After that, we applied the methodology to 32 weapons systems and analyzed the results. In conclusion, through this study, it was possible to analyze profitability dimensions overlooked in the existing methodology.

Advanced high-tech weapons have enormous affect on combat strength in modern warfare. However, lack of maintenance can cause decrease in equipment operating rate as well as decrease in expectation on demonstrative effect of combat strength during wartime. Therefore it is essential for combat readiness that the optimum requirement of equipment maintenance cost are forecasted and included in the budget. In this paper, the trend of equipment maintenance cost about K-111 1/4t military vehicle is first analyzed by evaluating the performance data of field operation. Secondly, based on above analyzed results, the forecasting model of equipment maintenance cost is designed. Finally, by applying this forecasting model, suggestion and estimation method of equipment maintenance cost have presented for the foreseeable future.

Since the beginning of our military history, we are continuously interested in supplying apartment for military officers. So we possessed 72,361 households and used in 2002 however, $18\%$ of those are over 20years and need to be remodeled Department of Military has taken this fact seriously To solve the problems, they built more new buildings, rent public buildings and remodeled the old one But, The procedure of present military apartment remodeling has many problems at the stage of evaluating the priorities in various remodeling projects which have been caused from lots of corps. I've reviewed the study of military apartment business and applied the AHP(Analytic Hierarchy Process) method which is effective to evaluate the priority in various groups' decision.
