Purpose: This study is a comparative study conducted to examine the differences in attitudes toward COVID-19 prevention, self-leadership, and infection prevention behaviors among nursing students based on their experience in community volunteer related to infection disease prevention. Method: A total of 286 nursing students (146 in the experimental group and 140 in the control group) from 14 regions across the country were conveniently sampled from November 1 to 30, 2021, and the average difference in each variable according to participation in volunteer activities was analyzed using a t-test. Results: The comparison of differences based on participation in volunteer activities showed that the group with volunteer experience had a statistically significantly higher score in all variables: attitudes toward COVID-19 prevention (42.25±5.35 points) compared to those without experience (40.02±6.30 points)(p=.001), self-leadership (72.04±13.18 points) compared to those without experience (66.58±10.85 points)(p<.000), and infectious disease prevention behavior (44.31±7.62 points) compared to those without experience (39.38±7.20 points)(p<.000). Conclusion: This study provides practical and educational implications by suggesting a direction for educating nursing students who will need to provide actual care in future infectious disease outbreaks. These results suggest that nursing students could carry out volunteer service related infection diseases prevention through customized education and promotion programs for different target groups, which could be supported by school budgets, club activities, or incorporated into regular courses. Furthermore, it can be utilized as foundational data for the development of future nursing education programs

본 논문은 최근 발생된 주요 사회재난에 대해 살펴보고 재해경감활동차원에서 대응 및 개선 방안에 대해 살펴보았다. 그동안 국회의 입법 활동은 물론이거니와 국가, 지자체 또한 크고 작은 재난에 대해 그때마다 각종 대책을 쏟아내고 있지만 재난을 근본적으로 예방 또는 방지하는 데는 많은 어려움이 있었다. 이는 최근 발생된 이태원 10.29 참사에서 볼 수 있듯이 사회재난은 자연재해와는 달리 재난의 예측 어려움은 물론이거니와 전혀 예상하지 못한 상황에서 재난이 발생할 수 있음을 감안하여 재해경감을 위한 충분한 대책을 마련하는 등 예방 활동을 사전에 전반적으로 강화하여 나갈 필요가 있다. 특히 이태원 10.29 참사는 안전대책, 매뉴얼이 제대로 작동되지 않은 총체적인 안전 불감증의 대표적인 사례로 볼 수 있을 것이다. 따라서 PDCA 사이클을 중심으로 재난 예방 및 발생 가능성 최소화를 위한 재해경감활동 차원에서 대응방안을 모색하고 개선하는데 그 목적이 있다.

The purpose of this study was to explore what chiefs of tong/ri' experiences in suicide prevention activities are and what their changes are. The study participants are three chiefs of tong/ri who have participated in suicide prevention activities for more than two years in the community. In order to gain a deeper understanding of their respective experiences, used a qualitative method of narrative study. Chiefs of tong/ri' experiences experience in participating in suicide prevention activities consisted of start, experience, change and growth. The meaning is as follows. They did a "light start" with the idea that they could do it easily in their original activities. "Escape from the burden" of learning and maintaining each of own ways in the difficult problem of suicide prevention, "Responsibility as a chief" was the driving force behind suicide prevention activities. They were able to find "change of their own" because of the activity naturally.

국내의 경우 성매매 지역을 통한 에이즈 감염은 우려할 수준은 아니지만 에이즈의 주요 전파경로가 성관계인 점을 미루어 본다면 성매매 지역은 에이즈 예방활동 대상지역이다. 예방활동이 효과적으로 수행되기 위해서는 이 지역의 콘돔사용 실태를 파악하는 것이 무엇보다 중요하다.

This study examined the factors influencing the suicide prevention gatekeeper participation of 299 grassroots organizational leaders in Gangwon province. For this purpose, participation of activities of suicide prevention gatekeeper was classified into performance intention and intervention level. Performed hierarchical multiple regression analysis by setting participation motives which showed a significant correlation with participation of suicide prevention gatekeeper as independent variables. As a result of the analysis, participation motives affecting performance intention were a sense of mission as a leader, benefits or rewards for activities, the meaning and purpose of suicide prevention, government policy. And participation motives affecting intervention level were invitation of public officials, the meaning and purpose of suicide prevention. Based on the results of this study, suggested implications for the participation of suicide prevention activities in community grassroots organizations and suggestions for future activation.

지역사회경찰활동은 범죄와 무질서, 그리고 범죄에 대한 두려움을 줄이고자 고안되었고, 또한 지역사회의 명백한 요구와 수요를 충족시키기 위해 나타나게 된 하나의 철학이며, 전술이 아니라고 할 수 있다. 지역사회 경찰활동의 기본적 목표를 단순한 범죄의 사후적 통제로부터 더 나아가 범죄예방, 범죄에 대한 시민의 두려움 감소, 공공서비스 강화를 통한 시민생활의 향상으로 확대하여 사전적 예방에 중점을 두고 있다. 우리경찰에서는 현재 지역사회 경찰활동에 관한 여러 가지 정책을 시행해오고 있으며, 이러한 지역 사회경찰활동과 더불어 조현오 경찰청장의 경찰성과주의는 2010년 6월 이후 커다란 이슈가 되어 현재 경찰조직에서 사용되는 평가의 척도로 사용되고 있다. 본 연구에서는 사후적 대처의 성격이 강한 경찰성과주의와 사전적 예방활동의 성격이 강한 지역사회경찰 활동의 주된 내용을 살펴보고, 두 정책의 괴리현상에 대한 문제점을 살펴보도록 한다.

The purpose of this convergence study is to understand the knowledge of cervical cancer and its prevention of cervical cancer in unmarried women. 216 women were collected through self-report questionnaires and analyzed by SPSS program. In result, human papilomavirus vaccination was performed in 33.9%, pap test was performed in 7.9%. The human papilomavirus vaccination and pap test group were 6.7% and human papilomavirus vaccination or pap test group were 28.5%. According to the cervical cancer prevention activities, several differences were detected in the family history of cervical cancer, subjective norms of cervical cancer prevention, perceived behavioral control, and behavioral intention. Therefore, it is important to increase susceptibility of the prevention of cervical cancer in unmarried women, and it is important for the health professionals to perform the most meaningful support system preventing cervical cancer in unmarried women. In addition, various policies should be actively promoted that unmarried women participate in the prevention of cervical cancer actively.
