한국가스안전공사 가스보일러 사고예방대책협의회는 겨울철 가스보일러에 의한 CO 중독사고가 자주 발생함에 따라 CO중독사고 예방대책을 마련하고 예방활동을 활발히 벌이고 있다. 이 협의회는 그동안 보일러의 제조∙설치단계에서부터 검사를 강화하는 한편 기 설치된 보일러 에 대한 제조자 및 시공자의 추진관리체계 구축 등 안전관리체계의 개선을 통해 가스보일러 사고를 미연에 방지하는데 크게 기여하고 있으나 아직도 가스보일러에 의한 CO 중독사고가 근절되지 않고 있다. 따라서 가스보일러 사고예방대책협의회는“CO 중독사고 예방을 위해서는 무엇보다도 가스보일러 설치관련고시와 시공지침에 의한 철저한 시공과 꾸준한 안전관리가 중요하며 무자격자에 의한 시공을 근본적으로 차단하는데 적극 앞장서 사고예방에 만전을 기하여야 한다”고 강조하고 가스보일러 사고예방대책을 발표했다. 기술지도제도는 전문기술인력을 활용하여 재해율이 높은 중ㆍ소규모 현장의 건설재해를 효율적으로 관리하기 위해 정부가 간접적인 안전관리 전문제도로 도입하였다. 하지만 IMF 이후 급격히 변화된 건설현장 안전관리 체계와 재해율 증가, 지도기관 업체의 난립과 부실한 지도업무수행 등으로 기술지도제도의 실효성에 많은 문제점이 발생하고 있다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 기술지도제도의 운영 실태와 관계 법령, 설문조사 자료를 분석하여 문제점을 도출한 후 제도 운영상의 개선 방안, 지도기관의 전문성 강화 방안, 자율적인 안전관리 유도 방안으로 구분한 내실화 방안을 제시함으로써 효율적인 재해예방대책으로서 기술지도제도의 신뢰성을 제고시키는데 그 목적이 있다.

새 예방법의 주요 개정내용으로는 감염인의 사회적 편견과 차별해소를 위해 국가 및 지방자치단체의 의무를 강화하고, 사업주는 근로자가 감염인이라는 이유로 불이익을 주거나 차별대우를 못하도록 하였으며, 근로자에게 후천성면역결핍증 검진결과서를 요구할 수 없도록 하였다.

사람의 건강과 생명은 가장 중요한 가치다. 직업병으로 인한 손상 후 치료하기보다는 발생하지 않도록 예방하는 것이 가장 중요하다. 직업성 급성중독을 예방하고 관리하기 위한 감시체계가 전국적으로 확대되고 보다 세밀해질 필요가 있다.

This study shows the difference between groups with multivariate analysis of fire prevention activities, special investigations of fire safety, and fire safety management according to the management method of apartment houses and the inspection of firefighting facilities. The results of the analysis are as follows. First, there was a significant difference in fire prevention activities according to the quality of inspection of firefighting facilities. This means that fire prevention is high if the fire safety manager's ability to inspect firefighting facilities is excellent and the fire safety inspection is conducted in accordance with national fire safety standards and checklists. Second, there was a significant difference in the fire safety special investigation according to the management method of the apartment buildings. The manual operated by the management entity and the management entity's management and execution help the organization members to expedite work. This expedition of work creates a high possiblity to get a good evaluation from the special investigation of fire safety. Third, analysis of fire prevention activities showed a significant interaction between the inspection of firefighting facilities and the management method of apartment buildings. The analysis shows that that there is a positive correlation between the level of fire prevention and both the fire safety manager's ability to inspect firefighting facilities and the degree to which the inspection is conducted to meet national fire safety standards.

수의사는 동물질병의 예방과 치료뿐만 아니라 축산물의 위생관리 및 안전성확보에 관한 최고의 전문가이다. 또한 축주와 가장 긴밀한 관계를 유지하고 있으며 신뢰관계를 구축하고 있다. 따라서 축산현장에서 올바른 동물용 의약품의 사용과 사양관리에 관해 적극적으로 지도$\cdot$홍보하는 책임있는 수의사의 역할이 잔류예방과 안전한 축산물의 생산을 위한 관건이라 할 수 있다.

The purpose of this study were to investigate knowledge, awareness, performance, and preventive behavior of latent tuberculosis infection management, and to identify influencing factors on preventive behavior of latent tuberculosis infection management of nursing students. The subjects of this study were completed by 191 nursing students from 2 colleges in D City. Data were collected from August 1 to November 30, 2020. Data were analyzed using the t-test, the ANOVA, the Pearson correlation coefficient, and stepwise multiple regression analysis by SPSS ver. 21.0. There were significant positive correlations between preventive behavior of latent tuberculosis infection management and performance(r=.21, p=.003), awareness and performance(r=.88, p<.001). The factors influencing grade and education experience about latent tuberculosis infection management of the study subjects were grade(β=.29, p<.001), final time of education experience about tuberculosis(β=.19, p=.004), and the explanatory power of these variables was 11.9%. The development of preventive behavior of latent tuberculosis infection management education program that focuses grade and final time of education experience about tuberculosis is needed.

예방접종은 예방접종 대상 감염병 예방을 위해 가장 효과적인 보건학적 수단으로 예방접종 기록의 체계적 관리는 개인의 건강보호 및 국가 감염병예방을 위해 매우 중요하다. 이를 위해 질병관리본부는 2002년부터 8개년 국가정보화사업으로 '예방접종등록관리 정보시스템'을 구축하여 연간 1천 4백만 건의 예방접종 내역을 전산등록하고 있다. 최근 스마트폰의 보급 확산과 사용자 증가에 착안하여 전산 등록된 예방접종기록의 활용방안과 함께 예방접종 서비스 질 향상과 함께 적기 접종률 향상을 위해 개인별 예방접종 정보제공 방안이 필요함에 따라 2011년 예방접종도우미 모바일 서비스를 개발하여 제공하게 되었다.
