기게공업의 근간이라고 할 수 있는 공작기계산업은 첨단산업과 관련한 소재공업의 고도화에 따라 고속 고능률화 및 고정밀화 하여 가는 추세에 있으며 이에대한 성능향상 요구는 앞으로도 계속적으로 이어질것이다. 여기서 공작기계의 가공정밀도 및 가공 능률에 결정적인 영향을 주는 요소는 대부분 주축유닛트 부분이며 최근과 같이 고속 고정밀과 유연성을 추구하는 공작기계에서 주축 시스템이 수행하는 역할이란 매우 중요한 위치를 갖는다. 본 연구는 모터내장형 주축시스템에 관해 정.동적측면에서의 구조설계와 시제품에 대한 평가를 수행하여 활용측면에서의 신뢰성을 높일 수있도록 하는 것을 주요 내용으로 하였다. 즉 연구의 첫단계로서 정적인 측면에서의 구조설계를 하여 연구모델을 결정하였으며 다음단계로서 설정된 구조모델에 대해 유한요소 법(FEM)을 이용한 동적해석을 실시하고 실험해석에 의한 이론해석 과정의 수학적모델을 수정,보완한후 고속회전에서의 동적특성을 실제 현상에 가깝도록 예측하여 설계단계에서의 고속운전특성이 주축계의 동적안정성에 미치는 여러 영향등에 관해 고찰하였다.

This study utilized virtual reality to construct a simulated public restroom environment to identify potential hazards. The objective was to discern actual risks in real-world public restrooms through this virtual setup. During the virtual restroom experience, data from the built-in 3-axis accelerometer and gyroscope sensors of testor's smart phones were collected. Analysis of this data helped in identifying spatio temporal factors impacting the users. The determination of these factors as risk elements was based on an evaluation algorithm grounded in data analysis.

본 연구는 청년취업아카데미 창직 프로그램을 수료한 대학생을 대상으로 직업선택의 요인이 창업효능감과 창업의지에 미치는 영향에 대해 살펴보고자 한다. 본 연구의 목적은 첫째, 창직 프로그램 과정을 경험한 대학생들의 직업선택요인이 창업효능감에 미치는 영향에 대해 실증분석하고, 둘째, 창직 프로그램 과정을 경험한 대학생들의 직업선택요인이 창업의도에 미치는 영향에 대해 실증분석 한다. 셋째, 창직 프로그램 과정을 경험한 대학생들의 창업효능감이 창업의도에 미치는 영향에 대해 실증 분석한다. 넷째, 직업 선택요인과 창업의도에 창업효능감의 매개효과를 실증분석한다. 가설에 대한 검증결과 직업선택요인 중 직업장래성은 창업효능감에 긍정적인 영향을 주는 것으로 나타났으며, 직업경제성은 창업 효능감에 부적적인 영향을 주는 것으로 나타났다. 창업효능감은 창업의도에 긍정적인 영향을 주는 것으로 나타났으며, 직업장래성은 창업의도에 긍정적인 영향을 주는 것으로 나타났다. 창업효능감은 직업선택요인이 창업의도에 미치는 영향에 부분 매개역할을 하는 것으로 나타났다. 연구결과를 토대로 청년취업 아카데미 창직과정 프로그램을 운영하는 대학교에서 성과창출을 위한 교육프로그램 개발에 필요한 요소파악 및 적용에 이론적 근거가 될 수 있을 것이다.

Government support for entrepreneurship has been very useful for many young people who start new ventures to chase their dreams. However, it has constantly been abused by unscrupulous people who intend to take advantage of monetary support. Why do some exploit it, while others make good use of it? It is important to examine the immoral personality traits in potential entrepreneurs, because entrepreneurship affects not only individuals, but also the entire society and country. This study investigates the relationship between negative personality traits and nascent entrepreneurship. Specifically, it examines the effects of the dark triad of personality - narcissism, Machiavellianism, and subclinical psychopathy - on entrepreneurial intention, self-efficacy, and productive and unproductive entrepreneurial motives. We conducted a questionnaire-based survey on university students who intend to start new ventures in the future, while pursuing entrepreneurship education. We analyzed a total of 265 responses. We found that narcissism is the only factor that has a positive influence on entrepreneurial intention. Narcissism has a positive effect on entrepreneurial self-efficacy, while psychopathy has a negative effect. We also found that narcissism has a positive influence on productive entrepreneurial motives, while Machiavellianism has a significant negative influence. Finally, we found that Machiavellianism and psychopathy have a positive impact on unproductive entrepreneurial motives.

The objective of the study is to identify the relationship among dominant design determinant factors, product core elements and digital TV. For that, this study uses structural equation modeling through a questionnaire. As a result, dominant design determinant factors effect on product core element such as display, design, characters while display and design influence on dominant digital TV. The study is expected for our TV firms to utilize our research as basic data to build their strategy so as to keep as first movers forever.

본 연구에서는 캐주얼 티셔츠의 디자인을 평가하는 감성 요소를 도출하고, 이것이 소비자 감성에 미치는 영향을 분석하여, 그 결과를 토대로 효과적인 캐주얼 티셔츠 디자인 프로토타입을 제시하였다. 캐주얼 티셔츠 디자인에 대한 소비자 감성의 주요 하위차원으로는 맵시, 평범성, 활동성의 요인이 도출되었다. 또한 캐주얼 티셔츠의 collar형태, 장식유형, 로고의 위치와 크기 그리고 인구 통계학적 특성이 소비자 감성에 영향을 미칠 것이라는 가설에 대한 분산 분석의 결과, 여러 항목에서 유의한 차이를 얻었다. 본 연구에서 의미 있는 감성 효과를 나타난 디자인 세부 요소들은, 캐주얼 티셔츠의 디자인 기획 시에 체계적인 평가기준으로서 활용될 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.

최근 국내의 각 주요 항만 내 ${\cdot}$ 외에 대형 해상교량이 건설되었거나 건설 진행 중이다. 해상교량 중 주로 선박통항이 빈번한 항로부근에 설치되어 선박통항안전성에 밀접한 관련이 있는 교량이나, 항내의 접안시설과 항만 기반 시설에 근접하여 설치된 교량은 선박의 통항 안전성에 직접적인 영향을 미치며, 더 나아가 항만 운영 효율성에 영향을 줄 수 있으므로, 이러한 해상교량에 대한 현황 및 주요 제원을 조사 분석하고자 한다. 특히 선박 통항안전성에 직접적인 영향을 주는 요소인 주경간장, 형하고 등의 주요제원을 결정하게 되는 요인에 대하여 분석한다.

앵글씨 분류에 따른 최대개구시 하악의 수직 변위에 대한 차이를 확인하고, 수직 하악운동에 영향을 주는 골격요소를 확인하기 위하여, 측두하악관절 및 저작계 이상에 대한 증상 및 병력이 없으며 발치 및 교정치료의 경험이 없는 광주지역 대학에 재학중인 학생들을 대상으로, 앵글씨 구치부 관계에 근거하여 1급군(남:30명, 여:49명), 2급군(남:18명, 여:24명)과 3급군(남:18명, 여:33명)으로 분류하여 총 172명(연령 범주:20-30세)의 학생을 선택하였다. 전남대학교 병원 구강내과에서 사용하는 계측용자를 이용하여 최대 개구시 상하악 중절치 절단면간의 거리를 측정하였다. 대상자들의 진단모형을 만들어 상하악궁 길이와 폭경를 측정하였다. 대상자들에 대한 두부 규격방사선 사진을 촬영, 작도하고 방사선학적 지표를 계측, 비교분석하였다. 앵글씨 분류 1급군, 2급군 그리고 3급군 절치간 최대개구량은 3급군이 가장 컸으며 모든 군에서 남자가 여자보다 컸다. 구치간 최대개구량은 앵글씨 분류 1급군, 2급군 그리고 3급군에서 각 군간의 유의한 차이는 없었으나, 모든 군에서 남자가 더 컸다. 앵글씨 분류 1급군과 2급군의 하악운동에서 총 하악골 길이, 하악지 길이, 하악 하연부 길이 그리고 상악궁 폭경이 변수로 나타났으며, 상하악궁 길이와는 역상관관계를 나타내었다. 앵글씨 분류 3급군의 하악운동에서 상하악궁 길이와 안면 부길이가 1급군과 2급군과는 다른 중요한 변수로 나타났으며, 상악궁의 폭경과는 역상관관계를 나타내었다. 이상의 결과로 보아 앵글씨 분류 각 군에서 하악개구운동은 안면 골격구조의 영향을 받으며, 각 군간에 영향을 주는 안면 골격 요소들은 차이가 있었다. 따라서 이러한 골격적 요소들은 개구량 개선을 위한 진단과 치료시 고려되어야 할 것으로 사료된다.

The purpose of this study is to identify the main factors influencing the culture of social welfare agencies and to find out the types of culture that they are combining through. The research method has two major processes. The first step was to conduct long-term surveys on one agency and find out the factors influencing the organizational culture. In the second step, we found a type of organizational culture by combining the elements in six agencies. As a result of research, we found leadership, openness, and locality as factors influencing organizational culture, and found that they were restricted-care, expanded-participatory, change-mixed, and stable-mixed. The results of this study are meaningful in that it reflects the complex situation of Korean social welfare organization. Future research will need to expand to the whole country in order to improve the generalization of typification.

온라인 쇼핑의 지속적인 확산에 따라 기업은 소비자를 위한 다양한 서비스를 웹을 통해 제공하였다. 그러나 이러한 노력에도 불구하고 서비스 품질 및 가격 등과 같은 다양한 문제 때문에 고객의 구매활동이 활발히 진행되고 있지 않은 상황이다. 본 연구는 인터넷 상황에 적합한 서비스품질과 가격 요소들을 도출하고, 이들 요소들이 결합된 상황에서 고객의 구매의도에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지에 대해 연구를 수행하였다. 연구결과, 소득에 따라서 구매의도 차이가 있는 것으로 나타났고, 서비스품질이 가격보다 구매의도에 더 큰 영향을 주는 것으로 나타났다.
