Influence of Marketing Mix on Customer's Attitude and Purchase Intention -Mediating Effects of Customer Experiences- (마케팅믹스요인이 점포태도와 구매의도에 미치는 영향 -고객체험의 매개역할을 중심으로-)

  • In this research, the object is to analyze the impacts of the four dimensions of Marketing Mix in terms of product, price, place and promotion on store attitude and purchase intention. At the same time the mediating variables such as sense experience, feel experience and think experience in relationship among Marketing Mix and store attitude, customer experiences are also analyzed. The results show that the product, place, and promotion have significant effects on sense experience, feel experience and think experience. Another important finding is customer experiences such as sense experience, feel experience and think experience have significant effects on store attitude and purchase intention.

  • IT 아웃소싱은 비용 절감 및 핵심 역량 강화를 위한 경영혁신 방법으로써 많은 국내외 기업에서 활발히 추진되고 있다. 그러나 국내 금융업 IT 아웃소싱은 선진국에 비해 활용이 활발하지 못한 실정이다. 본 연구의 목적은 이와 같은 국내 금융업의 IT 아웃소싱에 해외기업에 비해 활용도가 낮은 원인을 파악하기 위해, 국내 금융업의 IT 아웃소싱 수행의사에 부정적 영향을 미치는 요인이 무엇인지 위험(risk) 측면에서 살펴보고자 한다. 이러한 연구목적 달성을 위하여 본 연구에서는 여러 문헌 및 전문가 그룹 인터뷰(Focus Group Interview)를 통해 IT 아웃소싱의 수행의사에 영향을 미치는 여러 위험요인들을 도출하고 구체적인 설문을 통해 이를 확인하였다. 연구의 결과, 국내 금융업 IT 아웃소싱 수행의사에 영향을 미치는 위험요인은 고객사 측면 위험요인과 환경적 측면 위험요인임을 알 수 있었다. 본 연구를 통해 국내 금융업 IT 아웃소싱 수행의사에 영향을 미치는 위험요인을 학술적, 그리고 실무적으로 살펴 봄과 동시에 국내 금융업의 IT 아웃소싱을 보다 활성화 할 수 있는 방안이 무엇인지 살펴보고자 한다.

  • Productivity is one of the very important index that measures efficiency of production activities in industry, enterprises and the building industry as well. None the less, the concept of construction productivity is not so clear that productivity management in the building industry have been performed by experience or intuition, productivity related data have not been analyzed through effective productivity management, because structured definition and classification of factors influencing construction productivity did not exist so that it has not been known what information explain each of them. In order to solve this problem, at first construction productivity and factors influencing construction productivity are defined and classified into three groups; (1)Project factors influencing construction productivity (2)Management factors influencing construction productivity (3)Activity factors influencing construction productivity. To find out relation between construction productivity and factors influencing construction productivity, a questionnaire survey for construction managers in the building industry has been conducted.

  • This study analyzes the effects of success factors for starting business of food service industry on management performance giving executive suggestions. For this study, a survey was conducted to 270 restaurant founders in Daegu city. 237 copies of questionnaire were selected to take a regression analysis to test the hypotheses. The results of the test are as follows. First, the founder's personal characteristic factor has influence on business result. Concretely speaking, those who have enterprising characteristics proved to have influence on management performance. Second, physical surroundings, service and marketing factors had significant effects on business performance. Service factor among them was the most influential factor on business performance. Third, food quality and health-orientation factors had significant influence on business performance. Consequently, it is important to develop recipes for improving health and high-quality food materials because of well-being trends among people.

  • The purpose of the research was to identify the level of accounting information system for SMBs and environmental factors, and to analyze whether the level of accounting information system affects system performance. The research method measured the AIS level using Nolan's growth phase model, and the verification of the factors affecting the situation, AIS level, and performance was verified using the regression analysis model. The results of the study are summarized as follows: In measuring the level of an accounting information system, it was found that it was in the stage of integration, which is Step 4, and the analysis of the factors influencing the level of an accounting information system showed that the uncertainty in the environment was absolutely affected.

  • This study investigates how the external factors of police organization, such as organizational environments, job characteristics, and compensations can influence job satisfaction and organizational commitment. Especially, this study considers what kind of organizational culture is dominant and what kind of compensation influences job satisfaction and organizational commitment in Korea. The purpose of this study is to find out the ways to maximize compensation and job satisfaction of police officers and to improve organizational commitment. The results are as follows: First, the more perceived job interest, social approval, organizational cohesion, and financial compensation, the higher job satisfaction, whereas the more perceived work environment, the lower job satisfaction. Second, the more perceived job interest, social approval, organizational cohesion, and financial compensation, the higher job satisfaction. However, the perceived work environment does not influence the job satisfaction. Third, the higher job satisfaction, the higher organizational commitment. Fourth, organizational cohesion, financial compensation and organizational environment have an effect on organizational commitment mediated by job satisfaction.

대학의 창업교육서비스품질이 교육만족과 창업역량, 창업의지에 미치는 영향

  • 본 연구는 대학의 창업교육 서비스 품질이 교육만족과 창업역량, 창업의지에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구이다. 대학에서 다양한 창업교육이 진행되고 있지만 창업성과에 대한 연구는 많이 이루어지지 않고 있다. 본 연구에서는 창업성과를 높이기 위한 요인을 분석하기 위해 창업교육의 서비스 품질이 교육만족과 창업역량, 창업의지에 미치는 영향에 대해 살펴보았다. 첫째, 창업교육 서비스 품질을 측정하기 위해 서비스 품질에 대한 이론적 배경을 바탕으로 유형성, 신뢰성, 반응성, 확신성, 공감성 등 5개 요소 21개의 문항을 설정하고, 설문 분석 결과를 바탕으로 창업교육 서비스 품질이 교육만족과 창업역량에 미치는 영향을 알아보았다. 둘째, 고객 만족에 대한 선행연구를 바탕으로 창업교육 수강생의 교육만족을 정의하고, 창업역량의 요소 중 성취역량, 창의성역량, 개념화역량, 사회적 역량 등에 미치는 인과관계를 분석하였다. 셋째, 교육만족과 창업역량이 창업의지에 미치는 인과관계를 분석하였다. 그 결과, 창업교육 서비스 품질은 기존의 연구와 다르게 유형성과 신뢰성이 하나의 요인으로 분석되어 반응성, 확신성, 공감성 등 4개 요인으로 확인되었고, 4개의 요인으로 구성된 창업교육 서비스 품질이 교육만족과 창업역량에 영향을 주는 것으로 확인되었다. 또한, 창업역량 요인을 4개로 정의하여 설문을 분석한 결과 성취역량과 창의성역량이 하나의 요인으로 분석되어 개념화역량, 사회적 역량과 함께 3가지 요인으로 확인되었다. 이는 교육만족에 영향을 받는다는 것을 확인할 수 있었다. 창업의지는 창업역량에 영향을 받았지만, 교육만족에 직접적인 영향을 받지 않는 것으로 확인되었다. 이러한 결과는 교육만족이 창업역량을 통하여 창업의지에 간접적인 영향을 미친다는 것을 의미한다. 차후 연구에서는 대상을 여러 지역 혹은 전국으로 확대할 필요성이 있으며, 다른 변수와의 접근 방법을 가지고 연구되어야 할 것이다.

  • Activity-based productivity data can be used as an significant reference in many areas of project management such as performance evaluation and project planning. However, the existence of various factors influencing construction productivity makes it difficult to collect and analyze the productivity data. In the most of the domestic construction sites, there is no systematic method to collect and analyze the productivity data along with information on influencing factors; it is common to heavily rely on experience and intuition of field managers when dealing with construction productivity data. Therefore it is necessary to develop a management system for collecting and utilizing the productivity data as well as the factors influencing construction productivity. The main objective of this research is to define the construction productivity and its influencing factors at the activity level. In addition, methodologies on how to analyze the productivity data and to estimate productivity of future projects are proposed.

  • The purpose of the study is to examine the effect of parenting attitudes on adolescents' fandom activities, and to prove the meditating effect of psychological factors and life satisfaction on the relationship between parenting attitudes and adolescents' fandom activities. The results are as follows: First, while negative parenting attitude influenced negatively adolescents' fandom activities, positive parenting attitude had no effect on them. Second, positive parenting attitude had negative effect on adolescents' psychological factors, but negative parenting attitude influenced positively them. Third, adolescents' psychological factors influenced positively their fandom activities. Fourth, adolescents' psychological factors had perfect mediating effect between positive parenting attitude and their fandom activities, and they also played partial mediating role between negative parenting attitude and their fandom activities.
