Survival Factors and Survival Rates of Foreign-invested Companies (외국인투자기업 생존율 및 영향요인)

  • This study was conducted to analyze firm survival rate and impact factors of survival of Foreign-invested Companies in Korea which is between 2006 and 2017. An empirical analysis of the survival factors of firms used explanatory variables such as characteristics of the and 3 firm dummy and 2 firm factors, financial variables of 3 profitability and 3 stability factors. The Kaplan-Meier method was chosen to perform analyses on the survival rates, Cox Proportional Hazard Model took to conduct on the impact factors. As a result of the impact factors of Foreign-invested Companies survival, Ownership (OS), Labour (NE ) of characteristics of the firm had positive effects. The Gross Sales Profit (GSP), Net Profit (NP ) and Operating Profit (OP ) of the financial characteristics had a positive effect. Additional Asset (LA ) had positive effects and Capital (LC), Debt (LB ) had a negative effect. Other factors did not produce significant results.

  • This purpose of study was to Analysis on Location and Service Factors Affecting the Management and Use of Judo Gym. This study aims at providing fundamental data and information on Judo coach by studying what effects of location and use factor on trainee satisfaction. The survey was done through 350 copies and excluding 11 copies ran an analysis on the remaining 339(96.8%) copies. After question investigating the data which is collected used IBM SPSS statistics 21 program, frequency analysis, Exploratory factor analysis, Cronbach's ${\alpha}$, correlation analysis, multiple regression. The result of this study were as follows. First, management, location, coach, trainee value, facility, communication in Judo gym location and use factors showed (+) effects on trainee satisfaction. Second, Program operation, Gym quit use, Whether or not to insure in management factor showed (+) effects on trainee satisfaction. Third, Coach credibility in coach factor showed (+) effects on trainee satisfaction. Forth, Member communication in communication factor showed (+) effects on trainee satisfaction. Fifth, Wholesome leisure, Athletic ability improving in trainee value factor showed (+) effects on trainee satisfaction. Sixth, main facility level, additional facility level in facility factor showed (+) effects on trainee satisfaction. Seventh, Visibility in location factor showed (+) effects on trainee satisfaction. And location type(station area, residential district, commercial area) of Judo gym showed (+) effect on management, trainee value, location, communication, facility.

  • 이 연구는 교정치료중인 환자의 구강건강영향지수(OHIP)와 자아존중감에 영향을 미치는 요인을 파악하기 위해 대구시내에 소재한 교정 전문치과 4곳에서 교정치료를 받고있는 환자 200명을 대상으로 설문지 조사방법을 이용하여 대상자의 일반적 특성 및 교정치료 특성, 구강건강영향지수, 자아존중감을 조사 분석하여 교정치료환자의 구강건강영향지수 및 자아존중감에 영향을 미치는 요인을 분석하였다. 그 결과, OHIP에 영향을 미치는 요인으로는 연령이 낮을수록(P<0.01), 구강건강상태가 좋을수록(P<0.001), 가족의 권유로 교정치료 받는사람이(P<0.05), OHIP에 영향을 주는 요인으로 분석되었으며, 자아존중감에 영향을 미치는 요인으로는 남자가(P<0.05), 미혼이(P<0.01), 수입이 많을수록(P<0.05), 자아존중감에 영향을 주는 요인으로 나타났다.

Influence Factors and the Introducing Outcomes over IT Outsourcing in the Government Offices (공공기관의 정보시스템 아웃소싱에 미치는 영향 요인과 도입 성과)

  • In this research, we analyzed the influence factors and introducing outcomes empirically. The influencing factors over IT Outsourcing set up organizational factors(maturity of information system, the support of CEO), dealing factors(asset speciality, uncertainty, degree of using of information system), and risk factors(risk of safety/security. cost increase, loss of autonomy). The result of this study are as follows. In the organizational factors, degree of a maturity of the information system and the support of CEO were analyzed as the variables affecting the introducing outcomes positively. In the dealing factors, however, the degree of using information system was only analyzed as the variables affecting the introducing outcomes positively, while the speciality of asset and the uncertainty factors were analyzed as the variables not affecting the introducing outcomes. In the risk factors, the risk of safety/security and the increase of cost were only analyzed as the variables affecting the introducing outcomes positively, therefore loss of autonomy, was not analyzed as the affecting variables.

  • 본 연구는 비동시적 온라인 토론 환경에서 학습자의 참여에 영향을 미치는 요인들간의 관계를 보다 포괄적으로 규명하기 위한 기초 연구로 수행되었다. 이를 위해 온라인 토론과 관련된 선행연구 분석을 통해 교수학습설계요인, 동기적 요인, 사회-정서적 요인을 영향요인으로 도출하였으며, 영향요인들과 학습자의 인지적 참여(과정)와 학습(결과)간의 구조적 관계를 나타내는 이론적 연구모형을 제안하였다.

  • 정보기술의 발전은 기업이 혁신적으로 비용을 감축하거나, 고객에게 전혀 다른 차원의 서비스를 제공할 수 있는 등의 과거에 갖지 못했던 새로운 능력을 제공하고 있다. 이러한 기업에게 요구되는 정보 시스템 (Information System : IS)의 새로운 능력들이 성공적으로 확보하기 위해서는 기업 IS 자체의 혁신이 선행적으로 요구된다. 최근에 이러한 IS 혁신 및 IS를 통한 경쟁적 우위의 확보를 위해서 IS 인적자원 혁신의 중요성이 강조되고 있다. 그러나 IS 인적자원 혁신에 대한 연구는 초기 단계에 있어 IS 인적자원 혁신을 위한 영향요인에 대한 연구는 전무한 실정이다. 따라서 본 연구는 조직혁신, IS 혁신, 인적자원 혁신에 대한 문헌 연구를 통하여 IS 인적자원 혁신의 영향 요인을 환경적 요인, 전략적 요인, 조직적 요인, 개인적 요인으로 분류하여 IS 인적자원 혁신의 영향 요인을 도출하고, 이들 영향 요인들이 IS 인적자원 혁신과정에 어떠한 메커니즘을 통해 영향을 미치는지 나타낸다.

Analysis of the Technology Adoption Impact Factors for Automated Construction Equipment (건설 자동화 장비 도입을 위한 기술도입 영향요인 분석)

  • New construction technologies, especially automated equipment, are rarely deployed on a construction site where many accidents and claims occur. This study analyzed and derived impact factors for technology adoption to improve the chance of adopting automated construction equipment to the field. First, impact factors were classified into functional and non-functional factors. Then the functional factors were divided into usability and functionality factors, and the non-functional factors into cost, construction property, and organization factors. Next, the importance and realization possibility of each impact factor were analyzed through a survey with experts. Usability and functionality were analyzed to have the highest importance and realization possibility. Lastly, the differences between construction companies and equipment development companies in the importance and realization possibility of each factor were analyzed. Construction companies recognized previous relationship, operator's attitude, members' will, and construction quality more important than equipment development companies.. The equipment development companies should consider these differences between the view of construction companies and that of equipment development companies on the impact factors. The result of this study can be used as a basis for evaluating for automated construction equipment in the preliminary development phase.

A Study on the Influence of Factors That Makes Web Sites Credible (웹사이트의 신뢰성 평가에 영향을 미치는 요인과 각 요인의 중요도에 관한 연구)

  • The Internet is now an integral part of the everyday lives of a majority of people. Web users are becoming increasingly skeptical of the information and services offered online. They are demanding web sites that offer credible information. This study focused on what features of web sites affect the perception of web credibility. For this purpose, I took the responses from 648 people and extracted 49 factors that affect web credibility. I placed the individual factors - the specific questions asked in the survey - into one of four categories expertise. trustworthiness, ads and other and calculated the means for each of the 49 factors. As a result, 29 out of 49 factors increase the Perceptions of credibility and 20 factors decrease the web credibility. Sites with frequently update. the credentials of authors, strict content guides, search capabilities, clear connections to the real world fared good in credibility. Technical problems such as broken links, site sown, or typographical errors were rated the most negative on this scale On the other end of the scale, a domain name that ends in' .org' or' .or.kr' caused little change in perception of credibility.

사이버 쇼핑몰 유형에 따른 신뢰 형성요인에 관한 실증연구

  • 본 연구에서는 기존에 다양한 형태로 이루어져 온 사이버 쇼핑몰의 신뢰와 관련된 연구에 대한 문헌고찰을 통해 신뢰 형성의 선행요인들을 도출해 낸 후, 이러한 선행요인들이 사이버 쇼핑몰의 신뢰에 미치는 영향을 체계적으로 규명하고, 그 영향요인이 종합쇼핑몰과 전문쇼핑몰로 구분되는 쇼핑몰 유형에 따라 어떠한 차이를 보이는지 분석해 보고자 하였다. 신뢰 형성에 영향을 미치는 선행변수로는 거래 안전성, 지각된 평판, 지각된 규모, 상호작용성, 신뢰성향을 설정하고, 이들 요인들이 사이버 쇼핑몰의 신뢰에 미치는 인과관계를 검증 한 결과, 거래 안전성, 지각된 평판, 상호작용성, 신뢰성향이 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 이러한 인과관계자 종합쇼핑몰 및 전문쇼핑몰에 따라 어떻게 차이를 보이는지 분석해 본 결과, 거래 안전성과 지각된 평판 요인에서 통계적으로 유의한 차이자 발생하였다. 본 연구의 결과를 통해 사이버 쇼핑몰에서 점차 중요성이 더해지고 있는 신뢰 형성의 영향요인을 파악하고, 이를 쇼핑몰 유형별로 비교분석을 해 봄으로써 쇼핑몰에 대한 신뢰 형성의 원천과 그 영향력에 대한 체계적인 접근 방법을 제공함으로써 사이버 쇼핑몰 운영자에게 효과적인 관리전략 수립을 위한 시사점을 제공하고자 하였다.

A Study on the Performance Evaluation of Effectiveness and Satisfaction of Veteran Medical Service Delivery System : Focused on the Perspective of Provider and Beneficiary (보훈의료서비스 전달체계의 효과성과 만족도에 관한 성과평가 연구 : 공급자 측면과 수요자 측면을 중심으로)

  • This study examines determining factors of effectiveness and satisfaction of Veteran Medical Service Delivery System. Especially, the association between the relevant variables of the effectiveness of the Veteran Medical Service Delivery System and the variables of the satisfaction from the perspective of beneficiaries was studied. Multi-level analysis was utilized to separate results of the evaluation of effectiveness in organizational-level and the evaluation of satisfaction in individual-level. This study tests key posited hypothesis by using survey data collected from 5 medical center of country(Seoul, Busan, Daejeon, Daegu, Gwangju). In terms of the result of the hypothesis testing on the effectiveness variable, integrity(${\beta}=.156$), accountability(${\beta}=.376$, financial sufficiency(${\beta}=.109$), and adequacy (${\beta}=.367$) are the determinants among various factors in evaluating veteran medical service delivery system, statistically reflecting the perception of directors of the veteran medical service delivery facilities on effectiveness. In other word, professionalism variable(${\beta}=0.99$) and effectiveness variable(${\beta}=-1.09$) are statistically reflecting the perception of directors of the beneficiaries satisfaction with employee. The findings suggests that the theoretical and practical implications will improve Effectiveness and Satisfaction of Veteran Medical Service Delivery System.
