한국 남서해역 조석전선의 시.공간적인 변동

  • 황해의 남동부에 위치한 한국 남서 연안해역은 남해와 인접한 해역으로 황해저층냉수, 황해난류수, 연안수, 양자강 희석수가 영향을 미치고 있으며, 이들 수계간에 형성되는 수온전선역은 좋은 어장을 형성한다. 또한 이 해역은 주요 수산자원의 어장 및 회유환경 그리고 해조류양식 등과 관련하여 해양학적ㆍ수산학적으로 매우 중요한 해역이다. 조석전선이 해양의 1차 생산자인 식물플랑크톤의 분포 및 성장에 큰 영향을 주는 것으로 밝혀지고 있다(Bowman and Esaias, 1977). (중략)

  • 한국 남해 중앙부에 위치하는 나로도 연안해역은 대규모 적조 형성으로 막대한 수산피해를 발생시키고 있는 Cochlodinium polykrikoides 적조의 매년 첫 발생해역으로 관심이 모아지고 있을 뿐만 아니라(국립수산진흥원, 1998), 주변해역의 수괴 확장정도에 의해 복잡한 해양환경 특성을 나타내는 곳이기도 하다(양 등, 1999). 따라서 본 해역의 해양환경 및 생물분포는 시·공간적으로 매우 다른 특성을 나타낼 것으로 판단되어, 본 연구에서는 이른봄 나로도 인근해역의 해양환경 특성 및 식물플랑크톤 군집의 분포에 영향을 미치는 환경요인에 대하여 고찰한다(윤과 박, 2000). Analysis on the Navigational Dangerous Elements in Southwestern Coastal Area of Korea (서남해 연안해역의 항행 위해요소에 관한 분석)

  • Since July 2006, marine traffic safety management system have been enforced to support the vessels transiting across the coastal area and the vessels coming in and out of ports in southwestern coastal area where heavy traffic density and marine casualties occurred frequently. The marine traffic volume for the marine traffic environmental assessment was measured by the information from RADAR and AIS system in the area. The distributions of marine casualties were analyzed in the main routes and traffic separation schemes during the last five years and the navigational dangerous elements were investigated with the influence of natural environment, the distribution of fisheries and survey questionnaire. Marine accidents of merchant ships have a tendency to decrease gradually but in case of fishing boats, the rate of marine accidents have a contrary results in this area during the last five years. The dangerous elements on navigation appeared to be the dense force from June to August, fisheries activities and the vessels which not follow the compulsory watch on VHF-band radio communication equipments.

어장이 해양사고에 영향을 준 사례 고찰

  • 우리나라는 해양사고의 약 70%가 영해 이내의 연안에서 발생하고 있다. 우리나라 연안은 천혜의 어족자원이 존재하면서 전국에 9,352건, 132,416헥타르의 양식장 및 정치어망 등이 설치되어 어민의 큰 수입원이 되고 있다. 한편 양식장 및 정치어망 등 어장은 선박의 안전한 운항에 저해요인이 되고 있으나 해도에 표시되어 있지 아니하여 선장 및 선교항해당직자들에게 항해계획의 수립단계에서부터 고려되지 않고 있다. 따라서 어장은 선박의 해양사고예방을 위한 해상교통 환경개선을 위하여 해도에 표시되는 것이 필요하고 판단된다. 이 글은 어장이 해양사고에 영향을 끼친 사례를 통해 어장의 해도도식 및 해도표시 필요성에 대한 의견을 제시하고 있다.

  • Recently, the impact of climate change with sea levels rise, abnormal high waves, and continuous construction of artificial structures such as ports and harbors, has led to an increasing trend in coastal erosion. In this study, the scope and method of Environmental Impact Assessment, Utilization of Sea Areas, Disaster Impact Assessment, and Risk Assessment of Coastal Disasters System, which are carried out during development projects and erosion reduction projects carried out on the coast, are analyzed to identify each problem. , we proposed a plan to introduce the Impact Assessment System for Coastal Erosion, which can minimize the impact of coastal erosion by deriving improvement measures.

  • The prevention of marine accidents has been a major topic in marine society and various polides and countermeasures rave been developed, applied to the industries. 1he coastal VIS and navigational aids are considered as one of the effective methods to promote marine safety but they need relatively huge amount of budgets to build Thus prior to establishing these coastal VIS and navigational aids, it should be evaluated the navigational safety level in the coastal waterways from the Environmental Stress. So far as human beings are concerned, there are many types of fuzziness in the evaluation of navigational safety level. In order to reflect these fuzziness on this evaluation, this paper introduces the fuzzy integral suggested by Choquet to represent the fuzziness in the evaluation process. This paper aims to develop the method for this evaluation from the viewpoint of mariner's operational stress using the fuzzy measure and Choquet integral. In this paper, Korean coastal area is divided into 8 sectors and evaluated the priority for the needs of coastal VIS and navigational aids.
