1997년 이후 한국의 영화산업은 비약적인 성장을 하고 있으며, 고부가가치산업인 문화산업의 한 범주에 속해있다. 문화산업의 발전과 함께 영화산업도 함께 발전하고 있다. 영화산업은 크게 영화상영과 영화제작 및 배급으로 나뉠 수가 있는데, 영화제작은 수많은 재화와 서비스가 연쇄적으로 필요한 부분이며, 이를 포함하고 있는 영화산업은 여러산업과 직?간접적으로 밀접한 연관관계를 맺고 있다. 이에 본 연구에서는 국민경제적 파급효과를 분석하여 보고자 한다. 분석방법으로는 외행화기법을 이용하여 수요유도형 모형, 공급유도형 모형, 레온티에프 가격모형을 이용할 것이다.

A 1.7-kb fragment containing the nodD1 genes of Bradyrhizobium sp. (Cassia) CN9135 was amplified by PCR with primers based on B. japonicum USDA110. This fragment was cloned and sequenced. Analysis of the sequence showed open reading frames highly homologous to nodD1 from other bradyrhizobial sources. The sequence showed higher homology to nodD1 gene of B. elkanii than to those from b. japonicum. Our results suggest that Bradyrhizobium sp. (Cassia) CN9135 may be more closely related to B. elkanii than to B. japonicum.

Recently, the role of container ports is radically changing. These changes are largely driven by the innovation process of Logistics such as Supply Chain Logistics and Global Logistics due to the international expansion of industry. Under this environment, It is required that the container port should act as a integral part of a Supply Logistics Chain especially to provide the customer-oriented logistics service. This paper deals with the development strategy of container ports coping with these changes in the view point of container ports as a Logistics infrastructure to provide customer-response services and necessary to the economic promotion of hinterlands. Strategy is suggested in the phases of the customers desire, the pattern of container cargo, the economic promotion of hinterlands, and interrelation of container ports in north-east Asia and also domestics through the analysis of competiveness of container ports.

This study provides the syntactic analysis for the agreement attraction by proposing three types of syntactic subject-verb agreement. Because subject-verb number agreement codifies the link between a predicate and its subject, it must be the purely syntactic processes of the head-to-head agreement or the feature percolation, where relevant agreement features percolate upward or downward through the hierarchical syntactic structure. The agreement errors are not affected by linear proximity or minimal interference, but instead are affected by the hierarchical relationship between an agreement target and a local attractor. The data in this paper includes the complex noun phrases with a modifier PP or a relative clause CP. Here, the [+PL] feature is suggested to be a local attractor for subject-verb agreement errors as a strong feature. Therefore, speakers tend to erroneously produce plural agreement for a singular subject in a main clause due to a plural NP in a modifier PP or plural agreement for a singular subject in a relative clause due to plural main subject.

Genetic polymorphisms due to variation in the number of tandem repeats of DNA sequences(VNTRs) provides a useful means for discrimination between individuals. Allele and genotype frequencies of the highly polymorphic Human Thyroid Peroxidase(TPO) gene were determined in Korean population samples by using PCR followed by polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis, a procedure called the amplified fragment length polymorphism(Amp-FLP) technique. In 123 unrelated Korean individuals 10 different alleles and 29 genotypes were observed. The TPO gene demonstrated a heterozygosity of 0.707 and the power of exclusion(POE) was 0.945. The probability of having the same DNA band within two unrelated individuals was 14.6$\times10^{-2}$. The distribution of observed genotypes conformed to Hardy-Weinberg equilibrium($x^2$=4.48, 0.05

Purpose : About 41% of obtained group A streptococci in the 1998 was reported as erythromycin-resistant streptococci in Seoul, Korea. The most common T serotype was T12, followed by T4 and T28. We'd like to monitor the serological changes and antibiotic sensitivity test of Streptococcus pyogenes obtained from the patients with pharyngotonsillitis and invasive diseases from 1999 through 2001. Also, it could be proposed to choose the proper antibiotic selection in the area where the rate of erythromycin-resistant streptococci is high. Methods : From Jan. 1999 to Oct. 2001, 208 isolates of group A streptococci were collected from inpatients and outpatients with pharyngotonsillitis, scarlet fever, and invasive infections in Seoul and Southern part of peninsula. All isolates were serotyped by T-agglutination, minimum inhibitory concentrations(MICs) which were determined by agar dilution methods, according to the guidelines of the National Committee for Clinical Laboratory Standards (NCCLS). Results : The most common T serotype was T12(29.8%), followed by T1(23.1%), T4 (14.9%). T1 was prominent serotype compared with previous year. T serotyping, among 25 isolates obtained from the patients with scarlet fever in Southern part of peninsula mostly, was T12, T1, and T4 in order of frequency. All the isolates tested were susceptible to penicillin, cefprozil, vancomycin, ceftriaxone, and chloramphenicol. However, 23 isolates(14.2%) was resistant to erythromycin and 18 isolates(11.1%) was resistant to clarithromycin. Serotype T12 was found to be the most resistant serotype to erythromycin and/or clarithromycin. Conclusion : High rate of erythromycin-resistant streptococci which surveyed in 1998 were reduced to 14.2% in this study. We should have to further evaluate the reason of decreased resistant strains and consider the resistant strains of streptococci in choosing the antibiotics. There was no serological characteristics according to the types of disease entities. Between the serologic distributions in Seoul and the Southern part of peninsula area are same, we could presume that the serological typing of strains obtained over the country may be not different.

The data security of free-roaming mobile agent is a problem which hasn't been resolved to the mobility and inter-host mapping. totally, especially in theaspect of keeping away truncation attacks. Therefore, when the agent is utilized for user oriented applied technique, the secure execution guarantee of agent is essential. In this paper, it guarantees safe execution from security threats generated by malicious host during the agent's execution. And the secure execution guarantee mechanism of agent is proposed from favorable host is maliciously abused by attacker. The purpose of this study is to show typology of Non Player Character(NPCs) and to look out what narrative functions of NPCs are served in Massively Multi-player Online Role-Playing Game(MMORPG). As the relationship with player characters and the propensity of actions, NPCs are classified 4types; passive helper, active helper, passive antagonist, active antagonist. Each type performs different functions of game narrative. Especially passive helper functions as a essential glue of movement in game world and makes the chain of quest narratives. Active antagonist functions as the cause of space perspective and creates dramatic effect of game narrative. Those functions make spacial, dimensional and extensible game narrative.

데이터베이스 관계 연산자 중 프로젝션(projection)과 집단 연산(aggregate function)시 사용되는 GROUP BY절, 그리고 동등 조인(equi join)에 대한 질의 처리는 중복된 튜플 중복된 GROUP BY 필드, 조인 중 발생하는 임시결과에 대한 제거나 집단 연산, 임시 결과의 저장을 위해 정렬이나 해싱 기반 알고리즘을 적용하고 있다. 이 중 해싱 기반 알고리즘은 데이터에 대한 직접적인 접근 방법과 정렬비용이 없다는 장점으로 인해 자주 사용하게 된다. 그러나 이러한 해싱(extendible hashing)[1] 기반 알고리즘은 키 값이 저장되는 버켓(bucket) 페이지의 넘침(overflow)으로 인해 분할(split)이 발생하는 경우, 분할을 야기시킨 버켓 페이지에 대한 정보를 제외한 동일한 내용의 기존 디렉토리 구조를 배로 확장해야 하는 공간 확장과, 확장된 디렉토리 구조의 유지를 위해 많은 비용을 소모하게 된다. 본 논문에서는 다량의 데이터에 대한 접근 기법과 디렉토리 구조의 저장공간, 유지 비용 절감 및 중복 해시 값을 지니는 데이터를 처리하기위한 해시 색인인 가상 디렉토리 확장 해시 색인을 제안한다. 가상 디렉토리 확장 해시 색인은 디렉토리 구조를 다단계 구조로 유지함으로써, 넓은 저장 공간을 필요로 하는 다량의 데이터에 대한 접근경로 문제를 해결하였고, 가상 디렉토리 레벨이라는 새로운 구조를 통해, 기존 디렉토리 구조의 공간 낭비 및 유지 비용을 최소화 시켰으며, 버켓 페이지를 리스트(list) 구조로 유지함으로써 중복 해시 값에 의한 디렉토리 구조의 연쇄적 분할 문제를 해결하였다.
