A Study on the Functional Design of Classification Management System of Public Organizations (정부산하공공기관의 분류체계관리시스템 기능 설계 연구)

  • Recently, public organizations have been improving the classification in order to introduce records management reference table in accordance with the act on the management of public archives. However, there is no system to mount the revised records management reference table, and there is a problem in usability. The purpose of this study is to design a system function to manage the classification which is the foundation of records management for public organizations. In order to design the function, interviews with the records management specialists of the five public organizations were conducted. Based on this, we have designed a multi-classification system registration function, a hierarchical structure setting function of records, and a record management standard management function.

A Study on the Analysis and Improvement of Classifications for Integrated Management of Disaster and Safety Information (재난안전정보의 통합 관리를 위한 분류체계 현황분석 및 개선방안에 관한 연구)

  • This study aims to propose requirements for developing an integrated classification system for disaster and safety information by analyzing classifications currently used in disaster and safety-related organizations in Korea. To do that, this study first analyzed existing disaster category classifications. Then, it collected classifications currently used in disaster and safety-related organizations, and through interviews with practitioners, analyzed considerations to manage disaster and safety information comprehensively. The analysis shows that to develop a disaster category classification, consistency, exhaustivity, systemicity, and disasters frequently occurring in Korea should be considered. In addition, this study suggests a facet classification system for disaster and safety information given the intricacy of disaster and safety management and the occurrence of compound disasters.

Classification System Model Design for Algorithm Education for Elementary and Secondary Students (초중등학생 대상 알고리즘 교육을 위한 분류체계 모형 설계)

  • The purpose of this study is to propose algorithm classification system for algorithm education for Elementary and Secondary Students. We defines the components of the algorithm and expresses the algorithm classification system by the analysis synthesis method. The contents of the study are as follows. First, we conducted a theoretical search on the classification purpose and classification. Second, the contents and limitations of the classification system for the proposed algorithm contents were examined. In addition, we examined the contents and selection criteria of algorithms used in algorithm education research. Third, the algorithm components were redefined using the core idea and crosscutting concept proposed by the NRC. And the crosscutting concept of algorithm is subdivided into algorithm data structure and algorithm design strategy, and its contents are presented using analytic synthesis classification scheme. Finally, the validity of the proposed contents was verified by the review of the expert group. It is expected that the study on the algorithm classification system will provide many implications for the contents selection and training method in the algorithm education.

  • For the purpose of improving the Korean Decimal Classification (KDC) in the design field, this study investigated the classification systems of design research suggested in previous studies and compared KDC, DDC, LCC, and NDC. The problems identified from the current KDC include lack of subdivisions regarding basic design theories and major design application fields and the absence of notes for explaining the scope of each design field. To solve these problems, this study suggested improvements for design theories, graphic design, industrial design, and environmental design.

  • The objective of this study is to understand the application of relative location system and minute classification system in the DDC and to identify the effect of the relative location system and minute classification system during the late of 19th century. In order to achieve the objective, four main investigation areas were chosen: relative location system, minute classification system, and DDC influence to other libraries and classification systems. First, DDC applied a relative location system revolutionarily instead of a fixed location system for arranging books on the shelves, so it opened the period of modern library classification systems. Second, it used a minute classification system, and could classify books which had minute subjects. Third, it applied form to a criterion for dividing divisions and sections, so it helped for classifying books. Fourth, it used a numerical decimal system as a classification system, then people could use it economically and practically. Last, DDC influenced modern classification system such as the Expansive Classification and the Subject Classification etc. DDC is a suitable library classification system for the needs of the times, and it is a practical classification system for each library.

  • 대규모 프로젝트나 상호 이질적인 여러 시스템을 보유하고 있는 기관에서는 보통 시스템을 여러개로 나누어 운영하고 있다. 이러한 경우 운영의 효율성을 위해 시스템 통합에 대한 요구가 증가하게 된다. 시스템을 하나로 통합하다 보면 효율적인 운영이 가능하며, 단일화된 서비스를 통해 이용자는 여러 서비스를 한 곳에서 활용할 수 있는 편의성을 제공할 수 있다. 본 연구에서는 통합서비스 구축을 통해 이용자가 여러 서비스를 효율적으로 활용할 수 있는 접근점 중의 하나인 분류체계 구축 방법을 소개하고 실제 구현 사례를 제시한다. 통합서비스 요구분석을 통해 서비스에 필요한 분류체계들을 도출하고 다양한 서비스들을 여러 분류체계에 맞춰 구분함으로써 이용자는 원하는 서비스를 효율적으로 접근할 수 있는 장점이 있다. 이에 통합서비스에서의 분류체계는 중요한 서비스 요소 중의 하나이다. 본 연구결과는 대규모 통합서비스 구축시 필요한 분류체계 구축 절차에 활용될 수 있다.

  • 본 연구에서는 새롭게 산업형태로서 그 중요성이 부각되고 있는 정보산업에 대한 다차원적인 분류체계를 제시하였다. 정보산업을 구현기술, 업태분류, 그리고 응용계층의 3 가지 관점으로 조망하고 각각 관점에 의하여 분류체계를 설명하였다. 정보산업 분류체계의 활용방안으로서 정보산업의 4 가지 업태, 즉 정보인프라구축산업, 정보제공산업, 정보가공산업, 정보응용산업 각각에 대한 세부적인 분류기준을 도출하여 전자상거래 시대의 새로운 산업과 가치의 이해를 제공할 수 있게 되었다.

  • 영상자료 및 소리자료의 색인과 검색을 위해서는 감정동사 및 감정형용사 등의 감정 어휘를 필요로 한다. 그러나 감정어휘는 그 뉘앙스가 미묘하여 분명한 분류체계가 없이는 체계적인 정리가 불가능하다. 이에 따라 본 연구에서는 국어학과 분류사전의 분류체계를 고찰하고 새로운 감정어휘의 분류방안을 연구하였으며, 감정에 따른 기쁨, 슬픔, 놀람, 공포, 혐오, 분노의 6가지 기본유형을 제시하였다.

  • National construction project for SOC(Social Overhead Capital) is led by the government and invested high cost and all capabilities for long times. In general case the life times of SOC facilities are permanently. According to the long life time of the facilities documents and records of national projects are also retained permanently. Consistent classification systems are required to operation and maintenance of the facilities efficiently and to support the organic co-works for several Stakeholders. Therefore the classification of national construction projects are based on WBS of the project. WBS is the hierarchy structure that established and developed in project management project management methodology to produce deliverables of the projects. As a result, this study provides a prospect of project records classification systems in the 21st Century.

A Review and Literature Survey of Control Charts Using New Classification Schemes (새로운 분류체계를 이용한 관리도의 문헌고찰과 검토)

  • 본 논문은 새로운 3차원 분류체계를 이용해서 관리도의 문헌을 고찰하고 검토하는데 연구 목적이 있다. 1차원 분류체계는 시간에 따른 연속된 관측치의 관계가 독립인가 자동상판인가로 나누어지며 2차원 분류체계는 독립관측치인 경우 가중치 방법에 따라 Shewart, MA EWMA, CUSUM Charts로 분류되며 자동상관된 관측치인 경우 모델링 방법에 따라 ARIMA, Spectral Charts로 분류된다. 3차원 분류체계는 품질특성인 변수의 수와 종속관계에 따라 일변량과 다변량으로 나누어 진다. 재래식 생산, 자동화 생산, 혹은 장치산업에 적용될 수 있는 관리도가 이 분류체계에 따라 장으로 구분되어 고찰된다. 이는 실무진들의 이해를 돕기 위한 지침으로 활용될 수 있다.
