Purpose: In order to compensate for the limitations of the risk assessment of hydrogen charging stations, it is proposed to apply business disaster reduction activities as a way to strengthen safety and business continuity for accidents that may occur during operation. Method: We explored the application of business disaster reduction activities that can reduce, eliminate, transfer, and accept risks by classifying risks according to the passage of time in the installation and operation of hydrogen charging stations, identifying key tasks, deriving risk scenarios. Result: Existing research results are appropriately applied to the risk assessment conducted in the stage before the installation of hydrogen charging stations. However, there is a limit to the risks that can occur at the operational stage, so applying business disaster reduction activities with several example scenarios has resulted in that it can be applied as a way to strengthen safety and business continuity. Conclusion: All of the currently implemented risk assessments for hydrogen charging stations are being used appropriately. However, it proposes business disaster reduction activities that apply various risk scenarios as an evaluation and response to possible risks at the operational stage.

본 연구에서는 대전광역시의회를 중심으로 제5기 지방의정을 평가하고 문제점을 규명하여 발전방안을 모색하고자 한다. 대전광역시의회 의원들에 의정활동에 대한 객관적 평가 자료로는 주민대표기능(득표율), 의결기능(회기운영, 안건처리), 입법기능(조례안제정, 개정 및 폐지), 견제 감시기능(행정감사, 시정질의, 예산결산안), 기타의정기능(연수, 연찬, 건의 결의문, 주민참여)등의 내용을 수집하여 분석하였다.

Portfolio are emerging as a prominent type of alternative assessment. Portfolio assessment is becoming increasingly clear that this method of collecting and evaluating student work over time has significant advantages over more conventional approaches to assessment. So the purposes of the study were to review the concepts and steps for planning and implementing portfolio assessment in engineering education. In education, portfolio can be defined as a purposeful, systematic, reflective process of collecting and evaluating student products to document progress toward the attaintment of learning targets. Four steps for planning and implementing portfolio assessment in engineering education were suggested as follows: 1) determine purpose 2) determine sources of content, 3) teacher evaluation of contents and student self-evaluation, 4) using of portfolio.

고품질의 소프트웨어를 개발하기 위한 방안으로 품질평가를 통해 문제점을 발견해서 보완하는 과정을 활용할 수 있다. 최근, 소프트웨어 품질 평가 및 인증에 관한 국가적인 체계가 구축되고 실질적인 인증활동이 수행되고 있으나 인증의 관점에서 확립되어 있는 표준화된 절차가 미흡하여 효과적인 품질 평가 및 인증을 위한 절차의 개발이 요구되고 있다. 현재, 소프트웨어 제품의 품질평가를 위한 프로세스로서 ISO/IEC 14598이 6개 부분으로 구성되어 있으며, 이 프로세스를 적용하여 품질평가에 적용하거나 품질향상을 도모하려는 연구가 활발히 진행되고 있다. 본 연구에서는 제3자 시험자의 관점에서 활용할 수 있는 소프트웨어 품질평가 프로세스인 ISO/IEC 14598-5를 중심으로 표준에서 정의하고 있지 않은 시험전 과정과 후 과정에 대한 부분을 포함하고 프로세스의 각 단계별로 구체적인 실제적인 활동을 포함하여 보완하였다.

Purpose: This study evaluated the validity of a physical activity classification table (PACT) based on total energy expenditure (TEE) and physical activity level (PAL) measured using the doubly labeled water (DLW) method in Korean adults and the elderly. Methods: A total of 141 (male 70, female 71) adults and elderly were included. The reference standards TEE_DLW, PAL_DLW were measured over a 14-day period using DLW. A 24-hour physical activity diary was kept for three days (two days during the week and one day on the weekend). PAL_PACT was calculated by classifying the activity type and intensity using the PACT. PAL_PACT was multiplied by resting energy expenditure measured by indirect calorimetry to estimate TEE_PACT. Results: The mean age of the study participants was 50.5 ± 18.8 years, and the mean body mass index was 23.4 ± 3.3 kg/m². A comparison of TEE_DLW and TEE_PACT by sex and age showed no significant differences. The bias, the difference between TEE_DLW and TEE_PACT, was male 17.3 kcal/day and female -4.5 kcal/day. The percentage of accurate predictions (values within ± 10% of the TEE_DLW) of TEE_PACT was 58.6% in males and 54.9% in females, with the highest prediction values in the age group 40-64 years (70.9%) in males and over 65 years (73.9%) in females. The spearman correlation coefficient (r) between TEE_PACT and TEE_DLW was 0.769, indicating a significant positive correlation (p < 0.001). Conclusion: In this study, the use of a new PACT for calculating TEE and PAL was evaluated as valid. A web version of the software program and a smartphone application need to be developed using PACT to make it easier to apply for research purposes.

대학의 생명은 대학운영의 자율성이다. 대학 외부의 대학에 대한 통제와 간섭은 대학의 창의적인 교육과 연구활동을 위축시키고, 그 결과 국가와 대학의 발전을 저해한다. 새로운 기구의 신설로 인한 예산이나 인력의 소요보다는 기존의 기구에 대한 정비·확장과 대학평가기관 간의 유기적인 평가체제 구축을 통한 기능의 활성화를 기하는 것이 국가와 대학의 발전에 기여할 것이다. 따라서 정부로부터 독립된 자율적인 기구로서 공정하고 객관적인 평가를 실시하여 그 결과로 신뢰도를 확보할 수 있을 것이다.

본 연구는 온라인교육에서 주로 활성화 되어 있는 데이터 기반의 학습자 평가시스템이 아닌 초 중등학교 면대면 교실 수업 중 실시간으로 발생하는 유의미한 학습활동 정보를 스마트기술을 활용하여 데이터로 축적하고 분석하여 다양하게 제시함으로써, 학습자에게는 학습에 대한 정확한 피드백을 주고 교수자에게는 수업방향을 제고하며 부모들에게는 자녀들의 학습활동에 대한 이해도 높일 수 있는 학습자 분석 및 평가 시스템을 개발 시 요구사항들을 분석하고자 한다. 이를 위해 스마트교육을 위한 교수학습 방법들을 고려하여 적합한 스마트기기 기반 수업지원 도구를 조사하고 도구 사용 후 발생되는 학습활동에 관한 데이터를 분석할만한 데이터 마이닝 기법을 소개하여 향후 학습자평가 시스템에 대해 제언한다.

SI 프로젝트에서 품질을 혁신하기 위해서는 시스템 생명 주기 각 단계에서 품질 관리 활동을 강화해야 할 뿐만 아니라 통합된 시스템 관점에서 각 계층(Layer)별, 요소(Component)별 특성을 고려하여 체계적인 시스템 진단 평가 활동을 수행할 필요성이 있다. 시스템 진단 평가 활동은 품질 이슈를 찾아내는 작업과 품질 이슈를 해결하는 작업이 톱니바퀴처럼 맞물려 수행되어야 한다. LG CNS는 프로젝트의 품질 이슈를 적기 진단하기 위해서 시스템 진단 평가 체계를 구축했으며, 프로젝트 현장에서 이를 적용하여 품질 혁신에 기여하고 있다.

유치원과 초등학교 1학년 아동은 그들의 발달특성과 학습의 효율성 측면을 고려할 때, 일상생활 경험과 놀이 활동 등을 이용한 활동중심 교육방법으로 상호 연계성있게 수학을 학습하는 것이 바람직하다. 이러한 필요성에서, 본 연구는 현행 교육과정 상에 제시된 수학교육의 성격과 목표, 내용, 교수방법, 평가 면에서 유치원과 초등학교 1학년 간에 얼마나 연계되어 있는 지를 분석해 보았다. 분석 결과, 유치원과 초등학교 1학년 수학 교육과정 간에는 수학교육의 방향 및 목표, 내용 영역, 교수학습 방법, 평가 면에서 대체로 높은 연계성을 보였다. 그러나 교과 편제나 명칭, 세부적인 내용 구성에서 차이가 있었으므로 이를 해결하기 위한 교육과정 상에서의 연계 실천 방안을 제시해 보았다. 그리고 실제 수학 교육 활동측면에서의 실천 방안으로서 활동중심 교수학습 자료의 개발, 수학 영역 설치를 통한 개별화 교육의 실천, 가정과의 협력 방안 등을 제시해 보았다.

The purpose of this study is to look into practical knowledge of geography teacher that lead the teacher's conduct in performance assessment situation. In Classroom all activity of teachers is their unique creature and the behavior which express teacher's knowledge and competency as expert. Practical knowledge can be seen as a system of understanding that guides the teacher s decision, which involves the construction of contents to teach, methods of instruction, resources to use etc. Therefore if we fully read the teacher's instruction, we have to understand the practical knowledge of teacher. As an ordinary activity of teaming and teaching, performance assessment is conducted on active learning and teaching situation and has intention to advance learning. Thus All evaluating behavior conducted by teacher can be understood through the practical knowledge of teacher. For this purpose a series of performance assessment scenes conducted by teacher were selected observed and captured the imagery, principles and rules of practical knowledge through the qualitative research method. The result supposed that practical knowledge influence the whole process of geography teacher's performance assessment activity.
