최근들어 환경변화가 가속화되고 기업의 환경적응성이 중요해짐에 따라 R&D 활동의 평가과정이 학습의 핵심적인 단계로서 새롭게 부각되고 있다. 또한 R&D 활동에서 결과 중심적 접근, 사업부와의 연계 등이 강조되면서 구체적 R&D 성과평가가 연구관리(R&D management)의 중요한 이슈가 되고있다. 그러나 그동안 R&D 성과평가는 R&D 활동 자체가 불확실성을 가지는 특성으로 인하여 체계적 접근이 이루어지지 못하여 왔으며 최근에 들어 R&D 성과평가 부문이 연구관리 및 기술경영분야의 도전적 연구과제가 되고 있다. 본 연구는 이러한 R&D 성과평가를 어떻게 접근할 것인지에 대한 접근방법과 성과 지표의 내용, 성과지표의 선택 및 개발절차, 향후 연구과제를 중심으로 제시한다. 본 연구의 세부내용은 다음과 같다. 첫째, 민간기업 연구개발활동의 성과평가에 적용가능한 평가의 분석틀(framework) 및 관점(perspective)을 제시하였다. 기존 평가모형에 대한 문헌고찰을 바탕으로 종합적, 체계적인 평가분석틀을 도출하고, 측정가능한 성과지표군을 제시하였다. 또한 성과지표들을 다양한 기준에 따라 분류하고 각 분류에 따라 적용가능한 성과지표군을 제시하였다. 둘째, 각 기업별 특성을 고려하고 경영전략과의 연계를 명확히 할 수 있는 구체적인 성과지표를 개발하기 위하여 4단계의 R&D 성과 평가지표 개발절차를 도출하였다. 셋째, 향후연구를 위한 성과평가 연구분야의 주요 연구과제들을 5가지로 정리하여 제시하였다.

The perspective on this study assumes that the mathematical modeling activity provides students with the environment which promotes metacognitive thinking. The purposes of this paper are to investigate metacognitive thinking on the mathematical modeling with the result of case study. The study revealed that development of students' model was accompanied with the control and monitoring of modeling activities. Also students refined the model by self-assessment and peer-assessment in small group modeling activities and developed generalizable model.

Reviewing the previous researches related to SW quality, we find that they are mostly quality evaluation models for SW quality improvement and maturity-design models for software project management evaluation. There are few studies for the appropriateness of SW quality management by Quality Control(QC) functions. Moreover, they are bound for government's SW R&D projects in the view of the third party. Therefore, we propose means for the objective evaluation of SW quality management's appropriateness by QC functions. For this reason, there are three research proposes in our study as follows. Firstly, we produce problems for the evaluation of the existing government's SW R&D project management's appropriateness. Secondly, to overcome the drawbacks for the evaluation of the appropriateness of SW quality management, new appropriateness evaluation methods are proposed. Lastly, we investigate the availability and effectiveness of the appropriateness evaluation methods for WBS projects.

최근 수상 레져활동 등의 활성화 및 4대강 사업에 의한 하천의 수면 및 수심 증가, 친수시설 등의 설치로 친수활동이 빠르게 증가하는 추세이다. 친수활동의 증가로 인한 수난 사고 및 수체와 접촉으로 인한 질병 감염 등의 안전성 문제도 증가하고 있다. 현재 국내에서 익사 등의 수난 사고는 2012년 기준으로 474건에 달하고 있으며 오염된 수체와 접촉으로 인해 질병에 감염되는 해외사례가 과거 1978년에서 2002년 동안 445건에 달하고 있다. 이로 인해 친수활동의 안전성을 보장받을 수 있는 친수지구 및 친수공간이 더욱 더 요구되어지고 있다. 친수지구 및 친수공간의 안전성을 보장 받기 위해서는 친수활동에 대한 평가가 이루어져야 하지만 현재 친수활동의 제재와 제한의 기준이 명확하지 않다. 하천공간 내에서의 친수평가는 일반적으로 수질적 인자들을 중심으로 산정되고 있으며, 그에 비해 유속 등과 같은 수리적 인자에 대한 고려는 미흡한 실정이다. 우리나라에서는 다기능 보의 운영에 따라 본류의 수심 및 유속 등이 급격히 변화될 수 있으며, 이는 친수활동에 직접적인 영향을 미칠 수 있기 때문에 친수평가를 위해서는 수질적 인자 뿐만 아니라 수리적 인자도 종합적으로 고려할 필요가 있다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 친수평가를 위해 고려할 수 있는 다양한 수질 및 수리적 인자와 국내 외에서 적용된 친수활동지수 산정에 관한 사례를 소개하고자 하였다.

본 연구는 공간특성이 서로 다른 두 공간, 주거/사무공간의 조명환경에 대한 평가구조를 비교 검토하고 각 공간의 행위에 적합한 조명환경을 제시하고자 슬라이드 사진을 이용한 평가실험을 실시하였다. 평가대상 슬라이드수는 주거공간이 28장, 사무공간이 26장이다 실험은 각 공간별로 분위기항목과 행위항목에 대해 각각 실시하였다. 평가항목은 분위기항목이 21가지, 행위항목이 14가지이다. 각 공간의 평정치를 이용하여 인자분석을 실시한 결과, 주거공간과 사무공간 모두 <활동성>,<안정감),<고급감)의 3인자축이 추출되었다. 그러나, 주거공간의 경우는 <활동성>인자축이 평가축을 이루었으며, 사무공간의 경우는 <고급감>인자축이 평가축을 이루었다. 행위항목의 인자분석 결과는 주거공간의 경우, <작업행위>,<휴식행위>,<단란행위>의 3인자축이, 사무공간의 경우 <작업행위),<휴식행위>의 2인자축이 추출되어 주거공간의 경우, 활동성 평가가 높은 조명환경은 작업행위에 적합하며 반대로 활동성평가가 낮은 조명환경일수록 휴식행위에 적합한 것으로 나타났다 사무공간의 경우도 마찬가지로 작업행위에 가장 큰 영향을 미치는 분위기 인자는 활동성으로 나타나 활동성평가 높을수록 작업행위에 적합하며, 후식행위는 평가성 평가가 높은 조명환경에 적합한 것으로 나타났다.

소프트웨어의 개발 단계에서는 검증을 위한 V&V(Verification & Validation) 프로세스를 통해 체계적인 개발 활동이 가능하도록 지원하고 있다. 이에 반해 소프트웨어 요구사항 분석 이전에 수행되는 연구 단계는 그렇지 못하며, 또한 소프트웨어 연구 사업의 평가 시 구체적인 기준의 부재, 평가 시간과 수집된 자료의 부족 등의 문제가 제기 되었다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 연구자의 연구 활동과 연구 평가자의 연구 평가 활동을 지원하기 위해 소프트웨어 관련 국제 표준에서 추출한 요구사항을 바탕으로 하여 목표 구조, 평가 메트릭을 도출하고, 평가 시나리오와 그것을 해설해주는 가이드라인을 생성하는 방법을 제안한다. 우리의 연구는 연구 평가를 위한 메트릭 가이드라인인 라이덴 선언에 일부 부합하는 것을 확인하였다. 연구 결과는 연구 평가의 효율화와 자동화를 위한 향후 연구의 기초가 될 것이다.

The purposes of this study are to examine the influences of appraisal and reward on the activities of knowledge management and to search the strategies for effective appraisal and reward system to activate the knowledge management. The results of covariance structural analyses indicate that appraisal has a significant direct effect on reward and knowledge creation as well as a significant indirect effect on knowledge sharing via reward and knowledge creation. Reward has a significant direct influence on knowledge sharing. Knowledge creation also significantly affects knowledge sharing. Based on the results, the potential implications of effective appraisal and reward system to activate the knowledge management are discussed.

IT 조직의 활동에 대한 성과 평가는 과거 재무적인 평가방법이 주를 이루었으나 최근에는 정보시스템 기능과 활동 주체가 다양해짐에 따라 재무적인 접근방법과 함께 새로운 평가 방법 및 기준에 대한 연구가 진행되고 있다. 특히 균형 성과표 (Balanced Scorecard: BSC) 개념을 IT 활동 평가에 적용한 IT-BSC에 대한 연구도 이루어지고 있다. 그러나 정보시스템과 기업전략과의 관계에 대한 규명이나, 다양한 IT 성과측정지표들간의 연계성을 측정하는 연구는 이루어지고 있지 않은 실정이다. 이에 본 본 연구에서는 IT 조직의 성과평가를 위한 핵심성공요인(CSF)과 핵심성과지표(KPI)를 도출하고, 도출된 지표간의 인과관계를 검증하고자 한다. 본 연구의 결과로 도출된 영역과 지표들은 각 산업영역에서 IT 조직의 성과를 측정할 때 참고하고 적용할 수 있는 효과적인 지침으로 활용될 수 있다는 데에 연구의 의미를 둘 수 있다.

The purpose of this study is to investigate the principals' and teachers' assessment about the assistance program for the evaluative accreditation of child care centers. Subjects were 138 teachers and principal who work in private(family) child care center in D and G city. An instrument to survey of this study was 'Assistance Program Evaluation Scale for the Evaluative Accreditation of Child Care Centers'(Nam, 2010) and 'Self-Assessment of Developmental Levels for Kindergarten Teacher'(Baek & Jo, 2004). Data were analyzed by paired t-test and ANOVA With SPSS 18.0 Version. The results of this study were as follows: First, there were significant differences in the both 'assistance system category' and 'assistance content category' between child care teacher group and principal group. Second, there were significant differences in the 'assistance content category' between the high group and the low group in expertise level. Third, significant differences were found to exist between a second-grade certificate level of child care teacher and a first-grade certificate level of child care teacher in terms of 'assistance domain'.

Due to recent various online problems, the necessity of information security education has increased. The information security education was strengthened thanks to the informatics curriculum of middle school in 2007, but the educational fields lacked detailed educational materials that could be utilized. Thus to give appropriate information security education for elementary and middle school students, this research developed an unplugged activity for them. The activity was designed by applying Lickona's integrated ethical model and design patterns of unplugged activities, and developed through expert's review and pilot tests targeted to elementary school students. Developed activity was applied to 21 middle school students and the usability was evaluated. As results, first, the activity showed similar expectations from the previous activities. Second, persistence was also similar or higher compared to the previous activities, so the activity developed from this research secured the minimum usability. The unplugged activity developed from this research would give implications in producing various educational contents for information security education.
