본 논문에서는 대역폭의 감소를 가능하게 하는 프레임 드로핑을 MPEG-4파일 포맷을 따르는 미디어에 적용 했을 때, 암호화를 통하여 저작권을 보호할 수 있는 방법을 제안하였다. 프레임 드로핑은 특정 비디오 프레임을 제거함으로써 서버의 과부하를 줄이는 방법이다. 프레임 간의 종속성이 가장 적은 B 프레임을 먼저 제거하고 종속성의 관계에 따라 I, P 프레임 순서대로 제거한다. 드로핑 된 파일을 서버에 저장후 전송하는 방법과 전송 시에 실시간 드로핑을 이용하여 전송하는 두 가지 방법을 설계하였다. MPEG-4 데이터의 암호화에는 3가지 방법을 설계하였고, 블록암호화 알고리즘은 DES(Data Encryption Standartd)를 사용하였다. 이러한 방법으로 MPEG-4 스트리밍 서비스 시에 서버의 DRM 솔루션을 구현하고, 최적의 방법을 선택하기 위해 드로핑, 암호화, 복호화 및 영상의 품질을 비교하였다.

음성 코딩에 있어서 스펙트럼 정보의 효율적인 방법으로써 다중 형태 프레임 분할 방법을 제안하였다. 일반적인 보코더의 경우 엔코더에서 전송된 스펙트럼 정보를 인접 프레임 계수간의 선형보간에 의해 하부프레임 단위의 스펙트럼 계수간의 선형보간에 의해 하부프레임 단위의 스펙트럼 정보를 재생해 낸다. 이 때 비선형적 스펙트럼 변화가 존재하는 경우에는 스펙트럼 왜곡이 발생하며 본 논문에서는 이를 intra frame spectral distortion 이라 정의한다. 제안된 다중 형태 프레임 분할 방법은 한 프레임내에서 스펙트럼 계수의 변화를 잘 나타낼 수 있도록 차수마다 다른 분할 형태를 적용하여 IFSD을 최소화시키는 방법이다. 스펙트럼 정보로써 line spectrum pair 계수를 이용하였으며, 분할 개수 및 분할 형태의 개수에 따른 IFSD을 분석하여 이를 기존의 방법과 비교하였다. 그 결과 기존의 방법보다 적은 정보량으로 왜곡이 적은 스펙트럼을 재생할 수 있었다.

전자정부 사업에서 개발프레임워크가 활발하게 도입되어 활용되어 왔으나 서로 다른 개발프레임워크 도입으로 인하여 전자정부 시스템간에 상호운용성이 보장 되지 못하고, 특정 개발프레임워크에 의한 사업자 종속성이 발생하게 되었다. 이러한 문제를 해결하기 위하여 전자정부 프로젝트에서는 표준화된 형태의 오픈 소스 기반 개발프레임워크를 구축하게 되었다. 본 논문에서는 표준 개발 프레임워크가 등장한 배경과 표준화 원칙들을 제시하고, 이러한 원칙들을 만족 시키기 위한 개발프레임워크의 실행환경과 개발환경에 대한 아키텍처 특성 및 기반기술을 제시하고자 한다.

Automotive seat is a part to supply the convenience and safety of driver at driving. Recently, the seat has the role to protect driver from the outside impact or vibration and give the convenience except such a usage as chair. The design on structural function of the seat frame is important like the impact safety and durability. In this study, the seat is designed by adding one hollow rod to the part of seat back frame in order to enhance the structural safety and durability. This study was carried out by using CATIA and ANSYS as the design and analysis programs. As this study result through the structural and vibrational analyses, model 4 was seen to have the durability more superior than the other models. By utilizing this result, it is thought to be the useful material at designing the automotive seat frame with durability. It is possible to be grafted onto the convergence technique at the automotive seat frame and show the esthetic sense.

A number of studies have emphasized the importance and values of reading in character education. However, there is no tool or framework for developing character education program. If teacher librarian to develop a character education program by reading should be preceded the framework for a comprehensive and systematic approach. The framework for character education program by reading is required to develop a program. The framework must be considered with a character factor and reading elements. The purpose of this study is to establish a framework that will help teacher librarian to develop a character education program by reading. This study analyzed on construction elements of character, reading material for character education, reading strategies, teaching methods. Then, this study propose a framework for developing character education program based on the analysis information. The proposed framework in this study consists of construction elements of character, reading material for character education, reading strategies, teaching methods.

This study proposes and demonstrates the value of user - centered design methodology based on linguistic analysis. The results of the proposed user behavioural analysis framework suggested that the syntactic structure between the sentence structure and its components could be a logical basis for explaining the user's situation and behavior. Based on this, the definitions and classifications of user interactions and user contexts were conducted in a microscopically context. User behavior has also been established to identify pattern structures of purposeful nature and constitutes a user behavior sequence that prioritizes them. Next, the User Experience Analysis Framework was derived by defining the relationship between User Behavior and User Behavior and User Context and User Context. This study endeavors to delineate the essential components of digital preservation policies requisite for data repositories. Drawing from an examination of digital preservation policies from data repositories accredited by CoreTrustSeal in 2023, this study unveils the pivotal components intrinsic to a digital preservation policy framework, subsequently elucidating the content each component encompasses. The proffered framework is anticipated to serve as a foundational reference for institutions aiming to craft their digital preservation policies, transcending the confines of those solely pursuing CoreTrustSeal certification, to encompass both domestic and international institutions irrespective of their intent to seek CoreTrustSeal certification.

Green frame technology intended to facilitate the remodeling of apartment housing complexes in Korea and extend their service life has been developed. Green frame design is a Rahmen structure using composite precast concrete members and, unlike a bearing-wall structure, lifting and installing structural members accounts for major steps of structural construction. Therefore, if green frame structure construction is to be scheduled appropriately, systematic lifting plan needs to be developed in advance. Development of lifting plan also requires unit lifting process of composite PC members (columns and beams) that consist of green frame to be analyzed first. Therefore, this study attempts to analyze the lifting process of composite PC members used in green frame structure. To that end, lifting procedure and time of composite PC column and beam are estimated and applied to a project case to analyze the lifting cycle of reference floor. Outcomes produced herein will be used as key data for development of lifting plan in subsequent green frame structure construction.

Both Optimization and Reuse Technology are considered as core technologies handling the values of products in embedded software. Framework technology is a typical type of optimization and reuse technology. When we develop software based on framework, The effect of reusability as well as development productivity can be improved. However, currently the form of framework-based development is very poor in embedded software development. Furthermore, because framework development is also beginning stage in embedded software development, there are questions whether developing framework can bring reusability effect. In this paper, we propose metrics measuring reusability of framework which is designed for improving reusability of embedded software. As as result of applying proposed metrics into real design cases, we can obtain more effective results in framework-based design than existing design.

Doctoral Candidate, Department of Communication, Pusan National University This study analyzed the political and social significance of the disaster accident news with the frame and bias concept. In particular, this study confirmed theoretically how domestic media biased frame when it presents problem definition, causing interpretation, moral evaluation, and post-prescription on the ferry Sewol accident, In addition, the bias of the frame was analyzed comparing what is the difference between the conservative newspapers and liberal newspapers. Findings are as follows. First, in diagnosis of ferry Sewol accident, news slanted fragmentation frame>personalization frame>authority-disorder frame. The Chosun Ilbo focus on fragmentation bias, meanwhile Hankyoreh focus on the authority disorder relatively. Second, in accident evaluation, responsibility frame> moral frame> problem-solution frame. The Chosun Ilbo focus on responsibility frame and moral frame. But Hankyoreh focus on responsibility frame and problem-solution frame. Third, in the matter of responsibility, government frame>personal frame>organizational frame. Chosun Ilbo biased responsibility of the government and individuals, while the Hankyoreh is relatively more emphasis on government responsibility and the responsibility of the organization also showed. Fourth, in problem solving, thematic frame and episodic frame bias appeared as rough and level. Chosun Ilbo showed episodic frame, Hankyoreh showed thematic frame. News frame and bias as well as ideological differences of media on ferry Sewol accident was discussed in the context of the social dimension.
