Elementary combinatorial problem may be classified into three different combinatorial models(selection, distribution, partition). The main goal of this research is to determine the effect of type of combinatorial operation and implicit combinatorial model on problem difficulty. We also classified errors in the understanding combinatorial problem into error of order, repetition, permutation with repetition, confusing the type of object and cell, partition. The analysis of variance of answers from 339 students showed the influence of the implicit combinatorial model and types of combinatorial operations. As a result of clinical interviews, we particularly noticed that some students were not able to transfer the definition of combinatorial operation when changing the problem to a different combinatorial model. Moreover, we have analysed textbooks, and we have found that the exercises in these textbooks don't have various types of problems. Therefore when organizing the teaching , it is necessary to pose various types of problems and to emphasize the transition of combinatorial problem into the different models.

This study tried to analyse the factors to promote sport cooperatives as the solutions to overcome those problems of present sports industry. The results of this study By Using the priorities of AHP on promoting factors of sport cooperative in Korea, could be suggested as follows. In advance, the basic directions were suggested in order of economical, social, cultural, and institutional factors. And next, the promoting strategies were suggested as follows: 1st, setting directions on the essentials of cooperative. 2nd, securement of the finance by business management development and organization ability improvement. 3rd, acquaintance with the basic laws of cooperative and securement of administrative support. 4th, social contribution through cooperation and interaction among cooperatives. 5th, making local communities through constructing networks among cooperatives. 6th, development of business models with membership systematizing and efficiency pursuit.

This study evaluates the extent to which the government's financial support policy, the Audio-visual investment fund, contributed to raising capital for Korean films. Audio-visual investment fund in the Korean film industry, which has been formed through the public sector support since 1999. The Audio-visual investment fund is a leading financial support policy for the Korean film industry, and began with the investment of the Small and Medium Business Administration and the Korean Film Council. It has become an important source of Korean film production costs and has spread to other cultural industry sectors, as a way of capital procurement for a start-up companies and cultural projects. This study reconstruct the data of the organizations such as the size of a new investment fund by public sector, the ratio of public capital contribution, the amount and number of investment in Korean films, investment multiplier compared to equity investment, and the internal return rate(IRR) of liquidation funds in the Korean film capital market from 1999 to 2017. The purpose of this project was to provide the basis for assessing the achievements of the Audio-visual investment fund policy in contributing to the growth of the film industry.

This paper examines the factors affecting financial exclusion, and proposes the strategies for enhancing the role of credit unions as financing source for small business startups. Credit cooperative institutions have played an important role in assisting people and communities who suffer from social and financial exclusion such as small business owners. But many of them have closed and lost their operational grounds by financial restructuring. Accordingly people with low credit scores have faced with increased financial constraints and the government has proposed various measures to assist them. Credit unions should develop strategies more actively to ease their financial constraints, expand and reinforce the operational grounds through relationship banking, enhance competitiveness by community based specialization strategies and developing models.

The government has routinely made efforts to improve the living environment and infrastructure of less-developed areas through large area urban remodeling projects, which are in themselves attempts to overcome the disadvantages of piecemeal local area development. Such projects are very complex, and various stakeholders are involved. However, the data on such projects has not been well managed, and has not lent itself to being easily adopted to similar projects. In addition, there are numerous fragmented mega-projects that seem to be performed based on "rules of thumb" To address this issue, the work process of many urban and residence project types should be standardized otherwise the participants will be confused to work properly. In particular, typical residents who lack knowledge about building redevelopment, building remodeling, urban environment improvement projects, and the like think that it is difficult to establish the preparation committees and association committees for the projects. Therefore, we examined previous researches related to the urban and building renovation to solve the prescribed present problems. This paper presents the three necessary research performances: first, we analyzed the administrative work process in the related laws; second, we examined the practical work process of the preparation committee and association committee stages; and finally we deduced the problem and presented the required improvements.

The objective of this paper is to analyze the equipment combination of stevedoring system at port container terminal. In general, the productivity of container terminal is evaluated by productivity of container cranes at apron, but there are other equipment such as transport vehicles and yard cranes. Therefore, a method that can estimate the optimal equipment combination of stevedoring system in container terminal is required. We perform various simulation experiment and analyze equipment combination to improve the productivity. From the application of the case study, we demonstrated the savings effect using mean waiting time rates by the equipment combination.

인간 소뇌의 구조와 기능을 간략하게 수학적으로 모델링하여 입력에 따른 시스템의 적정 출력을 학습에 의한 적응 제어 방식으로 추출해 내는 소뇌모델 대수제어기(CMAC : Cerebellar Model Arithmetic Controller)가 제안되었다. 본 논문에서는 연구개발된 기존 신경회로망과의 비교 분석에 의거하여, 소뇌모델 대수제어기 대신 네트의 특성에 따라 소뇌모델 선형조합 신경망(CMLAN : Cerebellum Model Linear Associator Network)이라 하였다. 소뇌모델 선형조합 신경망은 시스템의 제어 함수치를 결정하는 데 있어, 기존의 제어방식이 시스템의 모델링을 기초로 하여 알고리즘에 의한 수치해석적 또는 분석적 기법으로 모델 해를 산출하는 것과 달리, 학습을 통하여 저장되는 분산기억 소자들의 함수치를 선형적으로 조합함으로써 시스템의 입출력을 결정한다. 분산기억 소자로의 함수치 산정 및 저장은 소뇌모델 선형조합 신경망이 갖는 고유의 구조적 상태공간 매핑(State Space Mapping)과 델타규칙(Delta Rule)에 의거한 시스템의 입출력 상태함수의 학습으로써 수행된다. 본 논문을 통하여 소뇌모델 선형조합신경망의 구조적 특성, 학습 성질과 상태공간 설정 및 시스템의 수렴성을 규명하였다. 또한 기존의 최대 편차수정 학습 알고리즘이 갖는 비능률성 및 적용 제한성을 극복한 효율적 학습 알고리즘들을 제시하였다. 언급한 신경망의 특성 및 제안된 학습 알고리즘들의 능률성을 다양한 학습이득(Learning Gain)하에서 비선형 함수를 컴퓨터로 모의 시험하여 예시하였다.
