The purpose of this study is to find out the relation between co-cognitive factors, personal affective and characteristic features as the basis that prompts talented behaviors and leadership. The subjects of the study were 77 elementary mathematically gifted students attending at the gifted education center affiliated with University of Education in D metropolitan city and 110 elementary students in metropolitan city and provinces. The results of this study are as follows. First, elementary mathematically gifted students had higher levels than general students in every subdirectory of co-cognitive factors and the difference was statistically significant. Second, there was a difference between leadership of elementary mathematically gifted students and that of general students. Also, the level of gifted students' leadership was higher than the latter. Third, when it comes to the relation between co-cognitive factors and leadership, both of gifted students and general students showed positive correlation between subdirectory of co-cognitive factors and that of leadership. Consequently, development of co-cognitive factors will lead to improvement of leadership since co-cognitive factors positively influence on leadership. Therefore, it is desirable that co-cognitive factors are considered when developing a program for leadership.

The purpose of this study is to examine the effect of the collective psychological ownership (CPO) of the board of directors of cooperatives on organizational performance, and to find out the mediator effect of shared leadership between CPO and organizational performance. In this study, we collected a data set of the survey of 453 directors from 78 local consumer cooperatives of iCOOP Korea. The study found that the CPO of the board of directors of consumer cooperatives had a positive impact on the social performance and activity performance of the organization. More importantly, the mediator effect of shared leadership between CPO and performance was statistically significant. These results suggest that strengthening CPO on the board is necessary for the performance of co-operatives, and that shared leadership is an important medium for linking CPO to performance.

기능적 제한이 있는 하나의 웹 서비스는 다른 기능의 여러 웹 서비스들과 다양한 형태로 조합되어 웹 프로세스(Web Process)를 만들게 된다. 이를 통해 개발에 소요되는 비용과 시간을 줄이고 사용자의 요구사항을 만족시키는 서비스의 유연한 조합이 가능하다. 웹 프로세스의 조합 및 통합 시에 중요한 것은 보다 효과적이고 높은 품질의 서비스를 제공할 수 있도록 하는 것이다. 웹 서비스의 조합과 QoS(Quality of Service) 평가 및 보장에 관한 기존 연구는 사용자가 자신의 QoS 요구사항을 만족하는 웹 서비스를 직접 찾아야 하고, 조합된 웹 프로세스가 원하는 QoS를 만족할 때까지 반복적인 수작업을 수행해야 하는 비효율적인 측면이 있었다. 본 논문에서는 사용자가 조합한 웹 프로세스의 QoS를 분석하고 사용자의 QoS 요구사항에 부합하는 웹 서비스를 지능적으로 찾아주는 QoS 기반 웹 서비스 조합 방법론 및 지원도구를 소개한다. 제안된 도구를 통해 Activity Diagram의 형태로 프로세스를 구성하고 구성된 프로세스의 QoS를 분석하여 QoS 요구사항을 만족하는 웹 프로세스를 효율적으로 구성할 수 있다.

2012년 12월 협동조합기본법이 시행된 이래, 2015년 6월 현재 전국적으로 약 7,300여개의 협동조합이 설립되어 조합원들의 유기적인 공동활동을 통해 공동사업을 수행하고 있다. 소상공인협동조합, 사회적협동조합 등 다양한 형태의 협동조합은 자신들의 공동목적을 달성하기 위한 요소로 업무정보 공유에 기반한 협업이 필수적이라고 인식하고 있다. 기획재정부의 분류에 따르면 21개의 업종으로 다양한 산업군에 걸쳐 협동조합은 하나의 기업처럼 사업활동을 하고 있다. 하지만, 일반기업과는 달리 협동조합은 수직적인 경영구조가 아닌 조합원들 간의 수평적 경영조직을 갖는다. 본 논문에서는 공동사업 수행과 공동이익 창출이라는 협동조합의 특수한 사업모델과 전국에 산발적으로 분산되어 있는 조합원들 간의 공동업무 활동을 위한 협업 시스템을 제안한다.

Since users want to have services correctly in their own position and surrounding circumstance in ubiquitous computing environment, it is very important to search, compose basic services and provide suitable services according to various circumstances. However existing techniques have been studied on service discovery mainly and lack consideration for position or preference of users. Furthermore, on service composition, they lists basic services simply and do not propose concretely method of use service history data for service composition. Therefore we propose a framework for context-based service provisioning middleware system, called COSEP, and Ontology engine with data ming. This research discovers services by reacting dynamically to circumstance information such as time and position of user, composites services using Ontology engine with data ming and offers newly created optimal services to users.

본 연구는 협동조합 종사자의 교육훈련 현황을 분석하고 종사자의 역량을 강화하기 위한 교육훈련모델을 제안하는데 목적이 있다. 기획재정부의 협동조합 교육정책 계획 7가지 내용을 기준으로 사회적기업진흥원의 협동조합 교육현황을 분석해 보고, 이에 현실 가능한 대안으로서 협동조합 종사자의 역량을 강화하기 위한 교육훈련모형을 제시하는데 연구의 초점을 두었다. 또한 이러한 교육훈련을 운영할 때, 첫째, 조합 유형에 따른 맞춤형 교육 실시, 둘째, 전 직원의 교육 의무, 셋째, 다각적이고 심도 있는 장기적 교육과정 운영 넷째, 다양한 방법과 내용 구성과 효과적 교육 홍보 등을 제언하였다.

Nonlinear pushover analysis is used to evaluate the earthquake response of building structures. To accurately predict the inelastic response of a structure, the prescribed story load profile should be able to describe the earthquake force profile which actually occurs during the time-history response of the structure. In the present study, a new modal combination method was developed to predict the earthquake load profiles of building structures. In the proposed method, multiple story load profiles are predicted by combining the modal spectrum responses multiplied by the modal combination factors. Parametric studies were performed far moment-resisting frames and walls. Based on the results. the modal combination factors were determined according to the hierarchy of each mode affecting the dynamic responses of structures. The proposed modal combination method was applied to prototype buildings with and without vertical irregularity. The results showed that the proposed method predicts the actual story load profiles which occur during the time-history responses of the structures.

In this study, to solve the problem of the Association-led Housing Reconstruction Business (AHRB), as an alternative to the AHRB, the reliability of the Trust company-led Housing Reconstruction Business (THRB) is verified. To this end, the AHRB and the THRB comparison analyses were performed for the project period, income and expenditure, and the calculation of the Reconstruction Charges (RC). The results of the study are as follows: First, the THRB's business period is shorter than the AHRB's. Second, the THRB's business value is likely to be superior to the AHRB's. Third, due to differences in the calculation period of excess profit for housing reconstruction and the cost items related to implementer, the THRB's RC will be less than the AHRB's RC. Thus, the stability of the THRB has been partially verified as an alternative to the AHRB. The THRB is expected to expand further in the future.

The Purpose of this study was to analyzed the possibility of sport leaders cooperative model promote life sport through the creation of stable jobs for sports leaders. For the study, a questionnaire in preceding study was revised through the advisory committee and used to survey 20 life sports leaders in D city and 10 operators of sports cooperatives. After analyzing and categorizing of the survey results, the following conclusions were obtained. Sports leaders' cooperatives can be a model for revitalizing life sports, if more than 5 life sports leaders recognize the clear purpose and necessity through education, and operate the cooperative through communications in unity of members. It is thought that this can a new method for the development of the diversity of sports participation and the development of life sports.

The purpose of this study is to draw the implication for building domestic housing-related co-operatives by understanding activities of housing-related co-operatives from case study and by suggesting the start-up typology for possible domestic housing-related co-operatives and requisites for building them. According to their activities housing-related co-operatives are categorized into three types which are housing supply and operation type, maintain and improve the existing housing type, and design and performance improvement type. National housing policy should be connected to housing co-operatives indirectly. That is, the policy direction ought to be not toward controlling housing co-operatives, letting them supply more houses directly, but toward supporting voluntary co-operatives, showing them the overall housing policy blueprint. Co-operatives cannot be a panacea. Too much protection or support for co-operatives could lead to a reverse discrimination against private companies, and the co-operatives might overuse this kind of prominent position. We need to focus on the possibility of the role of co-operatives as a facilitator for local economy rather than a perfect substitute for the existing economy system.
