This study is a comparative analysis of the usage level of domestic academic journals in each discipline. The purpose of this study is that the results from this analysis can be used as basic data for evaluating domestic journals which is being done in every university. I atopted citation analysis as research methods target to dissertation and core journal in each discipline. From this analysis I got some results that can be applied as a tool for evaluating journals. First, there is distindtive difference in degree of reliance on the domestic journals, therefore we have to prepare different check points for each discipline. Second, if high rank journal can't take rule power under $50\%$, we must prepare another pertinent check points to evaluate journals efficiently.

기계 구조물의 수명예측 및 평가에 대하여 기초이론과 실례를 중심으로 기술하였다. 기계설비의 파손방지 및 수명예측, 평가기술은 학문적으로나 산업분야에서나 종합적이므로 제작자, 설계자, 사용자, 연구자, 기술자 등이 서로 긴밀한 협력체제를 구축하여 지속적으로 설계, 재료, 운전, 시험, 검사, 보수 등 각자의 전문분야를 조화 있게 연구개발 하여야만 문제를 해결 할 수 있다는 뜻이다. 따라서 관련종사자는 협력체제를 설비 및 기업특성에 맞게 구축하는 것이 가장 중요하고 시급한 과제이다.

This paper examines the evaluation and categorization of national heritage 'Myeongseung(scenic places)' from the viewpoint of world heritage concept and its criteria. This study focuses on Myeongseung because the author thinks it implies the unique human-nature relationships that have been evolved in Korean Peninsula, and then draws some pending problems with the evaluation of those heritage. Formerly, the paper discusses theoretically the outcome and point at issue on concept, criteria, evaluation of world heritage, and then proposes three issues on the evaluation and categorization of national heritage 'Myeongseung': first, the establishment of basic concept for evaluation of heritage; second, the building of unified criteria list to cover both natural and cultural heritage; and third, the reorganization of categories for the advanced registration and management. Especially, the author emphasizes that it is necessary rather to extend actively the world heritage concept than to regard it as a fixed framework.

Web accessibility is presented as a legal obligation to ensure users can access and use information and functions equally in the domestic public website sector. This study introduces the researcher network based on social network analysis (SNA) in order to show the citation relationship by identifying the network among researches in the field of web accessibility. Based on the analysis of the relationship and citation of academic researchers in the domestic web accessibility field, confirm the process of creating a research network. It is a visualization element that shows the citation relationship as well as the relationship and citation form between the studies as a network. Through the process of creating the network, and it can be confirmed and can be usefully used for future academic research network analysis. It is meaningful in terms of analysis for about 17 years from January 2000 to March 2017, a total of 50 papers published in journals registered by the National Research Foundation of Korea and candidate journals. By combining the evaluation metrics for each researcher, evaluation target, evaluation method, and evaluation result for web accessibility, and applying weights, identify the research direction and evaluation research trends in Korea's web accessibility field related to the relevant field and web accessibility evaluation research trends, and related to the researcher trend network.

국가 R&D에 대한 투자는 지속적으로 늘어나고 있고, 늘어나는 투자만큼 질 좋은 성과의 창출이 사회적으로 기대되고 있다. 이를 위해서는 우수한 연구자의 연구수행을 필요로 하며, 그 전제조건은 공정하고 객관적인 평가로부터 시작된다고 할 수 있다. 하지만 기존의 평가는 특정 평가위원에 의한 평가결과의 왜곡 가능성이 존재한다. 이를 억제하기 위해 기존에는 보편적으로 최고/최저점 제외 방식을 사용하였다. 하지만 왜곡 가능성이 그 이상 존재할 경우에는 왜곡을 막기에 부족하다. 본 연구에서는 평가위원별 평가결과 데이터를 군집화 기법을 활용하여 왜곡 가능성이 존재하는 평가위원을 분류하고, 이를 평가위원 선정 시 반영하여 왜곡 을 억제하는 방안을 모색하였다. 이러한 연구 결과를 바탕으로 평가의 공정성 및 신뢰성 향상 측면에 기여할 수 있을 것으로 기대한다.

제7차 교육과정에서는 세계화 정보화, 다양화를 지향하는 교육체제의 변화이다. 이와 같은 변화에 맞추어 2001학년도부터 재량활동을 통해 ICT 교육을 1,2학년에 한하여 실시하고 2002학년도에는 3,4학년으로 2003년에는 5,6학년까지 그 범위를 확대하여 실시되고 있다. 정보통신기술교육은 지식평가나 능력위주의 평가대신에 실습위주로 이루어지며 컴퓨터를 바르게 이해하고 활용하도록 도와준다. 타 교과에서는 수행평가를 영역별로 실시하지만 정보통신기술교육에서는 영역별 수행평가를 실시하지 않고 전반적인 평가를 하고 있다. 컴퓨터교과도 수행평가를 실시하여야 바람직한 평가가 될 것으로 생각되어 현재 일선학교에서의 컴퓨터 평가실태를 분석하고 그 문제점을 제시해 본다. 정규교과로 되기 위해서는 컴퓨터영역별로 세분화 된 평가준거 및 문항 등이 평가의 밑바탕이 되어야 한다. 따라서 본 연구자는 교육현장에서의 초등 정보통신기술교육에 대한 효율적인 수행평가방안에 대하여 연구하고자 한다.

Through the many site investigations, different methods for evaluating stability of rock slopes have been proposed. Those methods, however, may lead to different results depending on the subjective judgments associated with the selection of the evaluation items and the application of weighting factor. Accordingly, binary logistic regression analysis was carried out to ensure fair appliction of the weighting factor, leading to an equation for evaluating the stability of rock slopes.

본 연구는 이용자 지향적 평가의 의의와 타당성을 규명하기 위하여 연구과정에서 개인의 지식과 상황 및 인지적 요인의 변화에 따라 이용자가 인식하는 검색문헌의 적합성을 평가하는 기준들의 변화를 규명하는데 그 목적이 있다. 연구의 방법은 이론가설을 설정하고 이의 검증을 위하여 실제 연구문제를 가지고 있는 5명의 이용자를 대상으로 그들의 연구과정에 따라 적합성을 평가하는 기준들과 그 기준들의 변화양상을 관찰하는 실험을 수행하였다. 실험결과의 분석에는 빈도분석, 상관분석, 일원분산분석이 활용되었다. 그 결과 연구자들은 연구과정에 따라 적합성을 평가하는 기준이 다르게 나타났으며, 평가자에 따라서도 각기 다른 평가기준이 사용되고 있음을 확인할 수 있었다.

5.18 Gwangju Democratization Movement was approved as a legal democratization movement by president Kim Young Sam in May 1993 and was approved as a global recording inheritance by UNESCO in May 2011 for the honor of Gwangju citizens to be restored. However, assessment on this until today after 35 years of occurrence is not nationally unified and the mind of Gwangju maybe only remembered as pride by Gwangju. There are several factors of this continuing situation but this researcher thinks the biggest factor is that professionals reanalyzing the truth ascertainment fitting spirit of the times who are in charge of citizen education are intensively distributed in Jeolla-do and Seoul. Moreover, the journal unlikely assessing 5.18 have enemies in the assailant area during activity that unity is not taking place with divided assessments and trapped in Honam. This study judges that the reason the meaning of 5.18 is trapped in Honam and not nationally unified is because of the limit of "adversary system." Especially researchers who should analyze and explain this incident in a objective views are bias distributed (Gwangju Jeolla-do> Seoul>Gyeongnam) in hometown areas that the possibility of 5.18 meaning not being unified was focused. Academic research studies, journal writers, and publication locations are divided in this study to reveal they are bias distributed and reveal that there is possibility that this biased distribution of researches are becoming obstacles in overcoming regionality.
