본 논문에서는 창의융합적 아이디어가 세상을 바꾸는 4차 산업혁명시대를 대비하기 위해 경찰·경비분야에 요구되는 핵심역량을 도출하고 진단도구를 개발하고자 한다. 이를 위해 K시 소재 대학의 경찰·경비관련 학과에 재학중인 66명을 연구대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였다. 그 결과, 경찰·경비분야의 직무, 과업, 역할을 수행하는 데 필요한 법집행, 상황대응, 정보수집, 지휘통솔 등 직무영역에서 9개의 전공능력이 미래사회에 대비하기 위해 전공자들에게 우선적으로 요구되는 핵심역량으로 도출되었다. 이러한 결과는 역량기반 전공 교육과정 개선과 교육성과 관리를 위한 자료로 활용이 가능하다. 또한 개인의 전공능력 수준을 진단하여 역량 증진 프로그램을 실시할 수 있으며, 역량기반 교육과정에 대한 성과확산과 각종 비교과 교육프로그램 지원과 선정을 위한 교육성과 지표로도 활용이 가능할 것으로 판단된다.

Sandwich panels which are having the both sides are bonded with a heat insulating material with an iron plate are used as factories, warehouse structures as advantages of convenience in construction at economic efficiency of material cost. However, in a panel structure constructed by continuous joining of sandwich panels, a joint portion where a panel and a panel are connected is generated. The joint part is a part which is easily vulnerable to fire because flames easily flow into the melting and deformation of the iron plate during fire. The flames flowing into the panel induce diffusion of fire by rapid burning, causing damage of human life and property. In this research, we developed a flame spread prevention plate to prevent spreading of sandwich panel. This is an improvement of the workability by the anti-spreading construction method of the existing previous research, it can be applied independently to the connecting part where the panel and the panel are coupled, designed to prevent inflow and spreading of flame did. The actual fire test of the test method of KS F ISO 13784-1 of the sandwich panel specimen was conducted and the burning behavior corresponding to the presence or absence of application of the flame spread prevention plate was grasped at the panel connection part and its effect was measured. Inserting a fire spreading plate into the test result panel connecting part is measured by delaying the flashover, prevention of collapse of the specimen, and temperature rise of the opening, effectively improving the fire safety of the panel structure It was confirmed as a method that can be secured. It is judged that panel structure will contribute to ensuring fire safety by applying the fire spread prevention construction method of various methods ensuring the workability and economy of panel connection vulnerable to fire.

최근 e-러닝의 확산 속도에 따른 많은 문제점도 발생되고 있으며 그중 가장 큰 이슈가 e-러닝 사이트에 대한 평가인데 즉, 제공하는 사이트의 서비스품질이 사용자들에게 얼마만큼의 성과를 통한 만족을 가져다 줄 수 있는지에 대한 문제이다. 이에 본 연구에서는 e-러닝의 사업 분류 중 일반인과 학생을 교육대상으로 하는 B2C e-러닝 사이트의 서비스품질 결정요인이 개인성과, 사용자만족, 재이용의향 등에 어떠한 영향을 미치는 지를 분석하고자 한다. 이러한 연구목적에 따른 결과를 토대로 e-러닝 사이트의 벤더가 사용자들에게 고품질의 서비스를 제공하기 위해 최우선적으로 고려해야 할 요인들과 전략적 시사점을 제시하여 실제적인 e-러닝의 활성화에 기여하고자 한다.

Since electrical resistivity of concrete can be measured in a more rapid and simple way than chloride diffusivity, it should be primarily regular quality control of the electrical resistivity of concrete which provides the basis for indirect of quality control of chloride diffusivity during concrete construction. If this is realized, the electrical resistivity of concrete can be a crucial parameter to establish maintenance strategy for marine concrete structures. The purpose of this study is to develop, design and test a surface electrical resistivity measurement protocol. Microstructural affecting factors such as capillary water, porosity, tourtousity, and so on, on the electrical resistivity of concrete were examined taking into account for mixing proportion properties, and hydration stage. This study can provide a non-destructive approach for durability design of marine concrete. From the relationship between electrical resistivity and chloride diffusivity, it is expected that the result is subsequently used as a calibration curve for an indirect control of the chloride diffusivity based on regular measurements of the electrical resistivity during concrete construction.

One of the key factors for success in fostering web-service is the supply of user-generated contents(UGCs). Technological interactivity is an environmental factor which stimulates user-content interaction, and reflects the system's capability for supporting various interactions that are allowed by a medium. The present study uses a structural equation model to investigate the influence of three components of technological interactivity-user control, synchronicity, and responsiveness-on web-services' perceived content performance. The results show that web-services' user control and synchronicity exhibited a positive relationship with the perceived efficiency of content generation; further, perceived efficiency boosts perceptions of content quality, which means that the user control and synchronicity of a web-service also have an indirect effect on perceived content quality. Additionally, responsiveness has a positive effect on perceived content quality. These findings are important for marketers and operators seeking to make their web-service successful.

투과 전자 현미경 (Transmission Electron Microscope : TEM))의 단면 시료 관찰은 반도체 소자의 미세화에 따른 공정 평가, failure analysis 분야에 최근 많이 사용되고 있으나 TEM관찰을 위한 반도체 소자의 시료 제작 기술이 반도체 재료의 특성상 매우 어렵기 때문에 만족할만한 연구 성과가 미흡한 실정이다. 여기에서는 확산 공정 기술 개발에 따른 시료의 TEM 관찰에 필요한 단면 관찰용 시료 제작 기술에 대한 연구 결과를 정리 하였다.

비대면 사회 확산에 따라 디지털 콘텐츠 등 온라인상으로 거래가 관리되는 디지털 자산의 거래가 증가하고 있다. 영상 및 이미지 등 디지털 자산의 경우 창작자가 자산에 대한 충분한 대가를 받지 못하고 불법 거래 내역에 대한 파악이 어렵다. 본 논문에서는 NFT적용을 통한 효율적 디지털 자산 관리를 위하여 신뢰성과 보안을 강화한 블록체인 합의알고리즘을 연구하고 성능평가를 통하여 기존 합의알고리즘 대비 우수성을 증명하였다.

The purpose of this study is to analyse factors affecting performance of Global Outsourcing of the Korean Export-Importing Companies. This study aims to confirm the cause and effect relationship between independent variables; Organization Competency, Flexibility, Information Sharing and Partnership and dependent variable; the performance of Global Outsourcing. Also, another objective of this study is to discover affecting levels for the performance and activation factors of global outsourcing and to contribute to diffusion of global sourcing. This paper examined the concept and features of global sourcing and the present situation of global outsourcing at the level of domestic and overseas. From precedent studies that based on empirical studies about the transaction theory and the resource-based theory, we have derived a model with hypothesis and scale items then we conducted a survey of the Korean Export-Importing companies and empirically analysed the data. Before hypothesis testing, we conducted a basic information analysis in order to discover implication level of Global Soucring and also did reliability analysis and exploratory factor analysis using SPSS 18.0. Finally, the four hypothesis for the performance of Global Sourcing were tested with a regression model.

As to 'E-Commerce Trade' or 'The Cross Border E-Commerce (CBEC)' which has shown rapid diffusion, Korean government is providing active support on the basis of idea that it has profound impact on increase of export. However, sporadic support propelled by various ministries and agencies are not effective and efficient at all on actual circumstances. Consequently, in order to promote consistency, effectiveness, and efficiency of supporting policy, it is desirable to clarify competent ministry and the duty of cooperation to the other ministries and agencies. For its own sake, it is necessary to amend each existing laws which scattered all over the business territory, or to legislate new enactments. Yet these methods are extremely tough to carry out, therefore, it seems that amending 'Electronic Trade Facilitation Act', which already exist and regulate 'paperless trade' would be a realistic alternative. For the diffusion of Korean CBEC especially export, in this study the author insists that amending this law to promote CBEC is the most reasonable way comparing to other ways with several reference materials.
