퇴변한 필적을 회복하고 보호하는 것에 관계되는 여러 학과를 설립하여, 각고의 연구 끝에 이 영역에서 일련의 중대한 돌파를 얻었다. 볼펜 복사지 푸른색 먹(黑) 연필 청사진 등의 필적 재료의 퇴색 확산 회복 고정기제 및 종이 노화와 보호기제 등 복잡한 요소를 연구 분석하여 일련의 퇴변한 당안 필적 회복과 보호제를 연구 제작하였다. 이 일련의 성과가 세상에 나온 이래 중국 30개성 자치구에서 정부기관 경찰 법원 도시규획과 건설 지질 수도 전기 철로 석유 조사 설계 군사 등의 일부분 당안에서 응용되었고, 심각하게 퇴변한 대량의 진귀한 문헌 문물로 하여금 원래 모습을 회복시켰으며, 영구 보존할 필요가 있는 문건을 내구적으로 고정시킬 수 있었다. 동시에 국제 당안계 및 지질문물 수장, 연구 부분에서 강렬한 영향을 불러일으켰다.

2019년 3월 기획재정부 장관은 관계부처 합동으로 제2벤처 붐 확산전략을 발표하였다. 신산업 고기술 스타트업 발굴을 통해 기술인재 고기술창업 특히 대학 및 연구소등의 우수 인재가 기술혁신형 창업을 하고, 이에 투자 멘토링 기술 지원하는 사업을 강화하는 한편 지원규모를 확대한다는 계획이다. 2019년 9월 국내 벤처기업 수는 3만6759개이고, 액셀러레이터 투자도 벤처투자로 인정한 '벤처기업육성에 관한 특별조치법' 개정안을 마련하고 있으며, 엑설러레이터 기준을 새로 마련하고 있다. 벤처 투자액은 올해 4조원을 돌파할 거라 예상하고 있는 가운데, 특히 창업의 마중물 역을 하는 액셀러레이터 시장이 크게 성장하고 있다. 대학부터 지자체, 기업, 기존 투자사들까지 뛰어들면서 관련제도가 도입된 지 3년이 채 되지 않아 200곳이 설립됐다. 전 세계적인 스타트업 붐에 더해 진입문턱이 대폭 낮아지자 초기 기업에서 기회를 엿보는 곳들이 늘어난 것으로 보인다. 2017년 54곳에 불과했던 액셀러레이터는 2년이 지나지 않아 4배 가까이 증가했다. 이처럼 시장이 급성장하는 이유는 대기업 중심의 경제 성장세가 둔화되고 우버와 같은 회사들이 새로운 산업을 구축하며 전 세계적으로 스타트업에 대한 관심이 고조되었고, 정부 역시 제2벤처 붐을 일으키겠다며 다방면의 벤처 육성책을 내놓고 있기 때문이다. 이러한 엑셀러레이터에 대한 관심은 학술적이 연구로도 나타나고 있는 바, 엑셀러레이터로부터 투자를 유치한 스타트업의 성과와 관련하여 다양한 원인을 찾고자하는 노력이 시도되고 있다. 스타트업 관계자가 인식하는 엑셀러레이터의 평가지표에 대한 수용성 정도와 그들의 성과 간의 관계에서 엑셀러레이터 조직에 대한 신뢰의 역할을 연구할 필요성이 제기된다고 할 것이다. 제기된 연구 필요성의 해결을 위하여 본 연구에서는 최근 3년 이내 엑셀러레이터로부터 투자 유치를 받은 스타트업 관계자를 대상으로 평가수용성과 엑셀러레이터의 조직신뢰 그리고 성과에 대한 설문조사를 실시하였다. 본 연구의 분석결과를 바탕으로 스타트업 성과를 극대화할 수 있는 엑셀러레이터의 평가지표 구성과 조직측면에서 전략적 방안 모색의 기초자료로 제공하고자 한다.

This study analyzes the effect of A university's institutional repository(A-IR) which performs as a gateway of university research. This research presents A-IR's operational policy and usage analyses which consist of visits, pageviews, demographics and behaviors of visitors, frequency of visits and traffic sources. On the basis of this analyses, this research found the correlations between usage of IR and citations of research papers.

This study considered eWOM communication not as persuasion process but as diffusion process and identified factors affecting eWOM spread. eWOM diffusion process can be divided into initial transmitting process and retransmission process. The current study analyzed the effects of informational traits(level of agreement, vividness, neutrality) of eWOM on the intention to retranmit eWOM and moderating effect of eWOM involvement. Research sample was gathered from young people because they are familiar with online communication process. Statistical analysis showed informational traits of eWOM all had a significant effects on the credibility of eWOM, credibility of eWOM influenced on the intention to retransmit eWOM significantly, and eWOM involvement moderated the relation between information traits of eWOM and the intention to retransmit eWOM. And then academic and managerial implication was discussed based on these findings.

Although market orientation as the implementation of the marketing concept has long been a major subject in marketing, firms with market orientation do not necessarily come with high performance, showing mixed results in literature. There have been attempts to link market orientation-firm performance until recently with different mediators, but the appreciation on market orientation has been faded in practice. This study focuses on two possibilities for the causes of these problems. 1) Previous studies have overlooked the qualitative aspects of market orientation, 2) have focused on the performance at corporate level. To provide a generalized performance-generation framework, this study demonstrates the market information quality as a moderating variable and introduces the task performance of employees as a universal mediator between market orientation and the firm performance. As the result of this study, we confirmed the positive role of the market information quality and employees' task performance in market orientation-Firm Performance. The relationship between market orientation and employee's task performance becomes stronger when market information quality is high in value. We highlighted the performance generating mechanism of market orientation, regardless of context. This research provides new insights for marketing scholars and managers with regard to both activities and quality of market information and how market orientation affects individual and firm level performance.

지난 몇 년간 인터넷의 확산과 더불어 기업 환경에는 많은 변화가 있었다. 그 중 하나가 전자적인 형태로 접근할 수 있는 정보 양의 급증이라 할 수 있다. (Martin White, 2000 : 신학철, 2001) E-business 환경에서 이처럼 정보의 양이 급증함에 따라 정보의 효율적인 활용은 기업의 주요 경쟁원천이 되고 있다. 정보의 중요성을 깨달은 기업들은 운영효율성 증가를 위해 백오피스시스템과 프론트오피스시스템 등에 많은 투자를 했다. (안승용, 2001) 하지만 새로운 정보시스템 도입 시 레거시시스템과의 통합을 고려하지 않아 업무효율성 향상을 위한 정보기술이 역으로 업무수행을 저해하는 결과를 초래했다. (Jaydip, 2002) 예컨대 기업의 각 시스템간에 정보의 일관성이 결여되어 있고, 필요한 정보 역시 기업내 여러 시스템에 산재되어 있어 정보의 이용 면에서 효율성이 떨어지는 문제에 직면하게 된 것이다 따라서 기업은 각 시스템에 산재해 있는 정보사용의 효율성을 놀이기 위해 기업 내 다양한 정보시스템간 통합의 필요성을 인식함에 따라 이전까지 분산 환경이던 IT환경이 점차 기업정보포탈(Enterprise Information Portal: EIP)같은 통합 환경으로 바뀌게 되었다. (KRG Report, 2002) EIP는 현재와 E-business를 준비하는 기업에 중요한 관심사항으로 떠오르고 있으며 현재 IBM, MS 같은 글로벌 기업 뿐 아니라 다수의 국내 업체들도 통합 솔루션 시장 진출해 경쟁을 벌이고 있다. 본 논문에서는 EIP의 개념을 살펴보고 기존의 정보시스템과 EIP 관련 연구를 기반으로 새롭게 부상하고 있는 EIP의 성과를 시스템 품질과 정보품질로 측정하여 이들 요인이 EIP사용자의 직무성과에 미치는 영향에 관해 연구하였다. 본 논문은 EIP를 도입한 기업을 대상으로 EIP성과에 대한 연구를 진행하여 EIP를 도입하거나 구현중인 기업에게 적합한 경영관리적 방향을 제시할 수 있을 것이다.

This study applied the BSC performance consulting experience and diverse variable factors and whether there any differences in terms of satisfaction and the relationship between the support for the government consulting firm specializing in human resources by the resident of the innovation cluster area was investigated through empirical research. According to the study, a new high in recent local government support Consulting Consulting satisfaction by professionals residing in the area that applies to industrial clusters leads to practical consultancy, which was being evaluated as a significant boon to real performance of the company.

정보통신 방송기술(ICT)은 경제성장을 주도하고 타산업과의 융합을 통해 새로운 일자리를 창출하는 창조경제 실현의 핵심 수단으로 주목받고 있다. 이에 미래부는 미래 환경변화에 대비한 ICT 분야의 혁신적 전략적 기술개발 추진 및 R&D 성과확산을 강화하고, ICT 기반의 신시장과 신산업 창출을 가속화하기 위한 2015년도 과학기술 ICT 분야 연구개발사업 종합시행 계획을 최근 확정하여 발표하였다. 본고에서는 기술개발, 표준화, 인재양성, 기반조성 등 2015년도 ICT 분야 연구개발 사업의 추진방향 및 세부 추진과제에 대해서 소개한다.

마이크로 캡슐에 관한 연구는 벽 혹은 내부 물질의 성질, 캡슐화의 방법, 내부 구성물질의 내구성과 안정성 그리고, 확산, 투과, 부식, 용해등에 의한 유출현상등을 중심으로 진행되어 왔으며$^{1.2}$ , 1980년대 후반부터 섬유의 열적 성능을 개선하고자 캡슐화된 상전이 물질을 이용한 연구들이 시작 되었다[3-4]. 본 연구에서는 온도 조절 기능을 가지고 온도 감응형 섬유로의 적용을 위하여 상전이 물질(phase change materials: PCMs)을 함유하는 마이크로 캡슐을 제조하여 그 특성을 분석하고자 하였다. 국내 인용 데이터베이스에서도 해외와 마찬가지로 저널 영향력 지수가 핵심 지표로 제공되고 있으며 저널 평가나 연구성과 평가의 기준 지표로 사용되는 경향이 확산되고 있다. 그러나 국내 저널에서는 논문이 발표된 당해년도에 인용되는 비율이 해외에 비해서 높기 때문에 이를 반영하지 않는 영향력 지수는 국내 저널에 대해서는 더 불완전한 지수라고 할 수 있다. 이 연구에서는 여러 해에 걸쳐 발행된 논문이 특정 연도에 인용된 횟수로 평가하는 저널 영향력 지수와 달리, 특정 연도에 발행된 논문이 여러 해에 걸쳐 인용된 횟수로 평가하는 통시적 영향력 지수의 개념과 산출방법을 알아보고 정보관리학회지를 대상으로 시험 측정한 결과를 살펴본다.
