The development project of a public rental housing require the accurate and systemical feasibility analysis for the successful performance owing to the long project duration. But, the item and procedure of the existing feasibility analysis are not standardized and the correlation among each of items is not clear. Therefore, analysis has much difficulty. The purpose of this study is to present the basic data for the modeling of the feasibility analysis system, through the domestic public enterprise-oriented survey and interview and collection of the report about the feasibility analysis.

The purpose of this study is to suggest the process and calculating method of feasibility study for the reconstruction apartment projects, and the results of this study is fundamental knowledge for the exact and exquisite plan. The process of this study are as following : 1. Research for the process and peculiar character of reconstruction project. 2. Investigate input and output item and suggest the calculating methods that are generally accepted. 3. Suggest the general process on feasibility study for reconstruction apartment project.

Korean government is driving the large telescope development project to improve the level of astronomical research. The objective of this study is to assess the economic effects of Korean large telescope project by employing a contingent valuation method (CVM) to provide policy-makers with useful and responsible information. According to estimating results, annually willingness to pay per household is 1,416 Korean Won. Consequently, the annual benefit of large telescope project is about 240.8 billion Korean won. This result contributes to provide policy makers with the quantitative information and for economic feasibility.

본 연구는 현재까지 주먹구구식, 각 부처별로 평가가 이루어져 왔던 해외취업사업을 통계적, 경영학적 기법을 적용하여 객관적으로 평가할 수 있는 방법에 대해 제안하고자 한다. 본 연구결과를 통해 국가적 차원에서 새로운 정책 발굴의 여지가 많은 청년층 국가 간 교류사업 즉 해외취업사업에 보다 조직적이고 체계적인 틀을 제시할 수 있는 전략을 제공한다. 해외취업사업은 국가 중요 정책사업이면서 형태가 구축되지 않은 비표준 정책으로 정책의 완성을 위해 현재 이루어졌던 사업에 관련된 과거 데이터를 기반으로 사업의 미래방향에 대해 제시할 수 있을 것으로 판단한다.

LNG 냉열 활용에 대한 관심은 유가의 고공행진과 더불어 고조되고 있다. 본 연구는 생산기지 내에서 LNG 냉열의 이용현황 및 활용 가능량에 대한 분석을 토대로 LNG를 사용하는 6대 냉열사업에 대한 타당성 연구를 수행하였다 하절기 생산기지 내에서 냉열의 활용 가능량은 전체 냉열량의 30%로 LNG kg당 약 60kcal 정도로 매우 적다. 또한 생산기지 내에서 천연가스 송출량이 시간대별로 크게 차이가 발생되기 때문에 실질적으로 활용 가능한 양은 이것보다 적은 것으로 나타났다. 6대 냉열사업은 공기액화분리, 냉열발전, 저온분쇄, 액화탄산 및 드라이아이스, 냉동 및 냉장창고, 지역냉방사업이고, 사업화 가능성에 대한 타당성 연구를 수행하였다. 본 결과 전체 냉열사업의 투자비 회수기간이 15년 이상 상회하는 것으로 나타났다. 현시점에서 냉열사업 자체의 외국기술 의존도 때문에 막대한 초기투자비가 필요하고, 생산품의 부가가치가 낮으며 기존 시장에서 경쟁력을 확보하기가 어려운 것으로 평가되었다.

The main purpose of this study is to find the determinant of business performance in Korean software firms. The findings of this study can be summarized as follows. First, the technology level of software firm produces an insignificant effect on business performance. Second, the number of development and marketing employees has a more significant effect on business performance than the level of technology.

본 연구는 국제합작사업 기업들을 대상으로 합작사업 참여기업 간 특성이 지식공유 및 활용과 합작 성과에 어떠한 영향을 주는지를 살펴보고자 하는 실증연구이다. 본 연구에서는 국제합작사업 참여기업 간 특성을 참여기업간 계약준수, 사업참여동기 및 의지, 경영자율성, 조직문화들이 지식공유 및 활용과 합작성과에 어떠한 유의한 영향을 미치며 또한, 국제합작사업 기업들만이 가지는 특징을 실증분석을 통하여 알아보고자 한다.

본 연구의 목적은 중소기업 CEO의 사내 기업가정신이 사업성과에 미치는 영향을 실증 분석하는 데 있다. 중소기업은 창업부터 성장하기까지 많은 위험요소에 노출되어 있으며 이러한 위험요소를 체계적으로 관리하고 극복하는 노하우를 쌓아 잘 활용하였을 때 경쟁시장에서 생존할 수 있다. 즉, CEO의 미래지향적이며, 창조적인 아이디어를 갖고 적극적으로 실행해보고자 하는 성향과, 위험 감수적인 기업가적 정신이 사업성과에 영향을 미칠 것이라는 가정하에 연구모형을 설정하였다. 이를 위해, 사내 기업가정신의 주요 구성요소를 '혁신성', '진취성', '위험감수성'을 독립변수로 하였고 사업성과를 종속변수로 설정하였으며, 선행연구를 기반으로 커뮤니케이션 스타일을 매개변수 채택하여 변수 간의 관계를 실증적 분석을 통하여 검증하고자 한다. 중소기업 CEO를 대상으로 하는 사내 기업가정신의 선행 연구 논문을 바탕으로, CEO가 강사인 대상으로 차별화하여 분석하고자 하였다. 또한 사내 기업가정신과 커뮤니케이션 스타일이 사업성과에 영향을 미치는지를 확인하여 사내 기업가정신의 중요성을 밝히고자 한다. CEO의 역량과 능력이 기업의 사업성과 향상에 미치는 영향요인을 분석하고, 강사가 CEO인 중소기업을 대상으로 강사의 커뮤니케이션 스타일이 조직 구성원과 사업성과 향상을 이끌어 내기 위한 참고자료로서 도움이 되고자 한다.

연구목적은 고령화의 사회에서 노인들이 지속적인 일을 통해 사회구성원으로 참여하도록하는 노인 일자리 및 사회활동 지원사업의 효과를 알아보고자 하였다. 노인일자리 사업에 의 참여가 생활만족도와 성공적 노화에 미치는 영향을 검증하고자 한다. 본 연구의 방법은 KJ지역에 거주하는 65세 이상의 노인 중 노인일자리 사업에 참여중인 노인 700명을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하려고 한다. 이 논문의 주요연구내용은 노인일자리 사업 참여가 생활만족도와 성공적 노화에 미치는 영향을 분석하고자 2023년 11월부터 설문조사를 진행하여 결과를 spss 27.0을 활용하여 분석하려고 한다. 연구결과는 노인일자리 사업 참여가 생활만족도와 성공적 노화에 유의한 영향을 미치고 생활만족도는 매개효과가 있을 것으로 본다.

Emphasizing the importance of R&D as a source of open innovation, Korean government is developing various programs focused on technology commercialization and is expanding investment on it. In spite of those efforts, technology commercialization is not vitalized yet due to the lack of demand for technology transfer, R&D planning scheme without considering market, immaturity of technology market, and so on. This study aims to suggest the business ecosystem model so that technology commercialization could be facilitated based on business ecosystem perspective. We set the framework for modeling a business ecosystem through reviewing the previous works, and draw several problems to be solved regarding public R&D commercialization in Korea from the perspective of ecosystem. Considering those, this research proposes the business ecosystem model for public R&D commercialization as a reference model for describing, discussing, and developing the technology commercialization strategy. The proposed model consists of 4 domains as follows: R&D, technology market, information distribution channels, and customers. The business ecosystem model shows that technology commercialization could be facilitated to create the market value through close relationship and organic cooperation among its members that form the ecosystem. Public research institutes as a keystone player could control the fate of the ecosystem. In this regard, this paper suggests roles of public research institutes for evolving the business ecosystem.
