기존 차량 트래픽 시스템 관련 연구들은 신호등체계 보다 차선변경을 중요시하고, 차량의 목적지 없이 랜덤으로 주행함으로 사실성이 저하된다. 본 논문에서는 차량 트래픽의 사실성을 높이기 위해 신호등체계를 도입하고 출발지와 목적지 등을 부여한다. 또한 출발지점과 목적지점의 차량 트래픽률을 제어하고, 출발지점에서 목적지점까지의 최적경로를 찾아 주행하는 방법에 대해 설계하고 구현한다.

In this study, a value framework for ubiquitous computing is developed and presented. Using 'value focused thinking' approach suggested by Keeney, twenty-two potential users of ubiquitous computing were interviewed and 435 statements were obtained from these interviews. Subsequent purification and redundancy removal process reduces these 435 statements into 166 objectives users have in their mind when thinking about ubiquitous computing. These 166 objectives were again simplified into 37 objectives by clustering. Through a focus group interview, these objectives were again classified into a means-ends network diagram by analyzing reciprocal relationships among them. Resulting means-ends network reveals the value framework inherent within the perception of users. This framework will be useful as a reference in developing new business models in ubiquitous computing as well as developing technologies themselves.

According to COSO(2013) "Internal control is a process that is designed to provide reasonable assurance that a firm can achieve its objectives, where differing aspects of internal control can be partitioned into operating objectives, reporting objectives, and compliance objectives." Internal control over financial reporting(ICFR) is focus on reporting objectives and includes that provide reasonable assurance regarding prevention or timely detection of unauthorized acquisition, use or disposition of the company's assets that could have a material effect on the financial statements. Thus, firms with weak ICFR have negative a effect on Firm value because those firms are great likelihood of misappropriation and inefficiency decision. In this regard, this study investigates the association of ICFR with the likelihood of firm failure. Specially, I measure the characteristic of ICFR as disclosures of material weaknesses and operating personnel of ICFR. I identify the likelihood of firm failure as going-concern opinion issued in audit report. As result, I find that a higher probability of firm failure is positively associated with the material weakness in ICFR also I find that a higher probability of firm failure is negatively associated with experience and qualified CPA of personnel in ICFR.

The purpose of this research is to analyze the motivations for mergers and the disclosure effects before and after two parties, which have a parent and subsidiary relationship, submit a merger agreement. The results of analysis show that the main aims of a merger between the two parties are to enhance the efficiency and the competitive power of the companies and to diversify their business lines. Efficiency increment plays an important role in a merger. A merged corporation has realized positive abnormal returns before and after a merger. Business diversification has brought the highest cumulative average abnormal returns due to the disclosure effects.

미국의 65세 이상 노인인구의 구성을 보면, 민족이 더욱 다양화되고 있는 추세이다. 다양화 되고 있는 민족 가운데 한국계 미국인의 수는 급속히 증가하고 있으나, 그들의 건강문제에 대한 정보는 매우 부족한 실정이다. 연구목적: 연구의 목적은 한국계 미국 노인의 건강에 대한 현재까지의 연구를 정리하고, 이를 바탕으로 앞으로의 연구방향에 대해 논의하는 것이다. 연구방법: 컴퓨터 데이터베이스를 이용한 검색과 수작업에 의한 검색을 통해 수집된 21개의 자료를 분석하였다. 결론 및 제언: 21개의 자료는 네 개의 항목으로 나눠 정리하였다. 기존의 연구는 주제의 다양성이나 각 주제별 연구의 수에 있어서 매우 미흡하였다. 중요한 주제임에도 다뤄지지 않고 있는 분야에 대한 관심이 요구되며, 또한 각 분야에 대한 심도 있는 연구가 이루어져야 할 것이다.

The goal of this paper is to determine optimal hardware platform for specific applications. In order to develop an understanding of how select the optimal platform, we focus upon the real-time embedded vehicle system for processing forward image and sound. In this paper we propose to measure parameters such as instructions, execution cycle, required memory size for program and data by using ARMulator. We have measured three types of processor cores: ARM7, ARM9 and ARM10. The results of the study indicated that the proposed methods could measure the minimal requirements of hardware platform for specific applications. By defining lower limit of hardware specifications in embedded systems, we can minimize expenses with suitable system performance without implementing the system.

미국의 코넬대학(Cornell University)은 컴퓨터그래픽 분야에서 선두주자의 하나로서 알려져 있다. 수년동안 그들은 교육성(Dept. of Education)의 연구비를 받아서 교육용 소프트웨어를 개발하는 "Socrates(Study of Complementary Research and Teaching in Engineering Science)"라는 연구사업을 수행하였다. 이 연구사업의 목적은 컴퓨터를 이용한 교육을 증가시키기 위한 목적에서 수행되었다. 이 대학은 다른 대학들보다 컴퓨터시설이 매우 충실한 것으로 알려져 있으므로, 개발된 소프트웨어들의 사용이 모든 대학들에서 받아들이기에는 어려움이 많다. 그러나 다소의 차이는 있지만 컴퓨터의 사용을 강의실로 끌어들여야 하는 문제점은 어느 대학에서나 존재한다. 따라서 본 고에서는 Socrates에 대한 소개와 함께, 이의 이용방법에 대하여 기술하고자 한다.

본 연구는 PDA를 활용한 초등학교 사회과 현장학습 지원 프로그램의 개발 방향을 모색해 보고 현장학습 지원 시스템을 이용하여 아동 스스로 현장학습을 다녀올 수 있도록 하여 초등 사회과 현장학습을 보완하도록 하는데 목적이 있으며 부가적으로 현장학습 지원 시스템의 효과적인 설계 및 개발 방법을 연구하는데 2차적 목적을 두었다.
