Organizational performance is directly associated with leaders' behavior and the importance of various leadership types are continuously emphasized. Various of leadership types are possessed of different roles and influences. Nowadays, Chinese organizations continue to reinforce social responsibility and demand ethical elements for continuous development of organization and performance improvement. It shows that the importance of ethical leadership is emphasized among Chinese organizations. Based on this phenomenon, this research focused on identifying the role of ethical leadership and verifying the level of performance. According to the current situation that requires innovation in relation to performance, we focused on the employees' innovative behavior. Furthermore, we also verified serial multiple mediating effects of trust in leader and voice behavior on the relationship between ethical leadership and innovative behavior. This research focused on 336 employees in Chinese small and medium-sized enterprises to conducted a survey and the data were used in empirical analysis. The results showed ethical leadership had a positive influence on innovative behavior. In additon, the serial multiple mediating effects of trust in leader and voice behavior were verified. Overall, this research focused on exploring performance that can be achieved through ethical leadership and finding the ways to improve performance. Finally, the future research related to ethical leadership and performance was presented.

기존의 바코드와 같은 인식장치는 여러 가지 면에서 USN 환경 에서 사용하기에 상당한 제약이 따르게 된다. 그러나 RFID 시스템을 사용하면 이런 문제점들을 해결할 수 있다. RFID 기반의 시스템은 RFID 리더와 태그, 그리고 RFID 태그가 가지는 정보를 활용하기 위해서 사람이 관리하는 데이터 서버가 필요하다. 본 연구에서는 이를 응용하여 관람객에게 효과적으로 전시물을 안내해주는 2.45GHz 규격의 이동형 RFID 리더와 PDA를 이용한 전시관 어플리케이션을 구현하였다.

RFID system, which tries to identify a information of the tag using the wireless transmission, has been used to recognize long distance. However, each RFID system uses different way for individual needs. So, it is might not be compatible with the each system using a little different way. Also there is a trouble to freely use the protocols between the one tag and the other reader. So we tested a various RFID tags and readers to use the designed system with several protocols. Therefore, this paper shows that we designed and realized of the testing system for RF characteristics test as well as protocol analysis.

최근 유비쿼터스 주요 이슈로 부각되는 Atuo ID나 유비쿼터스 ID(Ubiquitous ID)은 RFID(Radio Frefuency Identification) 태그(Tag)를 사용한 차세대 ID 체계이다. 이들 식별 체계는 해당 물품에 부착된 태그 정보를 RFID 리더(Reader)가 판독하여 이를 바탕으로 식별 작업을 수행함으로써 짧은 시간에 많은 물류 식별 처리가 가능할 수 있는 메커니즘을 가지고 있다. 하지만 리더가 수많은 태그 정보를 한꺼번에 모두 받아드림으로써 발생하는 여러 가지 오류가 발생할 수 있는데, 이를 충돌 문제(collision problem)이라 한다 본 논문은 충돌 문제들의 형태를 분석하고, 이를 개선할 수 있는 방안에 대해 모색, 제안하고자 한다.

자율운항선박 도입에 관한 논의가 국제해사기구에서 본격적으로 시작됨에 따라 자율운항선박 관련 기술개발이 세계적으로 활발하게 진행되고 있다. 그러나, 통신, 보안, 고장진단, 유지보수 등의 기술개발이 아직 미흡하여, 자율운항선박의 상용화까지는 많은 시간이 소요될 것으로 예상된다. 이러한 기술들은 문제가 발생할 경우 선박에 막대한 피해를 발생시킬 수 있으며, 특히, 연안을 항해하는 선박보다는 대양을 항해하는 선박에 더 치명적이기 때문이다. 본 연구에서는 대양항해 시 자율운항선박에 발생할 수 있는 문제들을 극복하기 위한 방안으로 여러 척의 선박을 하나의 그룹으로 묶어 항해하는 그룹항법시스템을 제안한다. 하나의 그룹은 한 척의 유인선박인 리더선박과 여러 척의 무인선박인 추종선박으로 구성되어 있으며, 항해하는 동안 일직선 형태를 유지한다. 리더선박은 출발지에서 목적지까지 미리 설정된 변침점을 따라 항해하며, 추종선박은 리더선박의 경로를 추종하여 항해한다. 선박의 침로를 제어하기 위한 타각 제어기는 선박에서 주로 사용되는 PD 제어기를 구현하여 사용하였다. 그룹항법시스템을 검증하기 위해 선박해양플랜트연구소에서 공개한 KVLCC2의 축소 모형인 L-7 모델을 사용하여 시뮬레이션을 진행하였다.

In this paper, the implementation of a production control system has been studied in order to obtain Realtime Cost Calculation using an exact Machine Factor and Man Factor based on RFID reader data transferred through network. For the study, microprocessor built in the controller of production facilities is used and also RFID reader is built additionally. Control part, card reader used for check the beginning and ending working time of workers, and Machine Factor and Man Factor calculated are transferred to server via PLC transmission port, serial transmission port, or Ethernet transmission port. By using the system, the production cost or the production efficiency is calculated exactly. Therefore it is possible to improve production rate and cost reduction by the use of the proposed production control system.

This study, as a experiment study, was intended to determine whether or not the situational leadership program was highly helpful to critical thinking, coaching, empowerment-enhancing of nurse managers. The number of subjects was abstracted by G*Power, and 54 nurses leader and 342 general nurses were selected from university hospitals of metropolitan city. Data analysis was frequency analysis, t-test, $X^2$-test, repeated measures ANOVA, using SPSS Win 18.0 statistical package program. The results of this study was as follows. 1. Due to the situation leadership programs, critical thinking of experiment group has significantly increased, but control group was significantly reduced. 2. Due to the situation leadership programs, coaching of experiment group has significantly increased, but control group was significantly reduced. 3. Due to the situation leadership programs, empowerment of experiment group has significantly increased, but control group was significantly reduced. Therefore, the situation leadership programs can be effective in critical thinking, coaching, empowerment of nurse leaders. And applying the situation leadership program to the nurse in future, it would be helpful promoting empowerment, coaching, critical thinking in organization life and cope with situation that occurred during clinical.

Recently, having many studies have reported that positive psychology in the workplace have a positive relation with performance, organizations have been trying to develop and main the positive psychology and emotion. The companies have started to support the systematic health promotion program which was considered the individual domains. Also, the company has emphasized the importance of leaders' health promotion behavior. Therefore, we have conducted the empirical analysis for the relationship between leaders' health promotion behavior perceived team performance. Additionally we have analyzed the moderating effect of team climate between leaders' health promotion behavior and perceived team performance. For this analysis, we have collected the 253 data from business people of IT manufacturing firm and did hierarchical regression analysis. As a result, wellness leadership showed the positive relations on perceived team performance. Team climate for the health promotion moderated between wellness leadership and perceived team performance. Finally. we have proposed the academic and practical implications in terms of business.

Point of care testing (POCT) is could be easily and economically performed and was widely used. In particular, the test items using immune chromatographic method has been conveniently used. But when an error occurs, we should reaffirmed the test results, but we could not reaffirm because the test line is disappeared as the time pass, and the test results are different between laboratory workers. Therefore, we developed multi-strip reader which can store images for the test results and can interpretate the test results automatically. Then we evaluated newly developed multi-strip reader for urine pregnancy test, the test results of the multi-strip reader was 100% matched with the previously results. Our newly developed multi-strip reader was convenient and economic, and will be widely used in many laboratories.

The purpose of this study is to inquire into the effect of characteristics of public enterprise CEOs' leadership (transforming leadership and transactional leadership) on the leader trust and organizational effectiveness of organizational members. A survey was made on 1,124 persons being in the service of 14 marketable and quasimarketable public enterprises. The results of this study were as follows. First, it showed that the individualized consideration had an effect on the confidence level of leader. Second, it showed that the transforming and transactional leaderships had an effect on the organizational effectiveness, which the hypothesis was adopted. Third, it showed that calculable, intellectual and identical factors had a positive effect on the job satisfaction and organizational commitment, but the organizational commitment of calculable variable was rejected in the confidence level. In general, the effect of transforming and transactional leaderships as public enterprise CEOs' leadership characteristics on the organizational effectiveness by mutual confidence level of calculable, intellectual and identical standards showed that the organizational commitment was rejected in the base of identification. And other factors were adopted as a positive mechanism, which they were a mechanism suitable to public enterprise CEOs' leadership characteristics.
