데이터 품질의 패러다임 변화에 따라 기업에서는 효과적인 의사결정지원을 위한 정보서비스의 품질 관리가 중요하다. 본 연구에서는 설문조사를 통해 데이터 거버넌스 관점에서 행정기관 간 정보연계를 통해 민본 녹색 행정을 위한 '행정정보공동이용시스템'의 데이터 품질관련 현황을 분석하였다. 이와 관련하여 향후 정확하고 안전한 행정정보의 공동이용을 위한 정보서비스 품질관리체계 구축을 위한 대안으로서 데이터 거버넌스 관점의 행정정보 공유 데이터 품질관리체계 구축을 제시하는 바이다.

Big data refers to dataset whose size is beyond the ability of typical database software tools to capture, store, manage, and analyze. And now it is considered to create the new opportunity in every industry. The purpose of this study is to develop of big data services in public library for improved library services. To this end, analysed the type of library big data and needs of stockholders through the various methods such as deep interview, focus group interview, questionnaire. At first step, we defined the 16 big data service models from interview with librarians, and LIS professions. Second step, it was considered necessity, timeliness, possibility of development. We developed the final two services called on 'Decision Support Services for Public Librarians' and 'Book Recommendation Services for Users.'

연구 데이터란 과학적 연구에서 사용된 일차 자료와 연구자에 의해 직접 작성된 연구의 결과로서 수치, 문자, 이미지, 음성 등의 사실적 기록을 의미한다. 이 연구의 주제 분야인 의학은 잠재적 가치와 활용 가능성이 높고 공익적 성격을 가지고 있는 학문 분야로 의학 연구 데이터의 종류와 관리의 필요성을 통해서 그 가치와 공유 의미를 찾아보고자 한다. 또한 연구 데이터의 대표적인 임상 시험 기록과 연구 논문의 발표와 공유 현황에 대해서도 살펴보고 그 안에서 도서관의 역할이 어떤 것인가를 짚어보고자 한다. 의학 연구 데이터는 환자 진료기록, 건강 검진 기록, 임상 기록, 사망 기록, 임상 시험 기록, 유전체 정보, 연구 논문 등 그 종류와 형태가 다양하며 대용량인 경우가 많다. 의학 연구는 개인 정보보호와 윤리적인 문제 등 연구 수행 과정에서 어려운 점이 많은 성격을 가지고 있으나 질병 치료나 예방 나아가 인류의 건강과 직접적으로 관련된 학문 분야로 의학 연구 데이터의 보존과 공개, 공유를 위한 관리는 큰 의미가 있다. 의학 연구 데이터관리는 새로운 연구의 밑받침이 될 뿐만 아니라 중 저개발 국가의 연구자들에게도 큰 기회를 부여하여 세계적인 의학 발전에 기여할 수 있다. 또한 임상 시험 결과에 대한 은폐와 거짓 연구 방지에도 의미가 있어 미국뿐만 아니라 전세계적으로 학술 연구 논문 발표에 사용된 데이터는 등록하도록 규정하고 있다. 임상 시험 등록으로 공인된 사이트는 NIH의 ClinicalTrials.gov, ICTRP의 Primary Registry 등이 있으며, 우리나라에도 질병관리본부 국립보건연구원에서 관리하는 CRIS 등이 있다. 의학 연구자들은 연구의 시작부터 연구 데이터를 수집, 사용, 보존, 공유의 문제를 고려해야 하나 시간적 물리적인 문제 등으로 어려움을 겪고 있으며, 이를 지원하는 서비스는 도서관에서도 관심이 높아지고 있는 분야로 Virginia Commonwealth 대학 도서관과 Emory 대학 도서관 등에서 시도되고 있다. 이 서비스는 연구 과정에서 사서의 지원이 가능한 새로운 기회로 연구자의 데이터관리를 위한 단계별 스토리를 조직하고 DMP 작성 지원 및 교육 등을 통해서 학술 커뮤니케이션에서 새로운 역할자로 자리잡을 수 있을 것이다.

본 연구는 공공 조직 및 인사 관리의 새로운 패러다임으로서 서비스 중심적 접근법을 제시하였다. 특히 코로나19 팬데믹 이후의 불확실하고 경쟁적인 환경에서는 파편화된 데이터를 마이크로 서비스화하고 동적으로 재조합하는 것이 중요하며, 이를 실현하기 위한 모델로 KISTI의 ScienceON API Gateway와 시나리오 활용 서비스를 참고하였다. 이러한 접근법은 조직 및 인사 관리의 투명성과 효율성을 높이며, 서비스-이용자 간 상호작용을 강화하고, 조직의 변화를 촉진하는 데 기여할 것으로 기대된다.

최근 미디어 간 컨버전스가 가속화되면서 그 사이를 흐르는 콘텐츠 유형이 방송과 인터넷 양쪽을 충족시키고 또한 모바일 환경에 최적화된 서비스를 위해 클립화 되어 가고 있다. 다수의 미디어 콘텐츠를 공급하는 방송사의 입장에서는 콘텐츠서비스를 위한 콘텐츠 관리방안이 중요한 이슈가 되고 있으며 ID, 메타데이터 등 관리를 위한 체계를 잡는 것의 중요성도 증대되고 있으며 또한 분절된 동영상을 어떻게 만들고 어떻게 서비스 할것인가도 중요한 이슈이다. 이번연구는 대표적인 방송용 콘텐츠 메타데이터 표준인 EBU Core, PB Core와 우리나라 KBS 메타데이터의 분절형동영상 관련하여 메타데이터 구조를 파악하고 어떻게 구성되어 있는지 비교분석하여 보았다. 분석결과 메타데이터가 근간을 이루는 기본구조는 거의 유사하였고 각각 관점의 차이에 따라 추가되는 항목이 존재함을 발견할 수 있었다. 그리고 최근 미디어 환경변화에 따라 분절형동영상을 표현하는 메타데이터 항목에 대한 개선방향을 몇가지 제안하였다.

In order to realize IoT(Internet of Things) service, it is necessary to manage sensing data and build a service with respect to its scalability. However, existing internet services use unique protocols and non-standardized functions for each service provider, and it is difficult to provide data management and service because they use short-range communication technology such as Bluetooth. In addition, plurality of APs and gateways must be taken into consideration in establishing a wide area network. In this paper, we propose a sensing data management system using LoRa(Long Range) communication based on Mobius platform. The end device that drives Tas is configured to collect sensing data, configure an application gateway that drives &Cube, and transmit sensing data to the server. In addition, a server that manages the Mobius is configured to handle the sensing data transmitted from the application gateway to provide a monitoring service. We establish a wide area network through LoRa communication between the end device and the gateway and provide data management and service corresponding to the internet through the Mobius platform.

This study aimed to analyze the content of Records Data Management (RDM) training programs provided by 51 out of 121 university libraries in North America that implemented RDM services, and to provide implications from the results. For the content analysis, 317 titles of classroom training programs and 42 headings at the highest level from the tables of content of online tutorials were collected and coded based on 12 data literacy competencies identified from previous studies. Among classroom training programs, those regarding data processing and analysis competency were offered the most. The highest number of the libraries provided classroom training programs in relation to data management and organization competency. The third most classroom training programs dealt with data visualization and representation competency. However, each of the remaining 9 competencies was covered by only a few classroom training programs, and this implied that classroom training programs focused on the particular data literacy competencies. There were five university libraries that developed and provided their own online tutorials. The analysis of the headings showed that the competencies of data preservation, ethics and data citation, and data management and organization were mainly covered and the difference existed in the competencies stressed by the classroom training programs. For effective RDM training program, it is necessary to understand and support the education of data literacy competencies that researchers need to draw research results, in addition to competencies that university librarians traditionally have taught and emphasized. It is also needed to develop educational resources that support continuing education for the librarians involved in RDM services.

The MyData service makes anyone possible to apply the personal information for the personal credit management or the financial management by proactive managing his/her own information. The MyData means that the anyone is able to control or manage the its own information by changing from the company-oriented or the organization-oriented information to his/her own information. It is mandatory to develop the API G/W which transforms the different user format to the standard format to support the MyData service. This study is to design the API G/W for the MyData service and the designed API G/W supports the 4 major functions - Validation function, Throttling function, Authentication&Authorization function, Mediation function. The designed API G/W make it possible to support the safely and efficient MyData service by serving the various queries with the different formats.

The pig ICT automatic feeder is capable of automatically feeding feed, etc. according to the set conditions. However, there is a disadvantage that the setting condition itself must depend on the user's experience. Therefore, trial and error is caused, and there is a problem that the efficiency is lowered. Therefore, it is necessary to develop a system and implement a service model that can improve pig productivity by suggesting optimal feeding setting conditions based on data. Therefore, in this paper, a pig feeding management service model was developed using the performance analysis program such as the existing feeding data, breeding management data, and pig production management system. Through this, we developed a consumer-oriented feed management service model that can be efficiently utilized by analyzing pig data. In addition, it is possible to provide a service that contributes to a decrease in the mortality rate and an increase in the MSY of the farms with the intelligent automatic feeding management service, thereby improving the productivity of the pig farms and thereby increasing the income of the pig farms.

차도선과 같은 연안 화물 여객선에는 필수 탑재 항해통신장비 이외에 유지보수 지원이나 운항 효율 향상을 위한 장비는 거의 탑재 되어 있지 않은 상황으로 ICT 기술 기반 운영 및 유지보수(O&M, operating and maintenance) 지원 서비스 제공 시스템 도입이 필요하다. 이에 중소형 선박 기자재의 데이터 수집, 통합, 분석을 통해 선박 관리, 유지보수 지원, 운항 모니터링 등의 스마트 O&M 서비스를 제공하기 위한 시스템의 개발을 진행 중에 있다. 개발하는 시스템은 빅데이터 분석 기술, 모바일 어플리케이션 개발 기술, 증강현실(AR) 기술을 기반으로 선박을 구성하는 요소의 상태 모니터링, 최적 관리, 원격 유지보수 지원 등의 서비스를 제공할 예정이다. 또한, 클라우드 기반 육해상 통합 O&M 서비스 지원 시스템의 개발을 통해 선단 단위 분석, 중소형 해운선사 소모품 관리 및 운영 지원 등 종합적인 부가 서비스를 제공하는 것이 목적이다. 이러한 시스템의 개발이 완료되면, 실선 시험을 통해 개발 시스템과 서비스의 유용성을 검증할 계획이다. 본 논문에서는 이러한 O&M 지원을 위한 시스템에 관해 소개하고, 앞서 언급한 각종 서비스를 제공하기 위한 선박 및 육상 측 구성요소 정의와 서비스 아키텍처의 설계에 관한 내용을 다룬다.
