Information technology, such as IoT, Big Data, Drone, Cloud etc., is evolving every year. Information Society is changing Intelligence Society and Creative Society. A new Construction Projects Management System Roadmap is required because it is difficult to reflect the current IT environments based on the CALS(Continuous Acquisition & Life-cycle Support) master plan, which is performed to establish every five years since 1998. This study was prepared for the Roadmap with a focus on Construction Management System based on the 4th CALS master plan, which was performed to establish the 2012 year. To this end, the construction environment and several information systems were investigated and analyzed. The problems of the construction project information system were derived using SWOT analysis, the vision, goal, direction, strategy, main tasks, specific tasks, and timetable of the Construction Project Management System are presented. This roadmap is designed to be used as operational indicators of a future construction project management system.

21세기의 농업과제는 환경농업을 위한 Recycling 시스템 구축에 있다고 본다. 자연의 생명력을 보호하고 관리하며 이의 효율적 이용을 추구할 수 있는 자연적 생태적 산업시스템의 연구는 인류생존을 위한 필수불가결한 것이라고 본다.1990년 이후 국내 · 외적으로 유기식품에 대한 관심과 인식이 고조됨에 따라 국제식 품격위원회(Codex)에서도 유기농산물 및 식품지침(안)이 결의되었으며, 유기축산물의 국제기준 또한 이미 Codex총회에서 논의된바 있다.(중략)

본 연구과제는 건설업체의 현재 문제점은 각 업체별로 상이한 분류 및 식별코드체계를 사용, 품목표기방식, 속성 포맷의 불일치, 용어와 단위의 불일치, 현 업계에서 사용하는 코드 분류체계는 호환이 되지 않고 국제적으로 사용할 수 없는 부적합한 실정이다. 따라 기존의 통합정보시스템과 별개로 관리 운영이 이원화되어 오던 각종 건설정보를 건설CALS/EC 핵심기술을 적용하며 건설표준 ERP 템플릿시스템을 개발 할 목적으로 한다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 건설표준 ERP 템플릿시스템과 건설통합분류체계의 표준코드의 연계로 건설CALS/EC 핵심기술이 적용된 건설표준ERP(통합DB)를 구축과 건설공사의 물량산출 데이터의 체계화된 물량예측과 물량공정의 통합화와 설계정보, 시공정보 및 관리유지정보의 연계하여 그리고 현장관리 및 원가관리정보의 통신망접속으로 건설통합정보를 제공한다.

Major countries stay to expand invest in R&D to promote new growth engines in the future and to secure new technologies and Korea is also expanding to R&D investment. Quality of R&D investment is getting more Important than quantity of R&D investment because Korea's indicator related to R&D investment is already world class with other countries's investment scale by comparison with GDP. According to this trend, Korea's policy in R&D is focusing the R&D Innovation Plan and "Utilization of R&D Facility and Equipment(F&E)" has been getting important. In this research, it research on facility and equipment management plan through Defense R&D Equipment information System(DRES). It analyzes existing process F&E in Defense field and Nation. Furthermore, it explains major process, function, and menu reflecting Defense F&E management rule enacted recently. Lastly, it shows the development direction for Defense F&E management.

점점 취약해지고 있는 우리의 산업 경쟁력은 WTO 체제의 새로운 무역 질서와 치열해진 품질 및 생산성 경쟁으로 더욱 심한 어려움에 직면하고 있다. 품질 우위를 통한 산업 경쟁력 향상 노력은 기업마다 가지고 있는 공통적인 경영 과제가 되고 있지만 정부와 관련 단체 등의 의욕적인 품질관리(QC : Quality Control)시책과 노력에도 불구하고 이를 통한 가시적 경영 성과는 극히 일부 기업에서만 확인되고 있는 실정이다. 본 연구에서는 이와 같은 QC 적용상의 이론적 과제 해결에 보다 접근하기 위하여 품질관리시스템(QMS : Quality Management System) 을 조직에 적용하는 방법을 제시하였다. 즉 조직에 대한 품질관리가 QMS 체제 구축을 위해서 유용한 수단이 될 수 있음을 보이고, 어떠한 단계로 전개하는가를 단계별로 연구하였다.

Because of formlessness and sightlessness of software, sytematic quality management is hard to implement. But we attemped collective quality management as hardware production by configuration management and settled on software quality management standard outlines. We are implementing efficient quality management by software quality management according as these standard guidelines. In this study, we study error management supporting functions as an attempt of development of software quality management supporting system which can support quality management activity by reduction and early finding of error input, and represent various visual output elements which can help error management supporting functions. And we represent the background of construction of this software quality management system and searched effects which we can get when we use the error management supporting function.

그리드 컴퓨팅을 실현하기 위해서는 Virtual Organization을 구성하는 개인, 기관, 그리고 자원 등의 동적인 집합에 대해 유연하고 안정적이며 통합된 자원의 공유를 구현해야 한다. 이를 위해 해결해야 할 많은 과제들 중에는 인증과 권한 부여가 있으며 이 두 가지는 단일시스템의 계정관리에 속한다. 현재 그리드 컴퓨팅을 실현하기 위한 많은 middleware들 중에서 확고한 위치를 차지하고 있는 Globus Toolkit은 grid-mapfile을 이용하여 정적인 사용자 계정관리를 하기 때문에 동적 특성을 가진 그리드 컴퓨팅에는 적합하지 않다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 그리드 컴퓨팅을 위한 사용자 계정관리시스템에 대한 기존의 연구를 토대로 그리드 사용자 계정관리시스템을 Globus Toolkit 3.2를 기반으로 설계하였다.

A currently domestic governmental R&D business is early to 100. And this is each managed individually in 15 professional organizations of research and management by characteristics of a business. For this Reason, A redundant investment issue regarding national R&D occurs, and an issue regarding efficiency of R&D investment by insufficiency of systematic R&D research project and result management is continuously raised. Ministry of Education Science and Technology establishing National Science & Technology Information Service(NTIS) in order to solve these issues. NTIS is the national R&D Portal System which can support efficiency of research and development to result utilization in planning of national research and development. In this paper We consider integrated DB constructions and Information Linking of R&D Participants/Projects/Results information in a NTIS system for data quality Improvement. and then We analyze the cause of the data quality problem, and we propose the improvement plan for data quality elevation of NTIS system.

The electronic records management systems must create and maintain reliable and authentic records because such records can be easily duplicated, manipulated, altered, and revised. The goal of this study is to propose the strategies for maintainning authenticity of electronic records and to produce some baselines for developing the strategies for maintaining authenticity of electronic records and to produce some baselines for developing the trusted record management sytems. Therefore, the study is to identify and define the concept of an electronic record and the nature of authenticity; to estabilish the principles for ensuring the long-term preservation of authentic electronic records; to suggest the methods for describing electronic records in order to maintain audit trail; to suggest the methods for describing electronic records in order to maintain audit ; to propose the mechanisms for maintaining reliable and authentic electronic records; to analyse the Korean standards related to electronic document management systems; and to discuss future challenges for maintaining the authenticity.

감성공학과제에서는 연구보고서, 문헌, 지표, 생체데이터, 감성유발자극 등 많은 자료가 산출되고 있지만 단위연구과제에서 분산, 관리되고 있어 연구자원의 공유가 쉽지 않은 상황이다. 본 연구는 감성공학연구원과 감성응용제품 개발기업으로 사용자를 분류하고 요구분석, 설계 구축 단계를 거쳐 감성데이터베이스를 제작하여 연구자원을 공유할 수 있는 기반을 구축하였다. 데이터베이스 모델에는 연구보고서로부터 추출된 감성지표와 더불어 실험과 관련하여 독립변수, 종속변수, 실험자극, 생체데이터 등에 포함되었다. 이러한 데이터모델을 기초로 감성공학 데이터가 체계적으로 축적되면 사용자 웹에서 원하는 자료를 복합 검색할 수 있게 된다. 감성공학시스템은 사용하기 쉽도록 메뉴를 구성하였고 현재 한국표준과학연구원에서 운용하고 있다.
