  • 제조업의 경쟁력 제고를 위하여 시작된 선도 기술개발 사업의 하나인 '첨단생산시스템기술개발' 사업은 제 1 단계에서 FMS 핵심 기술 개발을, 제 2 단계에서는 CIM 기술 개발을 수행하였다. 1,2단계 기술 개발의 연속성 위에서 제 3 단계에서는 지능형 생산시스템(IMS: Intelligent Manufacturing System)을 구현하기 위하여 1999년 11월부터 연구가 시작되었다.

  • The purpose of the study was to develop a practical arts textbook for creative problem solving abilities in elementary school. In this study the practical arts textbook and teacher's guide has the following characteristics: they were developed to promote creative problem-solving ability, and to instill curiosity and interest about the subject matter. The procedure for the development of the practical arts textbook for creative problem solving abilities is composed of 4 steps; the planning and preparation stage, the research and developmental stage, the writing and compilation stage and the deliberation and improvement stage. This procedure for the development of a textbook can apply to both government published textbooks and to authorized textbooks. The validity of the writing and compilation stage's practical arts textbook developed model is the highest at 4.21, followed by the research and developmental stage's average, at 4.14. Among the textbook's stages of development, the importance of the deliberation and improvement stage averages the lowest, at 3.50.

  • The present study, the technology commercialization through support of government enterprise incubator, incubator companies examined, and the support of the government in accordance with the technical competence necessary steps management performance steps, support conditions required were investigated. Government support of technology commercialization support business performance necessary steps to support the needs of the incubator companies and step conditions.   • 연구개발 자원을 활용하여 창업하는 경우 초기 연구개발에 대한 투자가 선행되어야 하며 이에 따라 물적, 인적 자원 등의 투입 여부, 규모와 시기, 방법의 적절성 등이 성공적인 창업 단계로 발전 할 수 있는 중요한 요소라 할 수 있다. 또한 세계적인 기술의 흐름과 시장의 흐름을 파악하여 시장을 선도할 수 있는 제품과 서비스의 개발이 이루어져야 창업 단계로의 성공적인 발전에 대한 확률이 높아 질 수 있을 것이다. 이 밖에도 관련 있는 여러 요소가 있을 수 있다고 가정한다면, 이 여러 가지 요인들 중 초기 단계의 연구개발 기업의 경우 성공적인 창업단계에 이를 수 있는 주요한 요소들의 특성과 외부의 환경적인 영향이라 할 수 있는 변수들은 무엇이며 각 요소 및 변수들의 성공적인 창업 단계로의 발전과의 상관, 인과 관계를 연구, 고찰해 보며 주요한 요소들 각각의 상관관계를 연구하여 이를 토대로 초기 단계의 연구개발 창업 기업에 있어서 성공적인 창업 단계로의 발전에 대한 주요 성공 요인을 해외에서의 창업 성공 요인에 대한 비교 연구와 국내의 사례에 대한 연구를 통하여 고찰하여보고자 한다.

Evaluation of the Importance of Risk Factors in Real Estate Development Projects and Their Risk Management (부동산 개발사업의 위험요인 중요도 평가 및 위험관리 방안)

  • This paper aims to evaluate the importance of risk factors at each stage of real estate development projects, and to propose risk management plans. For this purpose, possible risk factors at each stage of real estate development projects are extracted through previous studies, questionnaire survey by real estate experts is conducted next. And finally, the importance of risk factors at each stage evaluated using the AHP method. The results of this study are as follows. First, according to the results of evaluating the risk factors by main categories, planning risks in predevelopment stage, licensing risks in developing preparation stage, and cash flow risk in development stage are appreciated as most important risks. Second, according to the results by sub categories, changes in consumer preferences in pre-development stage, contracts and licensing-related work in developing preparation stage, bankruptcy of developers and construction companies in development stage, and compensation for any kinds of accidents in management and operation stage are appreciated as most important risks. Third, the major risk management plans at each stage based on the analysis results are suggested.

  • This research focuses on the part of animation production pipeline. Among the four stages in the process (development, pre-production, main production, and post-production), this research explores theoretical features of the development stage. As the development stage is not well-known and theorized in Korea, this research provides roles and values of the development stage. The development stages is very important because two works have to be proceeded in this stage. First, the story idea for making animation should be decided. Ideas have to be developed into definite synopsis. And, the bible to pitch for investors are prepared on the basis of the story. Secondly, the basic production plan has to be initiated. This production plan includes the financial budget, the production schedule, and the production team. These three elements are so crucial that the producer (or executive producer) should take into consideration from the early stage of production.

  • 근래에 들어 제품개발에 있어 사용자를 최우선에 놓아 디자인하려는 사용자 중심 디자인에 대한 연구가 활발해지면서 사용자 관찰법(user observation), 사용성 평가(usability testing) 등과 간은 다양한 방법이 활용되고 있다. 하지만 이러한 방법들은 아직 사용자 중심 디자인 을 위해 효과적으로 활용되기 어려운 실정이다. 이에 대한 이유는 여러 가지를 들 수 있으 나 우선 이들 방법의 활용시, 특히 수집된 데이터의 분석과 저장시 소요되는 많은 불필요한 노력과 시간이다. 다음으로 이들 각 방법들은 제품개발의 어떤 특정 단계만의 활용을 위해 개발되었기 때문에 전체적 개발 프로세스의 관점에서 상호 유기적으로 잘 연결되지 못한다는 문제가 있게 된다. 이에 본 연구는 제품개발 전 과정에 걸쳐 활용될 수 있는 사용자 중심 디자인 방법을 살펴보고 이들에 적용될 수 있는 통합적 컴퓨터 지원 시스템을 개발하는 것을 그 목적으로 하고 있다. 제품개발 프로세스를 사용자의 니즈 분석단계, 인터렉션 디자인을 위한 아이디어 도출단계, 컨셉의 개발단계, 제품의 사용성 평가단계로 나누고 이들 각단계 에 요구되는 각 방법들의 특성을 파악하여 컴퓨터 응용방법의 기본 프레임웍을 제시한다.

  • There has been a lot of interest in flipped learning, but lacked practical research to support the faculty developing flipped learning courses in higher education institutions. The purpose of this study is to develop a consulting model for developing a flipped learning course that can be practically used by institutions such as center for teaching and learning that support faculty teaching to improve the quality of instruction. A 'Coaching based on flip learning course development consulting model' was derived through literature review and expert feedback. The 8-step model is as follows: 1) survey of class development, 2) course orientation, 3) flipped learning, 4) expert class analysis, 5) flipped learning coaching, 6) flipped learning operation, 7) instructor reflection, and 8) feedback and revision. Based on the results of this study, it is possible to provide professional and practical guide systematically, and also help to improve quality of lesson.

  • Research-based spin-off venture, generally formed to commercialize technology originating from public research institution, could contribute to economic wealth creation and regional development. Although there are some interests in research-based spin-off venture and its success factors across stages of growth, little empirical research was done on research-based spin-off venture's success factors in Korea. The purpose of this research is to investigate research-based spin-off venture's success factors across stages of growth. The methodology used is theoretical and case study. Based on theoretical study, it is found that there are four stages of growth in research-based spin-off ventures such as generating business ideas, finalizing new venture projects, launching spin-off firm, and strengthening the creation of economic value. Then, in order to verify them, a case was analyzed focused on success factors across stages of growth. Additionally, implications and limitations of the result of this study are discussed.

  • The objective of this study is to develop an IS curriculum and its action plan for footwear industry based on the Instructional System Design(ISD) that is widely used in curriculum developments. To this end, six steps, including a goal setting, analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation are employed. Firstly, the explicit goal of IS curriculum development is defined and demands of IS education from the footwear companies are identified with questionnaires and interviews. In the design stage, the IS curriculum map is presented. With this map, the specific IT courses are established, classified by a type of industry, a function, and a level of skills. For the implementations, such particular actions as a selection of textbooks, places, managing trainees, and a training support plan are explained. Finally, the various evaluation methods are presented. The suggested IS curriculum can be applied to IS educations for the footwear companies and other related industries.
