Crowd funding is also called social funding because of SNS that it helps early start-up founder and makers to raise money for idea product production. Recently, the funding platform has recorded high growth rates. As a result, the government in Korea has introduced various support policies for the crowd funding. The purpose of this study is to develop a diagnostic design guideline for product design oriented makers based on the historical situation. The paper writer applied literature survey and expert interview as research methods. The literature survey focused on internet news and previous research studies. The expert interview was conducted for 10 specialist people and divided for the second time. As a result of the text survey, the current guideline was lacking in design and in detail. Researchers have been informed through previous paper that information transfer text and images are important factors for funding success. In the first interview with seven special participants, we made a draft design guideline for social funding with a two-step process and nine themes. We, research and three professional people having a evaluation experience, conducted verification and supplementation for establishing the design guider with a three-step process and eight themes in the next interview. The design guideline for crowd funding, it can be used by money funding manager apart from design makers. Through the results of this paper, researchers are expected to prevent problems and contribute to healthy crowd funding ecosystem development.

핸드폰의 사용이 확대되면서 젊은 층뿐만 아니라 노년층 및 어린이들의 핸드폰 사용도 많이 늘고 있다. 그러나 현재의 핸드폰은 대부분10~30대의 중급 이상의 사용자를 중심으로 설계되어 있어, 이미 생활필수품이 된 휴대폰을 고령 사용자가 사용하기에는 많은 제약 사항이 존재한다. 이런 제약 사항들에는 작은 사이즈의 Font와 같은 물리적 제약에서 단순한 통화방식에 익숙하여 새로운 것을 유연하게 받아들이지 못해서 발생하는 인지적인 제약까지 포함되어 있다. 본 연구에서는 고령 사용자의 일상생활 중 휴대폰 관련된 불편 요소와 특이사항을 조사하여 도출하였던 요구사항을 기반으로 유니버설 디자인 휴대폰의 UI디자인 개발을 위한 가이드라인을 도출하는 것을 목표로 하였다. 본 연구에서는 고령 사용자의 핸드폰 사용 행태를 관찰하여 현재 휴대폰에서의 사용 문제점을 포함하여 사용상의 특이점을 파악한 후 고령 사용자와 초급 사용자의 불편을 최소화 할 수 있는 유니버설 디자인 휴대폰의 UI가이드라인을 제시하였다. 이를 위해 먼저 문헌연구를 통해 유니버설 디자인의 기본 개념을 살펴본 후 문맥적 사용자 조사 기법을 적용하여 1차 사용자 VOC(Voice of Customer)수집 후 주요 사용자 특성을 정의하였으며, 2차 심층 조사를 통해 핸드폰 사용시 노년층의 사용자의 Usage행태 조사를 수행하였다. 2차에 걸친 사용자 조사를 통해 도출된 요구 사항을 종합 분석하여 세분화된 휴대폰의 UI 요소에 따라 디자인 가이드라인을 도출하였다. 본 연구는 고령 사용자의 휴대폰 관련 요구사항을 공용성이 강조된 유니버설 디자인 휴대폰 개념으로 개발하기 위한 전략과 UI 디자인 가이드라인을 제시하고 있다는데 의의가 있다.

As a result, The security product evaluation research need more definite standard that serves to evaluate composition style product. The paper propose a development guide for composition style TOE. This research is suitable in evaluation basis of CC ver.3, and presents Korean-made composition style product estimation plan. This paper used European ITSEM component guide and TOE analysis to present estimation guide method of composition style product.

Digital reference services have been a key role in academic libraries in the context of various digital environments. The guidelines for the digital reference service are one of important aspects to improve the quality of services and system design and implement better services. In this study, by case studies and a questionnaire survey for academic librarians, the guideline for the digital reference service is suggested with three phases; plan, operation and evaluation. The guideline for the digital reference services suggested in this study is expected to support digital reference services in academic library environment.

The purpose of this study is to suggest elements and guidelines for online digital materials in order to ensure its comprehensive collection, preservation, and access in Korea. For the establishment of elements and guidelines, this study examined appropriate advanced countries' legal deposit Acts, discussed with stakeholders, including experts and copyrighters in related areas, and surveyed library users' opinions. Finally, this study suggests 14 elements and guidelines.

This study purported to evaluate the usefulness and feasibility of "Guidelines for contracting-out of public library services (2011)." The Guidelines have been developed by the Culture and Library Forum to provide principles and standards for local governments considering the contracting-out of public library services in their district. The research data were collected by conducting in-depth interviews with 17 local government officers who are responsible for the contracting-out of public library operations and two focus group interviews with eight directors of public libraries contracted out. It was found that the interview participants in both government and library sides generally perceived the Guidelines useful, yet their perceptions of feasibility in outsourcing were largely pessimistic due to local politics and many other hindrances in society. The study suggested specific directions to further improve the Guidelines' usefulness and feasibility.

This study includes services that require six professional guides - health care, exhibition performance, restaurant, shopping, business and daily life - as well as a trip-based tour, along with solving existing problems that may occur on domestic and overseas trips, and proposes services that connect users with proven professional guides. As a result of previous research, the most needed services among overseas travel were air tickets, accommodation, transportation, and guides, but as Korea enters an aging society, professional guide services are expected to increase daily demand. Based on this, the service technology, user scenarios and brand development were presented. This Service Proposal provides users with a personalized guide to knowledge or experience that they have not previously known, providing them with a wealth of experience. In addition, guides can help develop new fields of expertise and help improve professional guides' capabilities. Finally, the platform service is meaningful in that it enables the creation of jobs by enabling everyone to engage in economic activities, as it allows users to provide services through their own capabilities while at the same time being convenient for them.

If a hydrogen explosion occurs in a containment building, its multiplex defense wall may be destroyed and a large amount of radioactive material may be released. The hydrogen occurred interacting with melting fuel rods must be effectively controlled and removed. however, the countermeasures for reducing explosion risk are difficult to carry out, due owing to the various variety of accident scenarios causes and the irregularity of hydrogen distribution and behavior. In this study, We examine the guide structures while considering the ambient flows, in order to improve the efficiency of PAR the widely used Passive Autocatalytic Recombiner(PAR). We simulate the fluid behavior and the hydrogen reduction rate were simulated when a guide is attached to the two-step catalyst PAR. For an upward flow, the consisting of a height of 150mm, a gap of 0mm, and a performs $60^{\circ}$ showed the best. In contrast, for a sideways flow, a consisting of the height of 150mm, a gap of 100mm, and a performs $60^{\circ}$ showed the best in the case of side ward flow. for a downward flow, a consisting of the height of 50mm and a directly attached guide produce the best in the case of down ward flow results.

Human desires start from the factors that make up the basic living environment. The development model of the safety guidelines will start from a sense of departure from collective psychology and systemic environment, at the time of inducing threats to threats. The design and methodology of the safety guidelines should be drawn up repeatedly by the sequence of iterative models, and the design methodology should be designed in the chronological order of the public services through the methodology of service design methodology. Various and complex threats attempt to derive insights from the user's perspective and to derive insight into the development of the safety guidelines and the sophistication of the user experience, and to extract insights from the perspective of a user's perspective and supervision model. This derived insight can be implemented as a multi-dimensional service model derived from the same problem consciousness methodology.

When wet soil overlies dry soil, which can be found in the infiltration test, the radar wave is not attenuated and guided within wet soil layer. This phenomenon is known to be the dispersive guided wave and happens when the thickness of upper wet layer is less than or comparable to the wavelength of radar wave. In this study, we have conducted the FDTD modeling and obtained the velocity dispersion curve to identify the dispersive guided wave through F-K analysis. This guided wave can be explained by modal propagation theory and a simple inversion code was developed to obtain the two layer's dielectric constants as well as layer thickness. By inverting the dispersion curve from synthetic modeling data, we could obtain the accurate dielectric constants and layer thickness. Moreover, we could enhance the accuracy by including the higher mode data. We expect this method will be very useful to get the quantitative property of subsurface when the condition is similar.
