세계적으로 에너지 요구량이 날로 증가함에 따라, 새로운 오일과 가스에 대한 탐사, 개발 및 생산에 필요한 기술들이 도전적인 과제로 부상하고 있다. 반면, 오일과 가스 분야와 관련된 규제는 더욱 강화되고 있어 기존의 경험이 많은 인력에 의존하는 방식만으로 문제를 해결하기는 쉽지 않다. 따라서, 주요 오일 및 가스 메이저 업체들은 IT를 기존 업무 프로세스와 연계하여 오일 탐사시간 단축, 생산성 향상 및 높은 수준의 안전성을 제공할 수 있는 디지털 오일필드(Digital Oil Field) 구축을 위한 통합운영(IO: Integrated Operations) 시스템을 활용해 나가고 있다. 특히, 최근 오일 및 가스 산업 프로세스의 데이터 집약적인 특성을 반영하여 빅데이터 분석기반의 IT 융합 기술을 적극적으로 도입을 시도하고 있다. 따라서 본고는 디지털 오일필드의 요소 기술과 빅데이터 분석기반 IT 융합 기술 동향에 대해서 살펴본다.

In this paper, we design a semantic-based syllabus template including learning ontologies. A syllabus has been considered as a important blueprint of teaching in universities. However, the current syllabus has no importance in real world because most of all syllabus management systems provide simple functionalities such as, creation, modification, and retrieval. In this paper, our approach consists of definition of hierarchical structure of syllabus and semantic relationships of syllabuses, formalization of learning goals, learning activity, and learning evaluation using Bloom's taxonomy and design of learning subject ontologies for improving the usability of syllabus. We prove the correctness of our proposed methods according to implementing a real syllabus for JAVA programing course and experiments for retrieving syllabuses.

This study purposes to suggest a next generation research and education environment which is possible by the linkage of two sectors based on cyberinfrastructure. It is to design a new research-education linkage system which can apply the results of R&D to the higher education in natural science and engineering areas. literatures were reviewed on new paradigms of R&D triggered by the advent of cyberinfrastrcuture. A couple of overseas and domestic cases of such paradigm were introduced. With the backgrounds of case studies and theoretical models, a new research-education linkage environment system was suggested. Specially e-AIRS system was introduced as an example of new model in Korea. In addition, some policy issues were discussed as related to the successful promotion of such programs.

해상교통환경은 기술 발전과 더불어 자율운항선박(MASS)의 출현에 직면하여 있다. 이러한 자율운항선박을 비롯한 다양한 해상이동체(드론, 무인선, 다목적 해양레저선 등)는 선박교통관제(VTS)의 추가 관리대상이 될 것이다. MASS 및 다양한 해상 이동체의 관제구역내 안전운항을 위한 VTS의 적극적 대응을 제안하고자 하였다.

Recently, the value of ICT-based medical devices, equipments, software and service development are is increased according to strengthening the convergence among ICT, medical technologies and services. This paper presents the new convergence business models by applying cloud service to medical industry. In order to develop the new convergence business models, we checked the validity and feasibility through analyzing the medical market environments such as medical data backup, medical regulation etc. and present the new convergence business models and the direction of commercial business models for customer acquisition, market expansion and competitiveness improvement. This study is to provide the guidelines for establishing the core capacity strengthening strategy and partnership cooperation strategy when we design a new convergence business models in various industrial fields.

우리나라는 세계 최초로 초고속 초연결 초저지연의 5G 이동통신 상용화에 성공하였다. 비록 아직은 4G LTE 코어망과 연계하여 5G 서비스를 제공하고 있지만, 향후 5G 코어망이 구축된 이후에는 완전한 5G 네트워크를 통해 5G 융합서비스가 본격화될 전망이다. 그러나, 우리 실생활과 밀접한 새로운 미래 혁신 서비스에 대한 기대와 열망 때문에 5G 네트워크 환경이 갖고 있는 잠재적 보안위협이나 취약점을 간과해서는 안된다. 보다 고도화되고 지능화되는 사이버 공격에 대응하기 위해 위협 대응전략 또한 고도화되어야 한다. 본 논문에서는 5G 보안 기술을 이해하기 위해 3GPP의 5G 보안 기술규격인 TS 33.501을 바탕으로 5G 보안의 근간을 이루는 구조적 특징과 4G 대비 주요 개선사항을 중심으로 소개한다.

방송통신 융합 환경에서 공공서비스를 제공하기 위한 표준화나 규격정립이 안되어 있어 현 시점에서 대국민 서비스를 제공하기 위해서는 IPTV 사업자별로 별도의 IPTV 서비스 개발 및 제공이 필요하며, 이에 따른 중복투자 및 운영의 비효율성이 우려된다. IPTV기반 방통융합공공서비스를 제공함에 있어 공공기관과 IPTV사업자들의 중복투자를 막고 효율적인 서비스 제공을 위해 복수의 공공기관과 복수의 IPTV사업자간 효율적인 서비스연동 및 통신망 연동을 위한 체계 정립이 필요하다. 또한 One Source Multi-use 구현을 위한 ACAP-J기반의 서비스 표준플랫폼 정립을 통한 상호 연계 방안 확립이 요구된다. 이에 본 논문에서는 ACAP-J기반의 One Source Multi-use를 위한 양방향VOD형 공공서비스 제공 방안과 관련 규격을 제안한다.

Classification is presented in the curriculum of elementary school mathematics, science, Korean language, and integrated subjects as the major function that needs to be learned. In addition, mathematics textbooks teach the classification as a basic process for organizing and interpreting collected materials in a separate unit. So, we analyzed the curriculum documents and textbooks of mathematics, science, Korean language, and integrated subjects. And we explored how to teach the classification in the context of mathematics subject. As a result, it is necessary to find different classification criteria in conjunction with detailed observation and investigation activities, and to teach that considering the circumstances and purpose of the classification. It also provided implications on how to revive converged classes that focus on big ideas and skills, which are commonly offered by various subjects.

Interdisciplinary convergence research is widely seen as a collaborative research between different disciplines, which is often driven by common agenda or problems in pursuit of a particular common objective. Thus, the purpose of interdisciplinary cooperation in convergence research is to bring each discipline's unique perspective together with the academic expertise of researchers in order to share common problems that cannot be solved effectively without research partnership. We present empirical evidence on how interdisciplinary research relationships are formed to facilitate research networking in convergence relations. In particular, we used network analysis to investigate how interdisciplinary linkages and convergence research networks has formed over time. We found that the convergence research networks were implemented by the interdisciplinary convergence research support program as intended. We did find that research field with high indegree and outdegree in a network played critical roles on the dynamics and degree of interdisciplinarity. Finally, we could find evidence that the role of liaison brokers triggered relational dynamics in interdisciplinary research collaboration.

This study is an example of the registration of intellectual property rights by applying capstone design to airline service. To relieve the inconvenience of the 'Paper Cage' that is on sale in the airlines, the team create 'Foldable Inflight Pet Cage' for the convenience of passengers accompanying their pets. This allowed not only pets but also passengers on board to make comfortable and safe air travel. Through collaboration with aviation experts and pet cages production experts, the team produced foldable cages that were not previously available. For verification of products, preliminary survey was conducted to enable the commercialization of foldable cage. The project period was 15 weeks, and the participants consisted of 18 students, 1 professor, and 4 industry experts. This study shows Capstone Design can also be applied in airline service and be a valuable research on the necessity of industry-academic links and practical-oriented education.
