이 글은 2012년 3월 9일 '무역 및 경쟁 정책에 관한 국제 원탁회의(International Roundtable on Trade and Competition Policy) 비공개전문가회의'에서 Shanker A. Singham이 발표한 자료와 참석자들의 토의내용을 발표 이후 정리, 이를 요약문 형식으로 번역(의역)한 것이다. 이 글의 주요 논지는 경쟁당국의 지식재산권에 대한 전통적 관점에 대한 재고찰로서, 필자는 "지식재산권 보호가 반드시 경쟁정책에 반하는 것은 아니고, 오히려 지식재산권 보호가 경쟁을 촉진하는 효과를 가진다"는 점을 강조하고 있다. 저자는 자신의 논지를 설명하면서 의약산업의 예시를 상당부분 들고 있다. 이 글 중에는 국내 사정과 정서에 일부 부합하지 않는 내용도 있을 수 있지만, 국내외 경쟁정책에 대한 다양한 관점을 경험할 수 있다는 점에서 의미가 있다고 생각한다.

This study is to design an effective fall-prevention nursing program. Researchers investigated the current condition and risk factors for falls in the small-medium sized rehabilitation hospital with descriptive research. We conducted integrative literature review to reflect the current approach of fall-prevention nursing program. We found that the risk factors for falls are related to the characteristics of clinical setting of the hospital. We suggested the nursing intervention with applying fall risk assessment scale that is sensitive to the elderly population and the intervention that shows maximum effect. In conclusion, this study proposed the way of selecting an effective fall-prevention nursing program based on a clinical setting and prospective of its application. This will contribute to the improvement in nursing practice with the critical view in hospital fall.

Age and growth of Epinephelus akaara were determined using samples collected from the south western sea of Korea. Thin - sectioned otoliths showed relatively well defined annuli when examined under dark - field microscope. Because the fish do not feed at the temperature under $10^{\circ}C$, the annuli in otoliths are considered to be formed during the period between December and April. Considering that the peak spawning season is July, the first annulus must have been formed in 0.5 year after birth. The oldest fish examined was 9 years old, and the largest one was 47cm. The body length(L, cm) was linearly related to the otolith radius (R, ${\mu}m$) : L= - 2.84+7.01 R. Back-calculated lengths for each age using the relationship between body and otolith size were well adjusted to the Von Bertalanffy growth curve : $L_t$=55.5[1-exp{-0.162(t+0.128)}]. Using relationship between length and weight ($W_t$=0.00608$L^{3.21}$), growth in weight was expressed by Wt=2409(1-exp{-0.162(t+0.128)}]$^{3.21}$.

Age and growth of flathead grey mullet Mugil cephalus were estimated using samples collected by a two-side fyke net in the coastal water off Taean in 2008. Age was determined by examination of annuli in otoliths and total lengths at ages were back-calculated from otolth-body size relationship. Total length ranged from 239 to 605 mm and mainly between 400 and 550 mm. Observed ages ranged from 1 to 7 years old and mainly between 3 and 5 years old. Total length (L, mm) was linearly related to otolith radius (R, mm); L=15.3+87.9 R. Total lengths at the annulus formation in otolith were back-calculated by Frazer-Lee method. Estimated length at the age 1 was $316{\pm}40.6mm$ ($mean{\pm}SD$) showing a fast growth rate during the early growth stage. Total length at each age (t) showed a wide range indicating the big difference in growth rate among individuals. Growth in total length can be expressed by a Von Bertalanffy growth curve as $L_t=542[1-{\exp}\{-0.493 (t+0.769)\}]$.

현행 생명보험업계는 중복가입계약에 대한 정보교환제도를 시행함으로써 잠재적 위험에 대한 위험평가를 하고는 있으나 실제 언더라이팅 과정에서는 효율적인 활용을 못하고 있다. 따라서 언더라이팅 실무 입장에서 현행 정보교환제도의 문제점을 파악하고 각 보험회사가 취할 수 있는 효율적인 대응방안을 제시할 필요성이 대두되고 있다. 현행 정보교환제도의 문제점을 크게 몇가지로 나눌 수 있다. - 교환기준에 미달하는 다수의 계약건을 가입한 경우 위험평가 불가 - 위험평가상 고지의무에 충실한 계약자의 상대적 불리 - 정해진 기준과 다른 임의적 기준적용 등 선별적 자료교환으로 위험선택에서 배제된 잠재적 위험들의 계속적인 계약 및 지급 등 역선택 방조기능 - 실시간 반영된 정보부재 및 교환된 자료만으로 one-stop 위험평가를 할 수 없는 어려움 내재 - 정보교환에 대한 전체적 참여노력 부족 및 자기정보에 대한 방어와 자체 활용 이런 문제점들을 인식하고 이에 대한 효율적 대응방안을 제시해 본다. - 언더라이팅 측면에서 판매채널 다변화, 업무겸업화 둥 대외 환경변화에 따른 위험분석 및 평가, 위험분산을 위한 multi-player로서의 언더라이터 양성 필요 - 지급, 조사건의 분석 및 통계화 등 feed back 기능 강화통한 언더라이팅 활용 - 방문진단 통한 적부기능 활용 또는 모집자 사정평점제 등 언더라이팅 과정에서 활용할 수 있는 위험평가 자료축적 - 영업환경적 측면에서 고보장 상품의 경쟁적인 개발제한 - 정보교환제도 측면에서 정보교환 기준 변경 및 교환내용 추가 및 공동의 계약인수 guideline 필요 - 진단거절체, 표준미달체, 사절체 등 새로운 정보교환의 추진 필요 - 종합적인 피보험자의 정보를 획득할 수 있는 피보험자 종합정보의 데이터 구축 및 활용 효율적인 위험관리 외에도 각 보험회사별로 역선택 위험에 대한 심각성을 인식하고 업계간 정보교환에 적극적인 참여와 노력이 필요하며 잠재적 위험평가를 하는데 있어 계약자에게는 객관적 근거없이 불편을 갖지 않도록 언더라이팅 서비스하는 것 또한 중요하다. 지속적인 피보험자의 위험통계축적으로 잠재위험에 대한 보다 객관화된 위험평가를 할 수 있는 언더라이팅 기법을 체득함으로써 언더라이팅 경쟁력을 갖을 수 있다.

The goals of this paper are to analyze the present status of logistics on the Dongbei area in China and present implications to the related Korean companies. The mainland of China is very huge, we need to study each regional logistics of China separately. The Dongbei area is more than three times as much as the Korean peninsula, and the population is over two times as much as the two Koreas. Therefore, Korea which is trying to be a logistics hub in Northeast Asia has to pay attention to the logistics of China. This study tries to analyze the logistics of the Dongbei area, but except for the Liaoning province, we needs more information.

Age and growth pattern of Pacific cod Gadus macrocephalus were determined using samples collected in Jinhae Bay in Korea during the spawning period from 2006 to 2009. The ages of 333 specimens were estimated using their otoliths. The reliability of scales as a means of age determination was analyzed by comparing the ages estimated from otoliths and scales of 96 specimens. The scales collected from the base of the second dorsal fin or from the caudal peduncle were proved to be suitable for age determination of Pacific cod. Monthly changes in the marginal index in otoliths decreased from December showing the lowest value in February. Ages ranged from 4 to 6 years for both females and males, and most of them were 6 years old. Relationships between the otolith radius (R) and total length (TL) were TL=10.4R+3.1 for males, and TL=11.5R+3.4 for females. The growth curves in total length ($L_t$, cm) were expressed as $L_t$=141.5 [1-exp{-0.089 (t+0.209)}] for males and $L_t$=127.5 [1-exp {-0.124 (t+0.077)}] for females.

The purpose of this study is to analyze on the Dongsasuchangrok. The major findings are as follows: (1) Tongsinsa refers to diplomatic envoys of Joseon who were officially dispatched to Shogun. Those who participated in Tongsinsa not only produced and left many pieces of paintings and literary works in Japan, but also wrote their experience from that foreign country when they returned to Joseon. These facts indicate that Tongsinsa acted as diplomatic roles and promoted cultural exchanges between two countries. (2) Donsasuchangrok is a collection of 28 poems under 4 titles which were directly handwritten by eight people. The poems portrayed conditions of Joseon and Japan after the Imjin war and feelings of the writers. (3) Considering the implication in poems and a feature that the poems were handwritten by the authors, Dongsasuchangrok deserves to be designated and preserved as a local cultural asset.

The purpose of this study is to analyze the effect of health status on sleep quality and quality of life among elderly patients in geriatric hospitals. A survey was held to the elderly patient of 5 geriatric hospitals in Kyunggi-do and Busan from May 8 to May 28, 2013. As result of factor analysis, the health status divided to the 7 domain: Emotional function, Strength, Daily activity, social role, Change of body, Social function and pain. Pain and Emotional function revealed the negative effect on sleep quality and Change of body and Daily activity were positive effect on quality of life. In conclusion, it is need to improve sleep quality through finding pain and emotional problem in elderly patient, and in order to upgrade nursing in geriatric hospitals, it have to develop nursing strategies considering the geriatric hospital for health screening and health promotion to take care of daily activity and change of older's body.

The studies on the age determination of the spottybelly greenling, Agrammus agrammus, caught in the shore of Tongbaeksom were done by the articulative fossae of the vertebra through a stero-dissecting microscope. For determining annunli the vertebra had been cleaved lengthwise in the dorsoventral direction. Half of the vertebra had been fixed on Canada balsam with the flat side directed upwards. The alternation of two zones on the vertebra was observed. One is wide and light-colored, and the other is narrow and dark-colored. The annual layer, where the dark-colored zone shifts to the light-colored one, was appeared extending from July to August once a year. Study of the growth of A. agrammus was carried out by the method of back calculation from the vertebra.
