This study will examine the social issues and consumer awareness of sharing parking through the method text mining. In this experiment, the topic by keyword was extracted and analyzed using TFIDF (Term frequency inverse document frequency) and LDA (Latent dirichlet allocation) technique. As a result of categorization by topic, citizens' complaints such as local government agreements, parking space negotiations, parking culture improvement, citizen participation, etc., played an important role in implementing shared parking services. The contribution of this study highly differentiated from previous studies that conducted exploratory studies using corporate and regional cases, and can be said to have a high academic contribution. In addition, based on the results obtained by utilizing the LDA analysis in this study, there is a practical contribution that it can be applied or utilized in establishing a sharing economy policy for revitalizing the local economy.

The purpose of this study is to suggest implications for the importance of shared leadership of leaders by analyzing the influence of learning orientation and unlearning on the recognition of leader's shared leadership and employees'. The questionnaire survey was conducted on the employees who work as knowledge workers in the domestic SMEs. A total of 387 questionnaires were collected using SPSS 24.0 statistical package. The results of this study were that the relationships between a leader's shared leadership and innovation behavior, shared leadership and learning orientation, and learning orientation and innovation behavior were positive. In addition, learning orientation mediated in the relationship between shared leadership and innovation behavior, and unlearning reinforced the relationship between shared leadership and learning orientation. The implication of this study is that the employees themselves need continuous reinforcement activities for active unlearning and learning orientation in order to improve the innovation behavior of the employees. In addition, the shared leadership of leaders in employees and organization is more important.

With the recent revitalization of the shared economy, bike-sharing services are gaining huge popularity in the bicycle sector. Bike-sharing services are characterized by reducing environmental pollution and borrowing bicycles at low prices. This study investigated the mechanisms for the formation of customer's continuance intention toward bike-sharing services. The theoretical framework clarified the role of perceived value and trust in enhancing customer's continuance intention. Perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use and perceived enjoyment are considered as the vital factors of enhancing perceived value and trust in a service provider. The research model was validated by data from 217 bike-sharing users in China. Both perceived value and trust in a service provider had a significant impact on user's continuance intention. However, the analysis results showed that perceived usefulness does not have a significant impact on both perceived value and trust in a service provider. Perceived ease of use and perceived enjoyment played a significant role in enhancing both perceived value and trust in a service provider. Our results are expected to provide academic and practical implications for bike-sharing services.

In dialogues, speakers' intentions can be represented by sets of an emotion, a speech act, and a predicator. Therefore, dialogue systems should capture and process these implied characteristics of utterances. Many previous studies have considered such determination as independent classification problems, but others have showed them to be associated with each other. In this paper, we propose an integrated model that simultaneously determines emotions, speech acts, and predicators using a convolution neural network. The proposed model consists of a particular abstraction layer, mutually independent informations of these characteristics are abstracted. In the shared abstraction layer, combinations of the independent information is abstracted. During training, errors of emotions, errors of speech acts, and errors of predicators are partially back-propagated through the layers. In the experiments, the proposed integrated model showed better performances (2%p in emotion determination, 11%p in speech act determination, and 3%p in predicator determination) than independent determination models.

In 2005, the Republic of Korea suffered from the outbreak of MERS(Middle East respiratory syndrome), leaving 186 infectees and 38 casualties. Responding to this crisis, Korean government revealed many problems in emergency management policies and was widely criticized. A similar case in emergency management and infectious disease control is the 1999 outbreak of West Nile Virus(WNV) outbreak in the United States. During this period, the state of Oregon effectively responded to WNV through collaboration between state and local government, being considered as a model case of emergency management. This article aims to find insights in emergency management and infectious disease control by analyzing and comparing the responses of Korean MERS outbreak and Oregon's WNV outbreak focusing on interorganizational collaboration. Insights found in this study include the role of control tower, the importance of information sharing and disclosure, the role of existing systems and social networks, and sustainable intergovernmental collaboration.

최근 4차 산업혁명 시대 도래에 따른 빅데이터가 이슈화 되고 정부의 공공 데이터 개방? 공유 정책 등으로 정부의 R&D 정보화 서비스도 다양화되고 있다. 특히 해양수산 R&D사업은 해양이라는 공간적 제약으로 선박 및 특수 장비 등을 사용함에 따라 연구비 단가가 상대적으로 높은 실정임에도 해양수산 연구 자료 및 관측자료가 통합적으로 관리되지 않고, 사업별 기관별로 산발적으로 관리되고 있어, 이에 따라 연구 DB 통합관리의 수요가 제기 되고 있다. 이에 해양수산 R&D사업에서는 사업별 통합 DB 구축사업이 진행되고 있고, '관할해역해양정보 공동활용시스템(JOISS)'이 대표적이라 할 수 있다. JOISS는 2012년부터 시작된 '관할해역 해양정보 공동활용체계 구축'과제를 통해 자료 표준화 연구와 함께 해양과학조사 분야의 R&D과제들과 실시간 해양관측망으로부터 산출되는 데이터를 수집하고, 정보서비스를 구현한 시스템이다. 2016년 1차 시스템 구축을 완료하여 현재 서비스를 진행하고 있다. 한편, 해양관측 데이터 수집 공유 서비스 외 해양수산 R&D사업과 연계된 다양한 정보들을 나누고 소통하는 온라인 장을 구현하기 위해 '해양수산 R&D 지식정보 시스템(OFRIS)' 개발사업이 별도로 진행되고 있다. OFRIS는 해양수산 R&D사업을 통한 데이터의 원할한 수집 및 품질관리 등의 문제를 보완하고, 그 외에도 사업별로 분산 관리되고 있는 R&D 관련 정보를 연계하고, 기술공급자와 수요자를 직접 연결해 주는 '개방형 기술 정보 중개 시스템'으로의 역할, 국내외 해양수산 R&D관련 정책 연구 산업 동향을 엄선하여 제공하는 등 해양수산 R&D 종합 포털로서 기능구현을 목표하고 있다. 2017년 말 1단계 개발 완료를 앞두고 있으며, 1단계에서는 시급성 높고, 수요가 많은 (1) R&D동향, (2) 과제이력, (3) 연구성과, (4) 기술거래, (5) DB공유 등 5대 기능을 우선 구현하고, 2단계에서는 통계자료 생산 및 분석 기능 강화, 3단계에서는 해양수산 산업통계, 인력, 교육 등의 정보를 서비스하는 포털로 확장할 계획이다. JOISS, OFRIS를 개발하는 과정에서는 해양수산 R&D의 정보를 수집 관리 하는데 있어 다양한 현안 문제 등이 도출되었으며, 그 중에서도 연구자들의 자발적 데이터 제공 협조, 데이터의 표준화 및 품질검증, 구축된 데이터의 활용 및 피드백 등에 대해 구체적이고 현실적인 대응 방안이 요구된다.

This article aims at exploring the convergence and sharing of cultural tastes among Northeast Asian countries by analyzing TV drama "Boys over flower", based on the original Japanese manga and produced in Korea, China, Japan and Taiwan in the $21^{st}$ century. It explores the expectation and desire of the mass who have taken pleasure in watching it in each country as well. This article argues that the sharing of the sensitivities and tastes of young women, the main consumer of the drama, by the mass of the four countries, are an important cultural phenomenon in that it reveals the emergence of "girl" as an active cultural consumer, who had been the object of a restraint and strict protection of the bourgeois family structure.

The escalating demand for organized information resource management within organizations necessitates increased investment in information security (IS), as a single error can lead to information exposure incidents, underscoring the importance of IS compliance by insiders. The research aims to elevate IS compliance within the organization by examining the influence of the shared goal of information security policy (ISP), perceived ISP value and individual's fits on an insider's intention to comply with the ISP. Antecedent research in organizational behavior and IS led to a proposed hypothesis, tested using 366 obtained samples. The ISP shared goal's positive influence on ISP compliance intentions was evident from the test results, primarily through the perceived ISP value. Furthermore, the person-organization and demand-ability fit moderated the antecedent factors associated with ISP compliance intentions. Our findings suggest the methods for sustaining organizational IS levels by examining the requisite conditions from the viewpoints of the organizational environment, ISP values, and fits.

This study reviewed influential factors on knowledge sharing and examined to verify how attitude and recognition serve toward security in knowledge-related activities. This two-part study will dedicate to diffusion of knowledge sharing in the ROK Army. The findings indicate that trust and computer self-efficacy are influential factors which cause increase in knowledge sharing intention. Friendly attitude of the members result in strengthening the knowledge sharing in National Defense Intranet. As a result, it could be inferred that organizational and systematic efforts are required to foster the knowledge sharing in the army and policy to induce members' friendly attitude toward security is in need as well.

Co-existence of various wireless systems may cause frequency interference problem. For this reason, frequency sharing studies play a very important role in order to use limited spectrum resources efficiently. Especially, because a satellite system covers a global area in nature, the frequency sharing between the satellite system and terrestrial systems is essential. For satellite systems using Ka bands, we can increase spectrum efficiency by considering off-axis angles of earth station antenna. In this paper, we demonstrate the analysis result of separation distance between the satellite earth station and a terrestrial repeater, and the presented results can be used to design and implement Ka band wireless systems.
