덴마크 코펜하겐에 위치한 WHO의 유럽지부에서 2001년 산업간호사의 역할에 대해 제시하고 있다(The Role of the Occupational Health Nurse in Workplace Health Management. WHO Regional Office for Europe, Copenhagen, 2001). 유럽의 경우 인구가 노령화되면서 산업보건의 중요성이 대두되었고, 산업간호사의 역할이 확대되는 등 우리나라 산업간호의 발전과정과 비교해볼 수 있을 것 같아 소개하고자 한다.

본 포럼은 ICT의 편익과 이를 확대하기 위한 정부의 정책적인 노력에 관련된 행사로서 포럼에서는 무엇보다도 ICT 이용확산을 위한 정부의 주도적인 역할의 필요성이 확인되었다. 이러한 ICT 편익의 확대를 위해서는 ICT에 우호적인 환경 조성이 요구되며, 이를 위한 콘텐츠 공급, ICT에 대한 기업과 정부의 마인드 변화, ICT 사용자를 위한 정보보호, 보안 등 신뢰환경 확보 등이 강조되었다. 또한 본 포럼을 통해 ICT 편익 확대와 이용확산을 위한 지속적인 ICT 투자가 요구되지만, 모든 ICT 분야에 투자하는 것보다는 특정분야의 선택과 집중이 필요하다는 공감대가 형성되었다. 한편, 현재 ICT 편익에 대한 긍정적인 측면이 너무 강조되고 있으나, 여러 연구에서 살펴볼 수 있듯이 ICT에 대한 부정적인 측면 등이 있음을 인식할 필요가 있으며, 향후 지속적인 연구와 벤치마킹 분석을 통하여 ICT의 문제점을 보안하고, 핵심 애플리케이션을 개발함으로써 ICT 편익의 확대가 강조되었다.

This study dealt with the effect of the university in area development to Cheonan city. This study ran parallel literature investigation and actual proof investigation. Questionnaires 394 enforce frequency analysis in SPSS 15.0 versions. University positive effect on local community is smooth supply of human capital in local community, increase of regional income, improvement of area image by expanded education opportunities, supply of various university facilities in local communities etc. Contradictory effect is expansion of gap for areas that young persons in local community taken to education of good quality leave other local community, occurrence of conflict by collision of new culture and culture of area characteristic. Role of university for area development is role of help consultation, symbolic role, educational role etc. But the weighed role is leading role which university leads area development. Finally, the prompting methods of university for local community development .must accomplish interchange of operational mode with high quality human resources activating removal of manpower between arithmetic.

The export on visual and game industry has grown very rapidly and is expanding its role in economic growth. In contrast, researches on these firms' financial performances in strategic and policy point of view are difficult to be found regarding the export of cultural industry. In this study, we analysis the effects of firms export in cultural industry on their financial performances focusing on game and visual industry. We find that the recent activities of export in game industry have positive effect on firm's growth in game industry. However, we find that the export deteriorate the net profit. On the other hand, we find no significant results in the case of visual game industry. Our results suggest that we need more strategic approaches in exporting goods in contents industry.

This paper examines whether me effects of product demand shocks on employment are different between unionized and non-unionized firms, using new firm-level longitudinal data in Korea over the period 1997~2004. The estimation result shows that the effects of both negative and positive demand shocks on employment are smaller in unionized firms than in non-unionized firms. The result implies that unions appear to provide their members with job stability in response to negative demand shocks, while playing a very limited role in employment determination in response to positive demand shocks leading to employment expansion.

국내 창업 생태계는 최근 몇 년 사이에 양적으로 급속히 팽창하였다. 정부 또한 가장 시급한 문제로 일자리 창출을 꼽고 이에 대한 해결방안 중 하나로 창업지원을 대폭적으로 확대하며 중소기업에 대한 지원확대를 제시하고 있다. 이러한 배경 하에 창업의 양적 성장은 위에서 설명한 바와 같이 가시적으로 나타나고 있다. 하지만 창업기업의 양적확대라는 긍정적인 측면에도 불구하고 창업기업의 낮은 생존율은 개선의 시급함을 나타내고 있다. 국내 창업기업 10곳 중 7곳 이상이 창업 5년 이내에 폐업을 하고 있는 상황이다. 이와 같은 이유로 2015년부터 중소벤처기업부는 창업기업의 데스밸리(Death Valley) 극복 및 성과창출을 위해 창업 후 3년 이상 7년 이내 기업을 대상으로 자금 및 서비스를 지원하는 등 창업기업이 어려움을 극복하고 사업 지속 가능성을 높이기 위하여 다양한 노력을 하고 있다. 본 연구의 목적 역시 창업자가 사업을 진행하면서 겪는 어려움을 극복하는 요인과 사업지속의지가 어떠한 상관관계를 가지고 있는가를 조사하고 분석하는데 있다. 본 연구에서는 사업 어려움 극복영향 요인(창업자 역량, 지원시스템)이 사업지속의지에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구를 경영성과의 매개 역할과 사회적 지지의 조절 역할을 하는지를 중심으로 진행하였다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 창업자 역량과 지원시스템이 경영성과를 증진하고, 증진된 경영성과가 사업지속의지에 영향을 미칠 것이라는 인과적 경로를 검증하고자 한다. 사회적 지지를 조절변수로 설정하여 본 연구를 진행하였다.

미 콜럼비아대 글로벌에너지정책연구센터는 지난 3월 미국의 세계 원자력산업 내 리더십을 유지 및 확대하는 과정에서 정부 차원의 '정책'의 중요성을 강조한 보고서를 발간하였다. 보고서에서 필자인 Timothy Frazier는 미국 주도의 원자력산업 체제가 원자력 안전, 안보, 비확산 그리고 효율성 측면에서 국제 기준을 수립하고 유지하는 데 중요한 역할을 수행할 것으로 예측했다. 또한 "미국의 리더십은 원자력산업이 달성 가능한 최상 기준을 유지할 수 있도록 할 것'으로 주장하고, 원자력산업 내 미국의 리더십을 유지하기 위한 대통령의 정치 성명 발행을 제안했다. 필자는 또한 미국의 리더십 강화를 위한 원자력산업 기술의 수출 및 이전과 타국가 지원을 위한 규제 완화와 혁신적인 원자력 시스템 구축 개발에 대한 투자를 제안하였다. 본 연구 리포트를 2회 분재(分載)한다.

The role of university is expanded from the human resource provider to demand site. The mission is also changed as a entrepreneurs. There is increasing in the needs of the university and industry cooperation(UIC), but cultural difference also happened. To successfully cooperation, we have to consider stakeholder's perspective and the size of companies and universities. Through the best c luster of innovation, we can figure out the key success factors of the universities, researchers, and leaders, and suggest the new characters for successful UIC.
