Through the UN 2030 Agenda adopted by the United Nations, sustainable development is bringing about many changes around the world. While discussions continue on the roles of libraries in supporting sustainable development in library communities, specific discussions on this have not been made enough. This study reconsidered the roles and functions of libraries to support sustainable development and discussed approaches to which libraries can perform in terms of informational, social, cultural, and environmental aspects. It also proposed a plan to allow libraries and librarians to lay the groundwork for supporting the sustainable development of society by reconsidering the roles of librarians as the core of all library activities to support sustainable development.

The aim of this study is to identify economic geographical determinants that affect the sustainability of the social economy. The sustainability of the social economy means the sustainability of the pursuit of social value as well as the sustainability of business operation. This study is aiming to economic geographical determinants as factors affecting sustainability of the social economy and extracted measurement index through examination on the theory and case study. As a result, 10 items in two areas(the sustainability of the pursuit of social value, the sustainability of business operation) had been deducted as the measurement index of which sustainability of the social economy. In addition, 20 items in four areas(local networks, intermediary organizations, local community culture and public roles) had been deducted as economic geographical determinants. Multiple regression analysis through 193 firm surveys suggests that 'local networks', 'intermediary organizations', and 'public roles' have an positive impact on sustainability. This result implies a need for policies to create an economic geography ecosystem of social economy.

The purpose of this study is to find out the influence of reading role model (parents, teachers, and friends) and reading effectiveness (reading satisfaction, willingness to persistent reading, immersed reading) reflected on middle school students' academic achievement (Korean Language performance and middle school record). As a result of the analysis, the factors affecting the performance of Korean Language were father (1.9%) and mother (3.4%) among reading role models. Among reading effectiveness factors, willingness to persistent reading (8%) was the only effective factor. In the case of the middle school record, the mother (3.4%) had the only effect among the reading role models, and reading effectiveness was influenced all factors such willingness to persistent reading (10.4%), immersed reading (4.0%) and reading satisfaction (1.9%). However, except for the factor willingness to persistent reading, the it found the influence was insignificant.

The purpose of this paper is to study building and maintaining consumer trust in mobile contents for tourism and travel in perspective of public sector. Mobile contents services are increasing rapidly. Tourism contents in mobile services are non profit business model in an early and immature stage toward the ubiquitous era. Non-profit organization plays a role as service provider through Internet and wireless telecommunication in an information-intensive and network-oriented environment. This article is proposed nonprofit organizations as tourism contents service provider to identify a conceptual framework that can build continuous trusted mobile contents under ubiquitous environment according to developing and maintaining stage. The results based on the focus group interview methodology highlights a conceptual foundation for service providers in nonprofit domain.

The purpose of this study is to understand the history of nursing and present a new direction of nursing by elucidating the role of nurses in the process of social meaning and change of infectious diseases in modern (1876-1945) Korean society. In the past history, epidemics have caused many problems in society and have tried their best to manage them. The role and presence of the nurse began to emerge during the past time. The concept of hygiene began to be recognized for the management of epidemics, and the role and presence of nurses began to emerge at the center. It was recognized that the role of nurses in modern Korean society was an auxiliary role in the early stages. However, through specialized education and training, recognition as an expert began to spread based on specialized knowledge rather than simple care. In this study, it is significant that we have historically searched for infectious diseases causing various problems while coexisting past and present. In addition, it is significant that the new role and sense of mission of the nurses were newly illuminated.

대부분 선진국 수산업은 국가경제에 차지하는 비중은 미미하나 해양생태 보전이나 해양식량안정 등의 중요성을 고려하여 국가개발 전략적 관점에서 큰 관심을 둔다. 그리고 인구나 식량소비 규모에 비해 수산자원이 풍부한 저개발국의 수산업은 국가경제 발전의 주요한 산업적 역할을 수행한다. 최근 한국을 포함한 일부 선진국에서는 창조경제적 수산업을 통하여 새로운 성장동력을 개발하여 수산업의 산업적 역할을 보다 산업화하는 전략적 발전을 지속적으로 추진하고 있다. 수산업의 창조경제적 발전은 주로 수산자원의 합리적 보존관리, 어업인의 소득증대와 어촌사회 복지향상뿐만 아니라 새로운 수산물 시장수요 창출 등에 주안점을 두고 있다. 본 연구에서는 수산창조지수(ICSF; Index of Creativity Space for Fisheries)를 분석하여 수산업의 지속적 개발 내지 회복에 있어 창조경제적 요인의 역할과 중요성을 평가하였다. 수산업의 창조성을 결정하는 수산창조지수(ICSF)는 기술(technology), 재능(talent), 다양성(tolerance)의 결합적 결과로 구성된다. 이를 통하여 창조경제적 측면에서 수산업의 지속적 발전 가능 잠재력을 평가하게 된다. 수산창조지수(ICSF)를 이용하여 한국 수산업이 지니는 창조성을 분석한 결과 대부분 수산분야에서 창조성을 기반으로 하는 지속적 수산업 발전 전략에 높은 관심을 보였다. 특히 한국 수산업은 보다 효과적인 자원 및 어업관리 정책의 이행을 통하여 창조경제적 편익의 증대를 모색하는 전략이 높이 평가되었다.

This study investigates the antecedents of continuance intention of mobile SNS. In addition, it also explores the mediating role of perceived value in the relationship between the antecedent and continuance intention. This study posits that a social influence, perceived usefulness, privacy concern, and a perceived effort of use are major factors to influence continuance intention of SNS. By using a PLS analysis, this finding suggests that consumers' perception of the value of SNS which is previously overlooked, is a primary determinant of continuance intention, and the other exploratory factors are mediated through perceived value in cognitive aspect. This research aims to examine consumer's SNS continuance intention in terms of consumer's perspective, not just from the technology user perspective. Therefore, this research provides a useful guideline for marketing managers on how to manage Mobile SNS properly.

국내 창업 생태계는 최근 몇 년 사이에 양적으로 급속히 팽창하였다. 정부 또한 가장 시급한 문제로 일자리 창출을 꼽고 이에 대한 해결방안 중 하나로 창업지원을 대폭적으로 확대하며 중소기업에 대한 지원확대를 제시하고 있다. 이러한 배경 하에 창업의 양적 성장은 위에서 설명한 바와 같이 가시적으로 나타나고 있다. 하지만 창업기업의 양적확대라는 긍정적인 측면에도 불구하고 창업기업의 낮은 생존율은 개선의 시급함을 나타내고 있다. 국내 창업기업 10곳 중 7곳 이상이 창업 5년 이내에 폐업을 하고 있는 상황이다. 이와 같은 이유로 2015년부터 중소벤처기업부는 창업기업의 데스밸리(Death Valley) 극복 및 성과창출을 위해 창업 후 3년 이상 7년 이내 기업을 대상으로 자금 및 서비스를 지원하는 등 창업기업이 어려움을 극복하고 사업 지속 가능성을 높이기 위하여 다양한 노력을 하고 있다. 본 연구의 목적 역시 창업자가 사업을 진행하면서 겪는 어려움을 극복하는 요인과 사업지속의지가 어떠한 상관관계를 가지고 있는가를 조사하고 분석하는데 있다. 본 연구에서는 사업 어려움 극복영향 요인(창업자 역량, 지원시스템)이 사업지속의지에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구를 경영성과의 매개 역할과 사회적 지지의 조절 역할을 하는지를 중심으로 진행하였다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 창업자 역량과 지원시스템이 경영성과를 증진하고, 증진된 경영성과가 사업지속의지에 영향을 미칠 것이라는 인과적 경로를 검증하고자 한다. 사회적 지지를 조절변수로 설정하여 본 연구를 진행하였다.

정보시스템이 기업 활동의 중추적인 역할을 담당하게 됨에 따라 정보시스템을 안전하고 지속적으로 운영하기 위한 합리적인 방안을 모색하는 것은 기업의 활동의 연속성을 보장하기 위한 핵심적인 요소로 인식되고 있다. 최근의 기술 및 경영 환경의 급격한 변화는 정보시스템 재해에 대한 대책에 있어서도 종래의 기술 중심으로 업무의 지속성을 보장하기 위한 방안의 수립으로 변환하고 있다. 본 논문에서는 기업 활동에 치명적인 장애를 초래하는 재해에 대비하기 위한 비상계획의 개념과 변천과정을 살펴보고, 최근에 대두된 업무 지속성 관리의 측면에서 업무 지속성 계획을 수립하고 운용하는 방법론을 CCTA에서 제시한 수명주기를 중심으로 살펴본다.
