This research is intended to improve the performance of "small and medium companies international marketing program" by screening the performance indicators of the program. The program aims to prepare SMEs to penetrate foreign market and become global companies eventually. This research analyzed the current SMEs international marketing programs based on Logic Model to find the current performance measurement lacks in qualitative indicators and process evaluation with focusing on quantitative indicators and short term result evaluation. Therefore, the measurement indicators should be balanced between process and results including mid-term and long term results.

Managers in Business Incubator(BI) perform an important role to success of BI, but researches about what area of capability need to improve are limited. This study investigates the perceived gap between current capability and required capability of BI managers from BI managers' and CEOs' perspectives with a survey method. From the BI managers' perspective, improvement of most capabilities, such as financing support, R&D support and understanding of patents, and understanding of business of firms in BI, is needed. From CEOs' perspective, improvement of capability in financing and marketing support is needed.

The effective cyber capability assessment methodology does not exist, it's difficult to check the current state of the our country's cyber capabilities and to establish cyber capability enhancement plan based on the result of assessment. The cyber capability assessment is necessary in order to determine the current level of the country, establish policy directions and provide the basis for effective budgeting. But assessment of national cyber capability is multi-criteria decision makink problem. In this paper develops an assessment model based on the AHP and TOPSIS. AHP is used to determine weight of the criteria and TOPSIS method is used to obtain final ranking. We also introduce the result of four major nations cyber capability assessment using the proposed methodology. The experiment used the virtual experimental data. And the result show that the proposed methodology can expand the number of criteria and alternatives for assessment and provide more sophisticated mathematical base for objective assessment comparing methodology using AHP only.

Information Technology (IT) has contributed much to Korea's economic growth and has helped the innovation of social paradigm. It helps the improvement of productivity, efficiency, convenience and communication, and also helps the critical changes of life style. IT convergence with other technologies or industries has appeared and it promotes new changes and innovations. In major countries, including Korea, the resources and capabilities has focused selectively into this new industry. In this paper, we try to develop advanced national strategy for this new industry. Finally, we suggest some Empowerment Factors of IT Convergence industries in Korea based on experts' survey results.

This paper explores the key facts of residents' participation in local development projects and activities. Analysing in what ways indifferent residents pay attention to local issues and participate in local activities, this paper aims to suggest the effective ways of residents' participation for local capacity building. By in-depth interviews with active participants in local projects, this paper elucidates three key facts for boosting residents' participation: first, the approval of community about what they have done in community: second, social networking which contains full of trust and solidarity: third, the effort to coincide their personal interest with their local issues.

Elderly welfare practitioners study on job performance systems and information security management though important information, including personal information, social services for the elderly extent of protection is insufficient. The elder welfare institution engaged in information security of whether the research was conducted to enhance information security capabilities against How does affect the information security acts as a parameter. The empirical research was conducted by latent mean analysis by gender of workers. As a result of the study, there were differences among the groups according to gender in relation to information security awareness, information security capacity enhancement, and information security behavior. There were gender differences in information security behavior. It has been found that the strengthening of information security has an important influence on information security behavior.

Objective: This study is a descriptive research study aimed to identify the needs of self-reinforcement education by applying IPA(Important-Performance-Analysis) techniques to develop the health care empowerment programs for the elderly with hypertension. Methods: The subjects of this study were 128 elderly people with hypertension over 65 years of age in areas A and B, and data were collected from 6 researchers and research assistants from May 11 to June 26, 2020. The collected data were analyzed by frequency analysis, descriptive statistics, and t-test. Results: Although the question with the highest education demands were 'I try to get my health care providers to my preferences for my treatment.' and with the greatest difference between importance and performance is the question 'I take my commitment to my treatment seriously'. Conclusion: From the results of this study, it is considered that a strategy that reflects the components of educational needs and healthcare empowerment is necessary when developing healthcare empowerment programs for the elderly with hypertension.

The utilization and value of drones are increasing throughout society. However, there was a lack of government support and investment such as lack of technology of domestic drone companies, regulation of loans and lack of technology evaluation items. Therefore, this paper conducts statistical analysis to derive what drone capacity should be strengthened for the drone industry activation in Daegu. As a result, the demand satisfaction(price, quality, service) of drones leads to revitalization of drone industry when the physical, social, and policy factors among drones are strengthened. In conclusion, drone capacity to be strengthened in order to revitalize the drone industry in Korea is based on physical factors(drone demand, development, number of registrations, number of businesses and workers), social factors(national level public relations, establishment of public education institutes, correct understanding of drone occupation, preception), policy factors(privacy measures, government funding, legislation and system easing). As for the three factors, the government, industry, and drone operators are expected to have a bright future when the trinity is improved and complemented.

최근 수질오염원 중에서 비점오염원의 영향 높아지고 있다. 특히, 농경활동에서 유래되는 비점오염원이 공공수역의 수질에 미치는 영향이 증가하고 있다. 농경지에서 배출되는 비점오염원은 관리대상 면적이 넓어 비점오염 배출을 저감하기 위해서는 사전예방적 차원에서 접근이 필요하다. 하지만, 비점오염원에 대한 농업인과 주민들의 인식 부족으로 인하여 관리에 많은 어려움이 있다. 근래에 농업 비점오염원 저감을 위한 노력으로 물리적 기술적 접근만이 아니라 사회 문화적 접근이 병행되어야 한다는 점이 강조되고 있다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 농업 비점오염원 관리를 위한 사회문화적인 접근 방법으로서 전형적인 한국의 농촌 마을에서 농업 비점오염원에 대한 인지도 향상과 자발적 저감활동 실천 참여를 유도하기 위하여 개발된 역량강화 교육프로그램이 교육 대상자인 농업인, 주민, 마을지도자의 인식변화에 미치는 효과를 살펴보았다. 역량강화 프로그램은 농업인과 지역주민, 마을리더의 인문사회적 특성을 고려하여 공통과정과 맞춤형 과정으로 구성하였다. 농업인은 농업비점오염 저감에 적용할 수 있는 시비관리와 배수 물고관리, 영농폐기물 관리, 친환경농업에 대한 내용으로 구성하였다. 마을주민은 고령화된 여성의 비율이 높은 것을 고려하여 분리수거, 쓰레기 문단투기 및 소각, 마을 미래상과 환경실천에 대해서 교육하였다. 마을리더에게는 공동체 활성화 리더쉽, 주체적 주민참여, 갈등관리에 대한 내용으로 구성하였다. 공통적으로는 비점오염원과 농업 비점오염원의 정의와 유형, 마을환경관리 실천활동, 친환경농업 선진지 견학으로 구성하였다. 교육프로그램은 2년 동안 진행되었으며 마을별로 방문하여 진행하였다. 농촌 마을에서 농업비점오염원 역량강화 교육 프로그램의 효과는 다음과 같다. 교육 전의 소극적 참여의사에서 적극적인 활동 참여로 발전하였으며, 비점오염원에 대한 인식 및 관리 필요성에 대한 인식이 개선되었다. 농업 비점오염원 보다는 일반적인 비점오염에 대한 인지효과가 높게 나타났다. 따라서 농촌지역에서 농업비점에 대한 인식 변화가 저감활동 실천으로까지 이루어지는 가시적 효과를 거두기 위해서는 장기간이 소요됨을 시사하였다.

This study is intended to determine that there is a casual relationship between technological innovation capability and new product development performance in small and mid-sized venture companies, and that the introduction of collaboration as a means to step up technological innovation capability will improve new product development performance. To achieve this, a survey was carried out to employees who are engaged in R&D work for small and mid-sized venture companies based in Korea, and the results were analyzed by regression analysis. The findings showed that technology strategy, technology learning and open innovation belonging to technological innovation capability in small and mid-sized venture companies had an effect on new product development performance. In other words, the selection of collaboration as a wider array of core strategies on new product development performance showed that collaboration was a strategy affecting new product development performance. In addition, the moderating role of technological innovation capability in boosting new product development performance through the introduction of collaboration showed that common collaboration had a positive effect on stepping up technology strategy, and collaboration as a core strategy had a positive effect on the size of new product development performance by strengthening technology strategy and open innovation.
