  • Personal Software Process (PSP)에서 개인 개발자들이 수행해야 되는 측정 및 분석 활동이 제시된다. 측정 및 분석 활동의 일관되고 지속적인 수행으로 개발자들은 소프트웨어 품질 향상, 보다 정확한 예측, 개인 역량의 객관적인 평가, 개인 프로세스의 정량적 관리 등의 이득을 얻을 수 있다. 측정 및 분석 활동에서 신뢰성 있는 데이터의 수집이 무엇보다 중요하다. 하지만, 데이터 수집의 높은 오버헤드(overhead)와 컨텍스트 스위칭(context switching)의 문제로 인하여 신뢰성 있는 데이터의 수집에 많은 어려움이 존재한다. 이러한 어려움을 감소시키기 위해 자동 데이터 수집 및 분석 기법이 연구되어 왔다. 본 논문에서는 기존의 자동 데이터 수집 및 분석 기법을 확장하여 웹 애플리케이션 개발에서의 개인 프로세스 데이터를 자동 수집 및 분석 하는 도구를 설명한다.

1980년대 이후(以後)의 자본자유화(資本自由化)에 대한 국별비교평가(國別比較評價)

  • 본(本) 연구(硏究)는 자본거래자유화정도를 명목상의 규제완화여부에 의해 판별하는 종래의 접근방법(接近方法)에서 벗어나, 형식적(形式的) 규제여부(規制與否)에 관계없이 자본거래(資本去來)가 실질적으로 경제적(經濟的) 유인(誘引)에 따라 얼마나 활발하게 이루어지고 있는가를 측정함으로써 자본거래자유화정도(資本去來自由化程度)를 평가할 수 있는 방법을 모색하고 있다. 이와 관련해서 본 연구는 모두 5가지 접근방법을 시도하고 있다. 그 첫째는, 총대외무역량대비 자본거래량비중으로서 자본거래량이 상대적으로 증가하면 자본거래자유화정도가 높다고 본다. 둘째는, 환율절하기대를 감안한 국내외실질 금리차로서 대내외자본거래(對內外資本去來)가 자유로울수록 국내외금리차(國內外金利差)는 낮아질 것이기 때문에, 동 금리차가 낮을수록 자본자유화정도가 높다고 본다. 동 지수로서는 통화선물시장의 존재 여부에 따라 위험포함 및 불포함 대내외금리차를 사용할 수 있다. 셋째로는, 다소 복잡한 계량경제학적 방법을 통해 국내외실질금리간의 연계관계를 측정하는 방법으로서 두번째 방법의 개선에 해당된다. 그리고 넷째로는, 셋째번 방법에 의한 연계관계를 시간변동지수로 전환하여, 시간의 경과에 따른 자본자유화정도의 변화를 측정하고 있다. 마지막으로는, 자본거래를 위험자산의 국제교역관계(國際交易關係)로 파악하여, 무역에 있어서의 산업내교역지수측정방법을 자본거래에 적용하여 자본거래총유출입지수를 측정하였다. 동 지수는 저축투자갭의 보정적(補正的) 거래차원을 넘어 위험자산거래 자체를 위한 자본거래의 정도를 측정함으로써 순수하게 자본거래 자체의 메커니즘에 의해 자생적으로 일어나는 자본거래의 활성화정도에 대한 척도가 될 수 있을 것으로 판단된다. 이상의 방법들을 주로 한국(韓國), 일본(日本), 대만(臺灣) 등에 적용해서 평가한 결과 한국의 자본거래자유화정도(資本去來自由化程度)는 일본에 비해서는 낮지만 대만에 비해서는 높으며, 특히 90년대 들어 크게 향상된 것으로 평가되었다.

  • This paper was analyzed to improve internal corporate venture system in public companies. The problems of internal corporate venture systems in a public company were as follows: First, lack of the CEO's willingness in venture business was shown. The culture of venture business also was not mature; Second, the employees were behind the effort to develop their business ability; Third, the objective views are needed to screening venture items and evaluation; Fourth, to measure performance of internal corporate venture, a clear basis and measure system were needed. Fifth, the reward was restricted; Finally, the mother-company did not invest any money for the spin-outed ventures The results of the paper were as follows: First, the CEO's support and effusion of venture culture were needed for successful internal corporate venture system; Second, a public company has to provide education program for venture and information--sharing system; Third, outside consultant may be utilized in finding venture items and feasibility evaluation. Fourth, each venture team may be provided a clear object and specific evaluation system based on characteristic of each team; Fifth, performance-base reward system is needed to enhance motivation; Finally, the public company has to provide find for the spin-off venture by utilizing government system and forming venture capital funds.

Systematic Review on the Patient Safety Education for the Improvement of Patient Safety Competency of Nursing Students (간호학생의 환자안전역량 향상을 위한 환자안전교육에 관한 체계적 문헌고찰)

  • This study conducted a systematic literature review on nursing students to find out the types and composition of patient safety-related education programs. The research was conducted systematically using PRISMA. The patient was a nursing college student, and the intervention was patient safety education. The outcome was either numerical or descriptive reports of the results measured using the tool. The types of research were carried out including randomized design, quasi-experimental design, one-group design, survey and qualitative research. The paper was searched through Medline, Embases, CINAHL, DBpia, Riss and KISS. A total of 2,468 papers were searched in the search results, and nine papers were used for analysis as a result of extracting data according to PICO. The characteristics of patient safety education of nursing college students were classified according to the teaching method, period, result variables and measurement tools. As a result, patient safety education consisted of a variety of subjects, and was being taught through lectures, clinical practice, laboratories, and simulations. The period of education also varied. The resulting variables were mainly checked for knowledge, attitude, and skill, and the tools used to measure them varied. Patient safety education for nursing college students was conducted through various topics, methods and periods at home and abroad. Therefore, continuous research is needed to establish consistent and integrated patient safety education in educational institutions and working institutions to produce nursing personnel with patient safety capabilities.

Personal Financial Management Ability of College Students -A survey of D college- (대학생의 개인재무관리역량 -대구 D대학교를 중심으로-)

  • First, the average scores of personal financial management ability in the college students' financial management attitude were 72.24 for male and 71.65 for female, so that male students showed a little higher score than female. College students who had an experience of opening a bank account and who kept a record of spending revealed higher scores. Those whose parents were elementary or middle school graduates unfolded the highest score, 73.67, and the lowest score, 63.35, from those whose parents had M.A. or Ph.D. The average scores of personal financial management ability in the college students' financial management knowledge indicated almost no difference with 63.26 for male and 63.35 for female. Only whether they had an experience of opening a bank account, keeping a record of spending, or a credit card revealed score differences. Depending on the students' majors, there were also score differences. Students from engineering department came up with the highest score, an average of 66.88, and students from art & physical education department with the lowest score, 53.39, in the financial management knowledge. The personal financial management ability in the college students' financial management function showed that the score of male students was a little higher than that of female, 64.26 versus 63.58. Students who kept a record of spending and whose parents' income was between three million won and four million won marked the highest score, an average of 65.26, and students whose parents' income was below two million won marked the lowest score, an average of 60.43, in the college students' financial management function. There were score differences in the college students' financial management function depending on the students' majors. Students from engineering department came up with the highest score, an average of 69.67, and students from public health department with the lowest score, 63.21.

  • For the successful implementation of IT projects, individual consultant's competency in the project is very important. Especially, learning processes are required for solving various critical issues which can be occurred during implementing IT project. The objective of this research is to develop the measures for learning processes. Prior to setup the learning processes, we conducted 3 times in-depth interviews with IT consultants who have over 20 years IT project experiences. Through interviews with IT project expert, we tried to validate our research mode and develop survey questionnaires.

Development of Peer-Leadership Program focused on Recovery of People with Mental Illness (정신장애인 회복에 초점을 둔 당사자 리더십 프로그램 개발 연구)

  • The purpose of this study was to develop and explore the effectiveness of a peer-leadership program on the recovery of people with mental illness. To develop the program, a literature review and an analysis of developed programs were performed.Brown's recovery framework was applied, including an understanding of mental illness, self-leadership, empowerment, and self-directed action plans. A program was developed (6 sessions over 3 days) including peer-led activities, disability awareness and perception, and recovery action plans. The program consisted of education, understanding, planning, and implementation. Its focus was on recovery-oriented activities for empowering people with mental illness. Twenty people with mental illness and using mental rehabilitation centers participated in the program. Four scales (i.e., stigma, empowerment, leadership, and disability awareness) were used for the pre-post analysis. The study results showed statistically significant differences in the participants' levels of stigma (p< .05), empowerment (p < .05), leadership (p< .01), and disability awareness (p< .05) after completing the program. These findings suggest that the peer-leadership program is a recovery program that includes increased understanding of mental illness, empowerment, and leadership capability. Discussions and suggestions were provided for a future study based on the results.

A Study on the Success Factors of Venture Entrepreneurs and Entrepreneurship Education (벤처기업 창업자의 성공요인 분석을 통한 창업교육에 대한 시사점 탐색)

  • Domestic recessions, business restructurings, voluntary resignations and youth unemployment crises have fueled competition in the start-up market, and business start-up is increasingly incited as a means to make a living under circumstances. However, ill-prepared business start-ups result in bankruptcy. Profound knowledge and skills are required for successful start-up. A successful entrepreneur of a business is often not born but made. The purpose of this study was to examine the success factors of successful venture entrepreneurs in an effort to make some suggestions on entrepreneurship education. After the characteristics of the selected successful venture entrepreneurs were analyzed, 18 items were selected as their success factors, and the following six things were presented as what should be taken into account in relation to the competency of a successful entrepreneur: First, achievement-needs characteristics and goal-oriented characteristics that belong to the characteristics of entrepreneurs could be educationally taken advantage of in entrepreneurship education. Second, achievement-needs characteristics are an educational element of the preparatory stage, and goal-oriented characteristics are an educational element for business administration after starting a business. Third, hands-on experience is mandatory since learning by experience is quite important for entrepreneurs. Fourth, entrepreneurship education is more effective when it targets the younger generations. Fifth, the kind of educational support that is to assess the entrepreneurship of prospective entrepreneurs to help them improve their overall entrepreneurship is required. Finally, entrepreneurship education should be offered by a person with experience of setting up a business so that he or she could inform learners of their practical experience and knowhow.
