An inverse dynamic model of lower limbs is presented to calculate joint moments during gait. The model is composed of 4 segments with 3 translational joints and 12 revolute joints. The inverse dynamic method is based on Newton-Euler formalism. Kinematic data are obtained from 3 dimensional trajectories of markers collected by a motion analysis system. External forces applied on the foot are measured synchronously using force plate. The use of developed model makes it possible to calculate joint moments for variation of parameters.

The author reviewed the historical background of development of consultation-liaison psychiatry along with the psychosomatic medicine. Historically consultation-liaison psychiatry has developed over the past 70 years as an outgrowth of general hospital psychiatric units, and the psychodynamic approach including psychoanalysis has influenced to the development of the consultation-liaison psychiatry. Through the review, the author suggested psychodynamic understandings as a basic tool for the practicing of medical psychotherapy.

목적： 악성뇌종양 주변부위의 역동자기공명영상에서의 시간신호강도곡선 양상으로 종양의 성장 양상이나 예후를 판단할 수 있는지를 알고자 한다. 대상 및 방법： Anaplastic oligodendroglioma 3예, Anaplastic astrocytoma 1예, Glioblastoma multiforme 1예, Malignant ependymoma 2예, Medulloblastorna 1예로서, 총 8예의 종양절제전, 혹은 후의 잔류 종양을 대상으로 하였다. Routine MRI에 추가하여 종양부위에서 Turbo spin echo T1 강조 역동자기공명영상을 하였으며, Gd-DTPA 0.1 mmol/kg를 급속 주사 한 후, TR/TE, 350/15, slice thickness 6 mm, slice number 3, NEX 2회, scan time은 15 초로 하여 5 분 동안 20회 영상을 얻었다. 가시적으로 조영증강이 없는 종양의 주변부위나 수술경계부위에 관심영역을 그려서 시간신호강도곡선을 얻었으며, 첫 회 조영제 통과시의 peak 이후에 신호가 감소하는 경우를 Normal pattern으로, peak 이후에 신호가 계속 유지되거나 증가하는 경우를 Tumor pattern으로 하였으며, Normal pattern과 Tumor pattern을 보인 예들을 구분하여 종양의 재성장 상태와 환자의 생존 기간을 비교 관찰하였다.

본 논문에서는 단일광자방출 전산화단층촬영영상 (SPECT)을 이용하여 좌심실의 내.외벽의 운동을 분리하여 추적하는 방법을 제시한다. 좌심실의 운동은 크게 평행이동, 회전이동, 비강체 변형으로 나뉘어 분석된다. 운동 추적을 위해 사용된 역동적 변형 솔리드는 물체중심 변동 좌표계로써 특징점들의 모드형태벡터를 사용하고, 좌심실 역동성을 유한요소방법에 의해 시뮬레이션한다. 또한, 변형 모델에 대해 묵시적으로 표준화된 parameterization을 하지 않고, 의료영상으로부터 얻은 자료값을 직접 이용하기 위해 노드간 보간함수로써 3차원 가우시안 함수를 사용한다. 그리하여 보다 자연스러운 방식으로 연속적으로 변화하는 좌심실의 운동을 추적할 수 있다. 이러한 분리된 내.외벽 운동 분석은 운동 기능에 이상이 있는 심질환 분석을 보다 효과적으로 도울 수 있다.

This study was performed to study the factors appear to SMEs and how differently depending on the worker ranks at the convergence age. Additionally, numerous studies and results on the factors which affect the organization's performance was to individually different approach to integrated. Especially venture was divided by a factor of enterprises and transformational dynamics factors and commutative Dynamics factors and approaches in terms of the impact transformative dynamics of which factors are organizational commitment and job satisfaction. A transformational dynamism to the four factors were such as mission and strategy, CEO Leadership, Manager, leadership, organizational culture variables. The study was based on theoretical models of organizational development, Burke and Litwin (1992). They were classified as managers and production workers. By obtaining data from employees 630 people engaged in a total of nine manufacturers were analyzed. The average variable based on the organization's Burke and Litwin (1992) theory of transformational variables is one that Nana was aware of the organizational commitment, and job satisfaction. Correlation analysis transformational dynamics variables're having an impact on job satisfaction and organizational commitment, job position is found to have moderating effects.

The author introduced 12 session short term dynamic psychotherapy for the intervention of stress related disorders. An examplary case was introduced to suggest the clinal usefulness of time limitted short term dynamic psychotherapy for stress related disorders. It was suggested that the term "stress" should be limitted to certain natural and man-made catastrophies and disasters whose consequences rep quire a total reorganization of the person. Common defensive manuvers and psychological responses in the stress disorders were also reviewed.

본 글에서는 로봇의 운동학적 및 동력학적 문제를 풀기 위한 기본적 이론과 그 적용례를 들었다. 운동학적 고찰은 로봇 링크의 위치와 방향을 설정하기 위한 동차변환에 근거하여 이루어졌고, 기준좌표계와 조인트 좌표계사이의 정변환과 역변환이 정운동학과 역운동학적 과정에서 고찰되 었다. 동력학적 과정에서는 로봇은 능동기구로 간주하여 운동방정식이 유도되었으며 이 유도 과정에서 운동학적 분석결과가 어떻게 사용되는가를 살펴보았다. 한편 유도된 운동방정식이 어떻게 활용되는가를 정동력학과 역동력학적 과정을 통하여 살펴보았으며 이러한 과정들은 로 봇의 설계, 모델링(simulation), 제어 등 연구에 기초이론으로 사용됨을 적용례를 통하여 보였고 일반적으로 정운동학, 역운동학, 역동력학, 정동력학의 순으로 전개됨이 합리적이라는 것을 인 지하였다.
