Traditionally, Ligustrum lucidum fruits (LL) is one of the well-known oriental herb used in the treatment of skin and lung inflammation. This study investigated anti-inflammatory effects of LL in the pathogenesis of acute pulmonary inflammation in mice. Acute pulmonary inflammation was induced by intratracheal instillation of cigarette smoke condensate (CSC) and lipopolysaccharide (LPS) 5 times within 12 days in mice. LL extract was administered orally at a dose of 50 or 200 mg/kg. Administration of LPS and CSC significantly elevated airway hyperresponsiveness (AHR) to mice, and increased in the levels of inflammatory cells and mediators in mice. However, the LL extract significantly reduced the elevated AHR, and the increase of neutrophils, $CD4^+/CD3^+$ cells and $CD8^+/CD3^+$ cells, along with reducing the expression of TNF-${\alpha}$, IL-6, and MIP-2. Moreover, the LL extract alleviated the infiltration of inflammatory cells in expanded airway walls histologically. These results indicate that the LL extract has an inhibitory effects on acute pulmonary inflammation and AHR in murine model, and plays a crucial role as a immunomodulator which possess anti-inflammatory property.

하나의 애플리케이션은 기업의 업무를 분석하여 어떻게 만들지 설계를 하고, 설계를 바탕으로 설계의 내용을 그대로 개발로 구현하게 된다. 설계의 내용을 그대로 개발로 반영하기 위해 소스코드에 대한 설계도 이루어져야 한다. 다양한 방법에 대해 연구되어 왔지만, 경험기반의 설계가 반영되어 설계자 및 개발자 간에 의사소통의 오류가 발생하고, 미경험자가 설계절차를 수행하기에는 어려움이 존재한다. 이를 해결하기 위해 본 연구에서는 분석된 업무를 바탕으로 정의된 화면설계를 바탕으로 클래스로 변환되는 절차를 제안하여 초심자가 효율적으로 설계절차를 수행할 수 있을것이며, 개발자 간에 원활한 의사소통이 이루어질 것이라 기대한다.

문화산업 시장이 빠르게 성장하면서 다양한 작품들이 경쟁을 벌이고 있는 이 시점에도 디즈니는 세계에서 손꼽히는 애니메이션 스튜디오로 그 명성을 유지하고 있다. 이들은 오랜 시간동안 쌓아온 전략들을 통해 관객의 감성을 자극하는 작품들을 제작해 왔는데 여기에는 시대와 공간을 초월한 그들만의 성공 노하우가 존재한다. 본 연구는 디즈니의 전략 근간을 영웅서사에서 찾고 그것의 효과와 특성을 디즈니가 어떻게 전략적으로 완성시켰는지 분석해보았다. 그 결과 디즈니는 영웅서사의 여정을 틀을 3개의 공간으로 나누어 단순 며 명확한 목적을 전달했으며 그 여정에 맞춰 뮤지컬 노래를 배치하고 있었다. 또한 영웅서사의 인물 원형을 통합시켜 등장인물을 구성하였으며 이는 적대자와 조력자 삼각구도라는 전형을 만들어냈다. 이런 전략들은 시대적 변화에 맞춰 관객의 니즈는 물론 디즈니 타깃층의 이데올로기까지 충족시킬 수 있었다. 이런 시대의 변화에도 불구하고 통용되고 있는 성공 콘텐츠들의 전략 구성 방법들을 분석하고 이를 통해 세계적으로 통용되는 문화요소들의 활용 방법들 연구가 필요할 것이다.

Purpose: Ligustri Lucidi Fructus and Ecliptae Herba has long been used for clinical therapy associated especially with menopausal symptoms in Korea. To provide a scientific rationale for such use, we have investigated the antioxidant and vasorelaxant effects of Ligustri Lucidi Fructus, Ecliptae Herba and its mixture. Methods: The antioxidant activity of the extracts from Ligustri Lucidi Fructus, Ecliptae Herba and its mixture were evaluated and compared with that of BHA (butylated hydroxyanisole), BHT (butylated hydroxytoluene), vitamin C and vitamin E, using the ${\alpha}$,${\alpha}-diphenyl-{\beta}-picrylhydrazyl$ (DPPH) radical scavenging method. Results: Antioxidant activity of all extracts using the DPPH radical scavenging method decreased in the order vitamin C>BHA>vitamin E>Ligustri Lucidi Fructus>Ligustri Lucidi Fructus:Ecliptae Herba(1:1)>Ecliptae Herba>BHT. The vasorelaxant effects of extracts were investigated on the vasomotor tone of the rat thoracic aorta in an organ bath. All of the extracts elicited along-term relaxing response in the endothelium-intact as well as endothelium-denuded rat aorta contracted with norepinephrine. This relaxant effect was abolished by Precontraction with 72 mM KCI. Thus, it is suggested that the mechanism of vasorelaxant effect of extracts not involve voltage-operated $Ca^{2+}$ channel blocking but receptor-mediated route. Conclusion: These antioxidant and vasorelaxant effecs of the extracts may contribute to the beneficial effects in postmenopausal women.

Objectives : This study was aimed to investigate the effect of ACLL extract (Artemisia capillaris Thunb, Curcuma longa L, Lycium chinense, Ligustrum lucidum Aiton complex extract) in a dyslipidemia animal model induced by a high-fat diet. Methods : ACLL extracts was administered at 200 mg/kg, and 400 mg/kg to Apoe mice, where arthritis was induced by high cholesterol diet. After mice were treated with GO for 4 weeks, we measured AST, ALT, BUN and lipid levels (total cholesterol, HDL cholesterol, LDL cholesterol, triglyceride), atherogenic index(AI) and cardiac risk factor(CRF). Results : Serum AST, ALT, creatinine, BUN levels were not changed by ACLL extract do not show any toxic effects. Also, ACLL extract groups were found to have atherogenic Index and cardiac risk factor as well as lipid metabolism improvement (total cholesterol, LDL cholesterol and triglyceride decrease). Conclusions : We suggest that ACLL extract may have the control effects of Dyslipidemia by improving lipid metabolism.

The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of Fructus Ligustri Lucidi (FLL) on the process of melanogenesis. Cell viability of B16F10 cells was measured by MTT assay and melanin content was assessed using the method of Hosoi with some modifications. Methanol extract of Fructus Ligustri Lucidi (MFLL) significantly inhibited melanin synthesis in a concentration-dependent manner, and it reduced the activity of tyrosinase, the rate-limiting melanogenic enzyme. Additionally, $\alpha$-melanocyte stimulation hormone ($\alpha$-MSH)-induced hyperpigmentation was down-regulated by MFLL. MFLL was fractionated by organic solvent. In the present study, Hexane extract of Fructus Ligustri Lucidi (HFLL) inhibited tyrosinase activity and melanin production of B16F10 cells in the absence or presence of $\alpha$-MSH. Ethyl acetate, butanol and water layers did not affect tyrosinase activity and melanin production. Meanwhile ethyl acetate, butanol and water layers showed DPPH free radical scavenging activity. These results suggest that extract of FLL could be used as functional biomaterial in developing a skin whitening agent having the antioxidant activity.

2010년대 들어 한국공연예술계에 공동창작이라는 새로운 키워드가 대두하게 되었다. 그 배경에는 위계적 창작환경에 대한 반감, 점점 더 복잡해지는 사회를 반영할 수 있는 공연언어 탐색, 해외로부터 새로운 공연들의 유입이 있겠다. 물론 실제 현장에서는 공동창작이 매우 다양한 형태로 구현되기에 이것을 하나의 방법론으로 정의 내릴 수는 없다. 하지만 이것이 지향하는 바가 창작 재료들 간의 관습적 위계구도 타파, 과정중심, 참여자들 간의 민주적 관계형성이라는 공통점들을 발견할 수 있다. 지속적으로 과정중심의 공동창작방법을 실험해온 극단 크리에이티브 VaQi는 2017년 '분단현실'이라는 새로운 키워드를 찾고 이를 공연 컨텐츠로 발전시킬 수 있는 방법을 모색한다. 하여 극단은 분단선을 따라 300km를 걷는 신체활동을 통해 땅의 흔적을 읽어내고 그 시공간의 기록을 <워킹 홀리데이>라는 공연으로 발표하게 된다. <워킹 홀리데이>의 창작과정에서는 여정의 경험에서 비롯된 재료(일기, 영상, 여정 중의 에피소드)를 연습실로 가져오고 거기서 다양한 작가들의 협업을 통해 장면으로 발전시켜 나갔다. 그리고 최종적으로 연출자가 각 장면들의 배치를 통해 맥락을 형성하여 구조를 완성하였다. 연극 <워킹 홀리데이>에서는 연습실 밖의 도보여행이라는 새로운 형태의 과정실험이 시도되었음에도 그것을 구성하는 구체적인 프로그램이 단조로웠고 여정의 경험들이 연습실에서의 장면구성까지 유기적으로 이루어지지 못한 한계가 있었다. 하여 일상에 내재하는 분단현실의 구조적 문제까지 드러내는 대는 실패했다. 그럼에도 불구하고 <워킹 홀리데이>는 영상과 미니어쳐 등의 다양한 형식을 통해 극장의 안과 밖을 연결했던 총체적 과정을 극장의 관객들과 입체적으로 나눌 수 있었던 공동창작 방식이자 새로운 형식의 공연 컨텐츠였다.

지난 10월 4일부터 9일까지 6일간의 여정으로 필자는 충남도 관련 부서 직원들과 같이 일본 오끼나와현 축산연구센터외 4개소를 방문할 기회가 있었는 데, 오끼나와현의 축산기술수준 및 연구인력의 상호 교류방안 등을 파악하여 국립축산과학원과 충남도 축산기술연구소 등과의 중앙-지방연계를 통한 협력방안 모색함과 아울러 현의 축산기술 및 가축위생 연구동향 파악 후, 국내 축산농가의 생산성 향상에 활용과 축산 동향, 가축질병발생현황 파악 및 연구정보의 상호교류촉진을 도모하고자 다녀왔다. 따라서 필자는 일본 오끼나와현의 축산현황, 연구기관 및 연구과제 등을 소개하여 수의 및 축산관련자들에게 정보를 제공하면서, 축산과 수의분야가 상호공조체제를 구축하여 연구과제 및 업무를 수행하고 있는 것을 보고 우리 국내도 빠른 기간내에 이루어졌으면 하는 바램을 피력해본다.

Purpose: This study was intended to explore the essential structure and the meanings of childbirth experiences among Korean women participated in Lamaze childbirth education. Methods: Giorgi's phenomenological method was used to analyze data collected by in-depth interviews with six primiparous women from March to July 2009. Results: Five components identified in the meanings of experience: 'Simplicity', 'Self-control', 'Uncontrollable pain', 'Spiritual maturity', 'Physiologic event'. Conclusion: The study results revealed that the childbirth experience was positive generally, partially influenced by Lamaze childbirth education. But, meanings of childbirth experience with Lamaze childbirth education were mostly physiological respect related to labor pain or one's own efforts to endure labor pain. Therefore, nursing strategies for drawing emotional and socio-environmental experiences from childbirth experience with Lamaze childbirth education is needed.

공공안전을 위한 ICT 시스템에 있어서 응급 상황의 전력 지원은 매우 중요한 문제이다. 특히 전력 인프라가 취약한 산악 지역 등 야외 환경에서 발생하는 안전 사고의 빈도를 고려하면, 공공 안전을 목적으로 하는 ICT 응용 기술은 비상시의 전력 공급을 반드시 염두에 두고 개발되어야 할 필요가 있다. 본 고에서는 효과적인 에너지 변환 방법에 기반한 양질의 전력 생성과 더불어, 휴대성과 사용 편의성을 극대화하기 위한 착용 형태의 동적 에너지 수확기를 제안하였다. 개발된 착용형 에너지 수확기의 프로토타입은 최대 3W, 평균 0.3W 수준의 양질의 출력이 가능하며, 무엇보다 사용자가 모바일 기기를 사용하는 데 불편함을 주지 않으면서 동시에 전기에너지 생성이 가능함을 입증하였다. 향후 연구를 통해 공공 안전의 여러 이슈에 대응 가능한 응급 상황 지원 기술로 개발할 예정이다.
