  • The hacking method came to be more complicated, became program ant it was automated. That is hacking trend of recent times. Before, The password crack, catch root authority is trend of hacking which uses the vulnerability of server. Hacker attack network or all of domain not some host. Web application system at hacking technique develops and improve transmitted data through the network shows many vulnerability. The massive data are transmitted through the network without encipherment filtering. It will be able to bring about the neck of a bottle actual condition which is serious in security system because of the network where the user comes to be many it leads and the data which is delivered comes to be many. In this paper, we propose web application system to prevent overload from bottleneck in encipherment system. It can solve security key trust problem in encoding and decoding with public key infrastructure.

Comparison of Sampling Filters for Airborne Hexavalent Chromium in Plating Operation (도금공정 공기중 6가 크롬 시료채취여과지 비교에 관한 연구)

  • Hexavalent chromium may reduce on polyvinyl chloride (PVC) filter during sampling and storage of sample. Recently, new or modified filters for preventing Cr(VI) from the reduction has been introduced. Thus, this study was performed to compare the reduction behaviors of Cr(VI) on several sampling filters and to find the most appropriate filter for airborne Cr(VI) sampling in plating operation. The results were as follows. 1. There were statistically significant differences among PVC, polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE). glass fiber (GF) and polyvinylidene fluoride (PVDF) filters in recovery rates of spiked Cr(VI) samples by storage time(p<0.05). There was no significant difference between PVC and PTFE filters(p>0.05). The PVC and PTFE filters showed higher recoveries than GF and PVDF filters(p<0.05). 2. The quartz fiber(QF) filter treated with an alkali solution(2% NaOH/3% Na$_2$CO$_3$, 1% NaOH) showed a significantly higher recovery of Cr(VI) by storage time than other filters(GF and QF filter)(p<0.05). There was no difference in recovery of Cr(VI) between alkali-treated and untreated GF it filters(p>0.05). But the QF filters treated with two alkali solution showed a significantly higher recovery than the untreated QF filter(p<0.05). There was no significant difference in recovery of Cr(VI) between QF filters treated with 1% NaOH and 2% NaOH/3% Na$_2$CO$_3$(p>0.05). In conclusion, treatment of QF fillers with alkali solution was most effective in protecting from the reduction of Cr(VI).

  • 황기건중탕은 보비익기(補裨益氣) 및 거습열(祛濕熱)하는 효능(效能)으로 신체(身體)의 허약(虛弱)을 개선하며 염증(炎症)을 유발할 수 있는 외사(外邪)의 침입을 방어하여 인체의 면역기능(免疫機能)을 강화하는 처방으로 면역관련 세포중 하나인 microglial cell를 대상으로 면역세포에 황기건중탕이 어떠한 효능을 발휘하는 지를 살펴보았다. 물로 전탕(煎湯)한 황기건중탕을 여과한 후 실험한 결과 BV2 microglial cells에서 LPS로 자극하여 염증을 유발하는 주요 물질인 NO의 분비를 세포독성 없이 억제하였다. 또한NO를 생성하는 효소인 Cox-2의 발현도 감소시켰다. 그리고 기타 염증전구 물질들이 $TNF-{\alpha}$, $IL-1{\beta}$, IL-12도 황기건중탕의 용량이 증가함에 따라 의존적으로 감소함을 알 수 있었다. 이러한 결과를 보아 황기건중탕은 면역관련세포인 microglial cell에서 염증 관련 인자들의 분비 및 생성을 억제를 통하여 면역관련 상태를 개선시키는 것으로 사료된다.

Improving Performance of Search Engine Using Category based Evaluation (범주 기반 평가를 이용한 검색시스템의 성능 향상)

  • In the current Internet environment where there is high space complexity of information, search engines aim to provide accurate information that users want. But content-based method adopted by most of search engines cannot be used as an effective tool in the current Internet environment. As content-based method gives different weights to each web page using morphological characteristics of vocabulary, the method has its drawbacks of not being effective in distinguishing each web page. To resolve this problem and provide useful information to the users, this paper proposes an evaluation method based on categories. Category-based evaluation method is to extend query to semantic relations and measure the similarity to web pages. In applying weighting to web pages, category-based evaluation method utilizes user response to web page retrieval and categories of query and thus better distinguish web pages. The method proposed in this paper has the advantage of being able to effectively provide the information users want through search engines and the utility of category-based evaluation technique has been confirmed through various experiments.

  • A bag filter collector is a kind of air purifier that organizes several or dozens of filters to purify fine dust and release clean air into the atmosphere. If the bag filter length is less than 5m, the dust and fume attached to the bag filter could be effectively removed by passing the compressed air generated by the diaphragm valve through the venturi. Injectors that are more efficient and economical are urgently needed to achieve satisfactory results for long-bag exhaustion of more than 7 meters. In the case of existing domestic and foreign injectors, a number of blow tubes were dismantled during maintenance, and the injector and blow tube were combined to pose a number of problems, including inconvenience of work due to weight increase. In this study, injector flow for the development of the best use of interpretation of the coanda effect and the fourth round of industrial technology Intelligent automation of exhaustion, have been engineered energy than standard equipment. lowering costs and filter life to radically improve the commercial studies.

A Spatial Hash Strip Join Algorithm for Effective Handling of Skewed Data (편중 데이타의 효율적인 처리를 위한 공간 해쉬 스트립 조인 알고리즘)

  • In this paper, we focus on the filtering step of candidate objects for spatial join operations on the input tables that none of the inputs is indexed. Over the last decade, several spatial Join algorithms for the input tables with index have been extensively studied. Those algorithms show excellent performance over most spatial data, while little research on solving the performance degradation in the presence of skewed data has been attempted. Therefore, we propose a spatial hash strip join(SHSJ) algorithm that can refine the problem of skewed data in the conventional spatial hash Join(SHJ) algorithm. The basic idea is similar to the conventional SHJ algorithm, but the differences are that bucket capacities are not limited while allocating data into buckets and SSSJ algorithm is applied to bucket join operations. Finally, as a result of experiment using Tiger/line data set, the performance of the spatial hash strip join operation was improved over existing SHJ algorithm and SSSJ algorithm.

  • An algorithm for BPSK demodulation of which channel is an electric distribution line is developed, and realized in this paper. To realize the BPSK demodulation by microprocessor, BPSK signal that is received through the distribution line must be converted to digital signal. A hardware which converts BPSK signal to digital one has been designed in this paper, and an algorithm for BPSK demoduation of which channel is distribution line has been also developed in algorithm for BPSK demoduation of which channel is distribution line has been also developed in this paper by paying the attention to the fact that a modulated point appears up and down according to the rising edge and falling edge of the modulated binary signal if the carrier frequency is even times to the modulated binary signal, and by paying the attention to the fact that the signal duration or modulated point is twice of the other point. The microprocessor demodulation system with the algorithm has been realized. The system proved to have 0.02%(or less) bit error rate in real BPSK demodulation.

  • This study was attempted to select an antagonist against Phytophthora blight of red-pepper caused by Phytophthora capsici. The three strains, A-35, A-67 and A-183 were isolated from the rhizosphere in soil where red-pepper had been cultivated continuously for a long time, and the strain A-83 was estimated to be the strongest antagonist against P. capsici. The A-183 strain was identified as a strain of Pseudomonas sp., showing the maximum antifungal activity, when cultured at $30^{\circ}C$ for 5 days in the potato extract medium(pH 6.5) containing 2.0% mannitol and 0.3% peptone.

The Association of Metabolic Syndrome and Vitamin D and Urine Microalbumin in Korean Adults (대한민국 성인에서 대사증후군, 비타민 D 및 뇨 중 미세알부민의 관련성)

  • The aim of this study was to assess the association of metabolic syndrome (MetS) and vitamin D and urine microalbumin (MA) in Korean adults. The study subjects were Korean adults 20 years or older (n=4,948). A covariance test adjusted for covariates was performed for urine MA levels in relation to vitamin D status (vitamin D deficiency, vitamin D insufficiency, vitamin D sufficiency). The key study results were as follows: First, in subjects without MetS, after adjusting for related variables (age, gender, smoking, drinking, regular exercising, wast measurement, body mass index, total cholesterol, triglycerides, high density lipoprotein cholesterol, fasting blood glucose, and glomerular filtration rate), vitamin D levels were inversely associated with Log-MA levels (p<0.001). Second, in subjects with MetS, after adjusting for related variables, vitamin D levels were not associated with Log-MA levels (p=0.892). In conclusion, vitamin D was inversely associated with urine MA levels in Korean adults without MetS, but not in Korean adults with MetS.

Effects of Serum Lipid and Liver Tissue on Rats in Lectin from Viscum Album(Mistletoe) (겨우살이 Lectin이 흰쥐의 혈청지질 및 간조직에 미치는 영향)

  • This study was carried out to investigate effect of serum lipid and liver tissue in lectin from Viscum album on rats. The lectin was purified by sepharose 4B affinity chromatography and gel filtration using sephadex G-150 with plant material from Viscum album. After 72 h of $CCl_4$ injection, there was a significant increase in serum total cholesterol and triglycerige levels relative to the control group. However, treatment of both Viscum album and purified lectin were significantly decreased lipid parameters against the $CCl_4$-induced. Histological observation of the liver section of rats challenged with $CCl_4$ produced a marked increase of cytoplasmic vacuoles in number, while rats administered olive oil alone did not alter the normal hepatic architecture. Histological observation of the liver section in rats treated 72 h with either Viscum album purified lectin or $CCl_4$-induced liver lipogenesis showed decreased numbers of cytoplasmic vaculoes and necrotic cells. These results suggest that Viscum album lectin has a significantly decreased lipid in serum or histological observation of the liver section decreased in lipogenesis in rats.
