The purpose of this study is to search for location potential in Busan metropolitan city and to support decision-making in land use policy. As basis work for the analysis of the location potential, we build rank-map database by using the 11 index. And then by using rank-map, we carried out the location potential ($P_i$) analysis. As a result, we found that many commercial use located in Rank 1 to 2. Also, Rank 4-7 must be made an un-commercial use in assignment of land use zone. These data can be effectively used for land use plan in Busan metropolitan city as the basis data.

오늘날 대부분의 기업과 공공조직들은 일상적인 업무처리를 컴퓨터 하드웨어, 소프트웨어 및 관련 프로세스에 크게 의존하고 있다. 이미 정보기술은 조직의 생산성향상, 업무의 효율성과 호과성의 제고, 전략적 경쟁우위의 달성 도구로 인지되고 있다. 이에 조직 전략 차원에서 정보기술에 대한 투자가 지속되어 왔으나 정보시스템의 대규모화에 따른 정보시스템 간 상호운용성(interoperability)과 통합성(integration)의 결여, 계층적 아키택쳐의 미흡, 중복 자료의 처리 등으로 인해 조직내에서 정보기술의 투자 대비 활용 이득이 기대에 미치지 못하는 현실이다. 이러한 문제를 극복하기 위해 새로운 정보체계인 정보기술 아키텍쳐 (Information Technology Architecture : ITA) 개션을 개발하게 되었다. 그러나 ITA 정의에 대한 체계적인 방법론과 도구의 부재로 개방/분산환경 하에서 정보기술에 대한 접근은 한마디로 임기응변적 내지는 벤더 중심적 관행으로 추진되었다. RTE는 하나의 문제를 해결하기 위한 또 다른기술이 아니라 비즈니스를 향상 시키고자 하는 개념이다. 핵심 비즈니스 프로세스의 관리 및 실행시 발생하는 지연요소를 제거하고 최신 정보를 사용해 경쟁하는 기업으로 정의된다. 또한 RTE는 기업들이 지금껏 추구해 왓던 e비즈니스와 연계하면서 끊임없이 프로세스를 효율적으로 개선해 나가는 것이다.

본 논문의 국내 패션 업체에서 상품기획 과정 중 많은 시간과 노력을 투자해야 했던 디자인 및 패턴 자료를 데이터베이스화하여 key word를 통해 효율적으로 찾아 사용할 수 있도록 한 디지털 여성 자켓 분류 데이터베이스 시스템을 개발하고자 실시되었다. 이를 위해 의류업체 종사자 48명과 의류학 전공 대학원생 54명, 패턴 전문가 11명을 대상으로 설문조사 및 인터뷰를 실시하여 디자인 및 패턴의 분류 기준과 의류 생산기획 업무의 디지털화 가능성을 검토하였다. 본 연구의 결과는 다음과 같다. 국내 의류업체에서는 상품기획시 국외패션잡지와 collection지를 가장 많이 활용하고 있었으며, 디자인 및 패턴 DB 프로그램에 대한 효용성 기대와 수용도 기대에는 집단간 유의한 차이가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 여성 자켓 디자인 DB를 위한 구성요소 분류 기준은 7가지고 선정되었고, 이미지 형용사 분류 기준은 6가지로 선정되었다. 또한 자켓 제작을 위한 block pattern 분류 기준은 4가지로 선정되었다. 본 연구를 통해 개발된 자켓 디자인 선택 프로그램의 모델을 제시한 후 실험 참가자들에게 효용성 및 사용가능성을 다시 검증한 결과, 프로그램 제시 전 조사결과보다 유의하게 긍정적으로 평가되었으며, 데이터베이스 자료 활용시 이미지 형용사를 통한 검색보다는 구성요소를 통한 검색에 더 만족하는 것으로 나타났다.

Do Korean researchers in the field of library and information science really provide practitioners with knowledge and information needed in their efforts to improve library and information services\ulcorner If so, to what degree do the researchers excercise such intellectual leadership in the profession\ulcorner This study is intended to seek answers to these questions. A sample of 589 administrators and librarians working in public, research and university libraries was requested to respond to the questionnaire posted in June of 1995. Data gathered from the responses were analysed to find how, for what purposes, to what degree, and what kinds of, research outputs in the profession practitioners utilize in their provision of services to users.

This research conducted questionnaire surveys of church library managers and volunteers in church libraries, in order to improve volunteer management in church libraries by the analysis of current situation and problems with regards to operating volunteer activities. Seventy one church library managers out of 101 church libraries, and 221 volunteers responded to the questionnaire. The survey results indicated that volunteers' satisfaction with their work and need for education and continuous motivation Perception gap was found between managers and volunteers on application of task and the reward system Based on the results, this research suggests the ways of improvement for operating and training volunteers in church libraries.

The purpose of this paper is to develop a framework for construction knowledge management. Three variables of proposed framework includes knowledge class, strategic business function, and engineering data form. Several different techniques for evaluating the variables are developed in order to develop a strategic action plan for engineering knowledge management systems. The proposed framework for an action plan will contribute to develop knowledge management systems related to strategic engineering functions for construction companies.

This Risk analysis on information related assets is conducted primarily according to the standards the Korea Information and Telecommunications Technology Association (TTA) or the International Organization for Standardization (ISO). The process is made of asset analysis, threat analysis, vulnerability analysis, and response plan analysis. The risk for information related assets belongs to the operational risks suggested by BIS (Bank for International Settlements) and the information related losses can be estimated in terms of BIS' suggestion. In this paper it is proposed that how to apply the method proposed by BIS to estimate the loss of information assets.

This study aims to identify the developing process of classification shemes for NGO records. And it chooses the KFEM(Korea Federation for Environmental Movenment) for case study, which is a representative NGO of Korea. This study proposes the classification principles in the form that the function classification and subject classification are combined. The development model of function classification schemes on the KFEM records is based on the Australian Standard Work Process Analysis for Recordkeeping(AS 5090) and the DIRKS (Designing and Implementing Recordkeeping Systems) methodology. Literature review, interviews, work process analysis, and questionnaire surveys have been employed as research methodology.
