Regional central library have to reflect the characteristics of the each region. And it must to set priority the various tasks. The purpose of this study is to investigate and analyze the librarian's recognition about roles of regional central library for support to the local libraries. As a result, librarians was recognized the direction of library policy and cooperation between the local libraries as the most urgent task. Also, librarians was considered the educational and cultural programs and interlibrary loan as the top task to perform in the future. The results is very useful in deciding contents of library cooperation and establishing of the Library Policy.

광학 및 특수 유리 전문 기업 쇼트(SChoTT)가 지난 2월 19일 전라남도, 한국광기술원, 소모홀딩스엔테크놀러지와 적외선 기술 및 투자 협력을 위한 업무협약(MoU)을 체결했다. 이날 행사에는 쇼트 어드벤스드 옵틱스 사업부(SChoTT Advanced optics Business Segment)의 마리타 파쉬(Marita Paasch) 사장, 전라남도 박준영 도지사, 소모그룹 신준수 회장, 한국광기술원 김선호 원장 등이 참석해 적외선 광학 사업을 추진하기로 했다.

온라인게임 등 콘텐츠 영역에서 갈등,중복의 모습을 비쳐왔던 문화관광부와 정보통신부가 대승적 차원에서 협력을 다짐하며 손을 맞잡았다. 지난달 1일 정동채 문광부 장관과 진대제 정통부 장관은‘문화콘텐츠-디지털콘텐츠 업무협력합의서’를 체결하고, 중복업무가 발생하지 않도록 조정하자는 데 공식 합의했다. 이번 합의서의 체결과정 및 의미, 그리고 업계반응을 살펴봤다.

EIP는 의사결정처리 시스템을 지원하여 실제 업무 가치를 추가하고 e-비즈니스 애플리케이션 지원을 추진하고 있다. 모든 EIP는 사용이 간편하고 구현이 용이한 웹 브라우저 인터페이스를 채택하고 있으며, 협력업체나 고객 등을 포함한 EIP 사용자들은 업무 정보를 공유하여 업무 운영에 대한 폭넓은 이해가 가능하다.

This paper is dealing with the effectiveness to the crime prevention by the combined security system of the private security and the public security(the Police). In the western countries the public and the private security have well co-operated each other in terms of the job distribution. But our country's The private security has not much serviced in the crime prevention. The public security system has in limited capability to prevent the crime, therefore the co-production through with the private security industry and the community network are required to prevent and reduce the crime we are facing on. The followings are the result of survey on the prevention of crime through The combined security system(co-production) of The police, the private security and the community network; 1) The private security could be a big help to the police work if the two system can be co-operated smoothly. 2) The crime prevention could be not good worked out if police work would only be in the upper level class. 3) The job satisfaction is a positive if the co-operation between the police and the private security is on well.
