This study presents two dimensional views of IT-use behaviors. It examines public employee's IT-use behavior as manifested in two ways: acceptance on IT, utilization on IT. This study investigates levels of employee's the acceptance and utilization on IT in the Korean Central Government(ministry and agency) and analyses factors affecting public employee's the acceptance and utilization on task-related IT in the public sector. This study tries to examine the variables affecting the acceptance and utilization on IT; especially, the influences of such variables as leadership, task-related communication with people, task motivation, IT usability and ease of uses, task understanding in the context of Korean Central Government. Based on a questionnaire survey in Korean Central Government(8 ministries, 5 agencies) that have implemented Government Knowledge Management System(GKMS), 311 valid instruments were received and analyzed using various statistics and structural equation model(SEM). And this study will adopt try to delineate pre and intervening conditions for public employee's the acceptance and utilization. According to the results of interviews and SEM analysis suggests that the influence of task-understanding, organizational communication, IS usability were statistically significant in the acceptance and utilization on IT. And it is also hoped that the path-analytic model suggested in this study helps reveal the causal chains between the acceptance and the utilization. Especially, task-understanding proves to be important in encouraging public employee's the acceptance and utilization. This result illustrates why task-understanding people are the key to utilize the task-related IT in public organization.

최근 해양사고 및 해양오염사고로 인하여 해상교통관제 역할의 중요성이 재인되어 해상교통관제 역량강화의 필요성이 대두되었다. 해상교통관제 역량을 강화하기 위해서는 인적요소인 관제사의 업무역량 강화가 무엇보다 중요한 요소 중 하나이다. 따라서 이 연구에서는 해상교통관제와 유사한 업무를 수행하고 있는 항공 및 철도관제사 제도와 외국 선진 항만 관제사의 자격제도, 평가제도 및 교육제도를 분석하여 해상교통관제사의 실정에 적합한 제도개선 방안을 제시하고자 한다.

전사적 자원 관리 또는 기업 통합 정보시스템으로 해석되는 ERP(Enterprise Resource Planning) 시스템이 최근 들어 널리 확산되고 있으며, 향후 그 정도가 커질 것으로 예상되고 있어, ERP에 관한 지식을 가진 인력의 요구가 증대되고 있는 실정이다. 이와 같은 필요성을 충족시키기 위해, 본 연구에서는 가상 기업을 대상으로 한 시나리오를 바탕으로 기본적인 업무 흐름과 ERP를 통해 처리될 때의 과정을 업무프로세스, 사용자 화면 및 동영상을 통해 학습할 수 있는 교육시스템을 개발하였다. 본 연구에서 개발된 교육시스템은 크게 ERP 개요, ERP 사용법, 비즈니스 프로세스, 적합화(Customization)의 4부분으로 구성되어 있으며, 향후 Web 환경에서도 쉽게 사용될 수 있도록 수정될 경우 교육의 효과가 클 것으로 기대된다.

This paper is concerned with selection evaluation technique among three major performance evaluation techniques which are suitable for new computer system selection. It will discuss benchmarks, synthetic programs and simulation among various techniques for selection evaluation. It will show a formal technique using integer programming models for selecting a suitable job mix. It will suggest a simple method for comparing performance evaluation results. It will also provide benchmarks and synthetic program operation rules and expected outputs in appendix.

IMF 체제와 의료시장 개방 체제속에서 경쟁우위와 합리적인 경영환경을 구축하기 위해서는 의료업계에서도 불합리한 구조적 개선과 다변화하는 고객서비스 개선을 위해 병원 조직의 효과성 또는 경영 합리화를 위해 구조조정이 불가피하다. 변화의 대응전략 하나로정보기술(Information Technology)에 의한 HPR(Hospital Process ReEngineering) 방법론을 적용시켜 조직의 리스트럭처링(Restructuring)과 프로세스 리엔지니어링(Process ReEngineering)개선으로 인한 경영환경 변화요인을 분석함으로써 기대되는 학습조직, 유연조직, 가상조직, 네트워크 조직, 인간존중조직의 구성효과와 서비스의 질적 향상, 조직의 재구성, 업무의 재분배,인적자원의 적재적소 배치, 사무환경개선, 업무처리과정이 표준와, 경영환경 개선의 기대효과와 정보기술은 단순한 프로세스의 개선, 효율화가 아니라 새로운 환경에 적합한 최적의 경영도구로 병원의 목적 달성에 간접적이 아닌 직접적인 도움을 주는 성공요인으로 평가하였다.

본 연구에서는 국내 게임 산업의 최근 동향과 함께 게임 산업의 인력 수급 현황을 살펴보고, 게임 교육기관 여섯 곳의 교육 시스템과 방향을 비교 분석하여 게임 교육기관의 변화와 현황 및 문제점을 찾아내고자 하였다. 이는 문헌연구와 인터넷을 통해 해당 학교별 특징과 장단점을 정리하고, 공통적으로 부족한 부분을 도출하여 개선방향을 제시하고자 하였다. 또한 게임개발사 직원들을 대상 게임 산업 전문가를 두 그룹으로 분류하고 심층면접을 실시하여 게임 전공자에 대한 만족도와 우수 업무능력, 부족한 업무능력, 교육기관에 요구하는 교육내용 및 소양 등에 대한 의견을 분석하여 문제점을 도출 시켰다. 이에 대한 결과로 특정계열 및 세부전공으로 편향된 교육과정을 운영하는 교육 기관이 많은 점과, 게임 세부 직무별 전문성과 응용력 향상에 적합한 교육과정이 체계적으로 구성되어 있지 않은 점, 창의력 향상을 위한 교육과정이 매우 부족한 점이 문제점으로 도출되었다. 이에 대한 해결 방안으로 게임 콘텐츠산업과 교육기관 각자의 역할에 대한 정체성과 교육기관의 교육방향성을 통한 미래 발전방안을 제안하였다.

스마트폰 시장의 급격한 성장에 의해 모바일 애플리케이션의 사용이 증가함에 따라, 스마트기기들을 이용하여 기업의 업무에 사용할 수 있는 클라우드 기반의 모바일 오피스 시대가 도래하고 있다. 또한, 신속성이 동반된 효율적인 기업 업무 처리의 장점으로 인해 모바일 클라우드 시장이 매년 확대되고 있는 추세이다. 그러나 클라우드 컴퓨팅 환경은 시간과 공간의 제약 없이 광범위한 분야에 적용 가능하기 때문에 여러 위협들이 존재 할 수 있으며, 그에 따른 적합한 보안기술 연구가 필수적이다. 이에 본 논문에서는 클라우드 컴퓨팅 환경에서의 보안위협과 모바일 오피스 환경에서의 보안위협을 각각 도출하고, 이를 바탕으로 융합된 두 환경에서 존재할 수 있는 보안위협을 각 요소별로 분석한다.

기업이 관리하고 있는 중요한 정보자원들은 대부분이 여러 레거시 시스템에 분산 저장되어 있다. 그리고 저장되어 있는 정보 자원들 또한 서로 호환되지 않는 다양한 형태로 존재하고 있다. 이러한 문제를 해결하기 위해 분산된 데이터의 통합과 지식 공유를 위한 시스템이 필요하다. 데이터 통합의 목적은 기업의 조직과 주요 업무, 핵심 어플리케이션으로부터 발생하는 데이터 소스들의 표준 규칙과 메타 데이터를 이용하여 중복성을 제거하고, 오직 단일 데이터를 제공하는데 있다. 본 논문에서는 XMDR 기반의 OGSA-DAI를 이용하여 통합 검색 시스템을 설계 및 구현하였고, 분산되어 있는 레거시 시스템간의 데이터 통합검색이 가능한 시스템을 제안한다. 제안한 시스템은 분산된 레거시 데이터베이스간의 협업 환경 구성에 적합하며, 실시간 기업환경에서 빠른 정보 전달과 업무 지원 환경에 적절한 시스템이다.

전 세계적으로 유행하는 COVID-19(코로나19)로 인해 사람들은 대면 접촉을 피하게 되었고, 전염성이 높은 이유로 마스크의 착용이 의무화되고 있고, 이를 검사하는 업무가 증가하고 있다. 그래서, 인공지능 기술을 통해 업무를 도와줄 수 있는 출입자 통계와 출입자 마스크 착용 검사를 할 수 있는 시스템이 필요하다. 이를 위해 본 논문에서는 딥러닝 알고리즘을 활용한 출입자 통계와 마스크 착용 판별 시스템을 제시한다. 또한, 실시간 영상인식에 많이 활용되고 있는 YOLO-v3와 YOLO-v4, YOLO-Tiny 알고리즘을 데스크탑 PC와 Nvidia사의 Jetson Nano에 적용하여 알고리즘별 성능 비교를 통해 적합한 방법을 찾고 적용하였다.

This research herein aims to assist maximizing performance of introduced systems by managing the acceptance factor of uTradeHub that is easily overlooked in the system installation process by trading companies aiming to install uTradeHub system in future by conducting the two following things: i) grasping factors affecting system usefulness and user satisfaction derived from uTradeHub acceptance factor, and ii) analyzing the effect relationship of system usefulness on user satisfaction at an inspection level of system usefulness and user satisfaction, since the uTradeHub system introduced for mid- and small-sized trading companies in export and import works in mid-2008. Proof analysis was conducted by using SPSS 19.0 statistic package on data of 112 effective responses collected through questionnaire surveys, whose results are as follows. First, the uTradeHub acceptance factors having a significant effect on system usefulness are relative advantage, easy of use, task adaptedness, support of CEO, maturity of IT infrastructures, and degree of education/training. Second, the uTradeHub acceptance factors having an effect on user satisfaction are relative advantages, task adaptedness, support of CEO, maturity of IT infrastructures, and degree of education/training. Third, system usefulness showed a significant effect on user satisfaction.
