Experience of Adaptation to Work In Comprehensive Nursing Service Units of Nurses (간호·간병통합서비스병동 간호사의 업무 적응 경험)

  • Purpose : This study was conducted to examine the Experience of Adaption to Work in Comprehensive Nursing Service Units of Nurses. Methods : Empirical data were collected from 8 nurses through in-depth interviews. Eight participants who had more than 6 months of clinical experience in the general ward and had more than 6 months of work experience in Comprehensive Nursing Service Units were selected as participants. The main question was what does it mean to work in Comprehensive Nursing Service Units? All interviews were recorded and transcribed, and then analyzed using Giorgi's interview. Results: As a result of the analysis, five topics were derived. 'Facing a changed work environment', 'A sense of unexpected heterogeneity in work', 'Evaluation of immediate reality.', 'Finding strategies and promoting balance', 'Growing up as a professional nurse.' Conclusion: Based on these findings, There is a need to build a system that can adapt to work and continue to develop programs for capacity building in Comprehensive Nursing Service Units of Nurses.

Experience of the Role Conflict of Nurses in Long-term Care Hospitals (요양병원 간호사의 역할갈등 경험)

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study was to describe the experience of the role conflict among nurses in long-term care hospitals. Method: Data were collected through in-depth interviews with nine nurses in long-term care hospitals. Colaizzi's phenomenological method was used for data analysis. Result: In this study, five categories and twelve theme clusters were generated. The five categories consisted of 'Heavy workload,' 'Nursing job delegation of unclear regulations,' 'Unprotected doctor's job performance,' 'Non-systematic nursing assistants management' and 'Limit of competency.' Conclusion: These results will contribute to the role establishment of nurse in long-term care hospitals and the qualitative improvement of work by providing the grounds for the strategy development which improve working environment and job satisfaction of nurses in long-term care hospitals apposite to the case of Korea.

  • The purpose of the study was to explore the perception of dentist and dental hygienist of Interprofessional cooperation, to identify factors influencing dentist and dental hygienist satisfaction with their cooperation. The data were collected with a questionnaire for this study from 6 April, 2009 to 27 April 2009. Data were analyzed using SPSS(Statistical Package for Social Science) WIN 12.0 Program to determine the perception of dentist and dental hygienist of Interprofessional cooperation and predicting factors on their satisfaction. The result shows that dental hygienist is recognized that degree of depression which is caused by dentist's condemnation and by dental hygienist's condemnation rather than dentist. On the other hands, dentist is recognized that the importance of interprofessional cooperation and mutual trust between dentist and dental hygienist.

Experiences of Training and Counselling of Life Planning Counselor for the Later Life (노후설계상담사의 상담교육 참여와 실제 상담경험)

  • The purpose of this study was to understand deeply the meaning of training and counselling experiences of life planning counselors for the later life. This study analyzed the meaning of training and counselling experiences of counselors and tried to structure the meaning of their experiences. The qualitative research was conducted with 12 counselors who got the license after completing life planning training and do counselling. This study found 4 categories, 15 sub-categories and 50 concepts. These results analyzed are : 1) Motivation of participating in life planning counselor training for the later life ; 2) Training experience of life planning counselor for the later life ; 3) Counselling experience as a life planning counselor for the later life ; and 4) Way to improve capacity as a life planning counselor for the later life. According to these results, this study proposed practice and policy suggestions to improve training curriculum, working process and building capacity of counsellors. Lastly, this study stated the limitation and significance of the study and also suggested another proposal for a follow-up study.

  • 하나의 애플리케이션은 기업의 업무를 분석하여 어떻게 만들지 설계를 하고, 설계를 바탕으로 설계의 내용을 그대로 개발로 구현하게 된다. 설계의 내용을 그대로 개발로 반영하기 위해 소스코드에 대한 설계도 이루어져야 한다. 다양한 방법에 대해 연구되어 왔지만, 경험기반의 설계가 반영되어 설계자 및 개발자 간에 의사소통의 오류가 발생하고, 미경험자가 설계절차를 수행하기에는 어려움이 존재한다. 이를 해결하기 위해 본 연구에서는 분석된 업무를 바탕으로 정의된 화면설계를 바탕으로 클래스로 변환되는 절차를 제안하여 초심자가 효율적으로 설계절차를 수행할 수 있을것이며, 개발자 간에 원활한 의사소통이 이루어질 것이라 기대한다.

  • This study analyzed relation with accounting information system operations of more integration and end-user's business processing capabilities. Also, Studied the correlation that has reflecting between business computer skills and training experience level of end-user in practical operation. In summary of this study, first, found out that the improvement and training level of computerized accounting training in mid-size enterprise can be processing more effectively an accounting information business. Second, the end-user training and business development of business processes using the system, the positive impact was significant. Finally, the introduction of the continuous integration system based on new technology analyzed more lower overall performance satisfaction of end-user in the tasks. Business Ability of end-user could be important factor as ongoing business development and training. The results of this study, It can support to effective strategies of end-user systems, will expected to further strengthen competitiveness in the future.

Investigating Dynamics in Salesforce Compensation Plan (판매원의 경험에 따른 임금의 동태적 변화 고찰)

  • This study explains about a phenomenon where the structure of the compensation plan for a single salesperson may vary as he/she gains experience. Unlike past studies that implicitly assume the limited effect on salesperson's experience, our result predicts that a salesperson will make an effort at every period early in his/her career without any commissions in order to gain experience. However, if one cannot expect any marginal returns of accumulated efforts, the sales manager must provide commissions on the high volume of sales at each period, to facilitate a high effort of a salesforce at earlier periods. Our paper provides important implications about dynamics in the compensation plan, which has not been addressed in the past studies but has frequently been witnessed in practice.

업무용빌딩 소재 사무실의 실내공기질 평가사례

  • 서울, 인천, 광주, 그리고 부산지역의 대형업무용 빌딩 소재 36개 사무실을 대상으로 사무직 근로자의 실내환경에 대한 인식, 신체증상경험, 사무실환경관련 태도를 알기위한 설문조사와 그리고 실내환경에 영향을 미치는 인자에 대한 실태조사결과 자신이 근무하고 있는 사무실 환경에 대해 만족하지 못한 근로자들이 많았으며, 신체이상 증상 경험유무에 있어서도 빌딩증후군 관련 증상을 경험한 사람이 많은 것으로 조사되었다. 실내환경질에 영향을 미치는 요인에 대한 평가에 있어서도 겨울철 경우 실내의 상대습도가 매우 낮아 불편감을 초래하고 있는 것으로 조사되었고, 실내공기 오염의 지표물질인 이산화탄소 농도에 있어서도 최고치 농도가 1,000ppm을 초과하는 사무실이 33.3%인 12개 사무실로 나타나 실내환기에 있어 문제가 있는 것으로 조사되었다. 대부분의 실내공조설비는 주로 온도조절 즉 냉${\cdot}$난방 조절목적으로 주로 이용하고 있는 것으로 나타나 신선외기공급을 통한 실내환기 개념에 있어서는 인식이 낮은 것으로 평가 되었다.

  • This study hypothesized and tested multiple influences(based on IRT and SIT) in a study of e-mail attitudes and use. The media included e-mail, fax, letters, and face-to-face meetings. This study focused on e-mail. The outcomes included experiences, skills, attitudes toward e-mail, and e-mail use. Results suggested that attitudes toward e-mail were influenced by experiences, skills, toward e-mail, and e-mail use was influenced by attitudes toward e-mail. The our results were consistent with ones predicted by IRT and SIT.

윤리적 갈등과 관련된 소매점 판매원의 특성에 관한 실증적 연구

  • 본 연구는 판매원이 업무를 수행하면서 경험하게 되는 윤리적 갈등과 관련을 지니고 있는 개인적 특성에는 어떠한 것들이 있는가를 살펴보는데 그 목적을 두고 있다. 이를 위하여 판매원의 개인적 특성에 따른 윤리적 갈등정도를 백화점과 쇼핑센터에서 판매업무를 담당하고 있는 판매원 332명을 대상으로 하여 실증적으로 고찰하였다. 수집된 자료를 분석한 결과에 의하면 윤리적 의사결정상황에서 판매원들이 경험하는 윤리적 갈등정도는 성별, 연령, 교육수준, 근무경력에 따라 다른 것으로 나타났다. 구체적으로 윤리적 의사결정 상황에서 남성이 여성에 비하여 윤리적 갈등을 보다 많이 경험하고 있는 것으로 나타났으며, 대졸이상의 학력을 지닌 판매원이 그렇지 않은 판매원에 비해 윤리적 갈등정도가 높은 것으로 분석되었다. 그리고 연령에 따른 윤리적 갈등정도에 있어서는 21세 미만과 26세${\sim}$31세 미만의 집단이 유의적인 차이를 보여주었으며, 근무경력에 있어서는 1년 미만의 판매원 집단과 1년${\sim}$5년 미만, 그리고 1년 미만과 5년 이상${\sim}$10년 미만의 판매원 집단이 다른 것으로 나타났다.
