Relationship of Nurse Practice Environment and Work-Family Conflict to Job Satisfaction in Hospital Nurses in Korea (병원간호사의 간호실무환경, 업무-가족 갈등과 직무만족도와의 관계)

  • 연구목적: 본 연구는 병원간호사에게 보다 편안하고 건강한 업무환경을 제공하는 것의 중요성을 병원관리행정가, 교육가, 간호관리자에게 알려주는데 필요한 기초 자료를 제공하고자 수행하였다. 연구방법: 연구진행에 동의한 5개의 종합병원을 선정하여 구조화된 설문지를 이용하여 2010년 7월에 자료를 수집하였다. 연구결과: 직무만족도에 가장 큰 영향을 미치는 요인으로는 간호실무환경으로 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며, 그 다음은 업무-가족 갈등으로 부정적 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 설명변수는 직무만족도를 39% 설명하는 것으로 나타났다. 결론: 본 연구의 결과 간호실무환경과 업무-가족 갈등이 간호조직에서의 성과인 직무만족도에 중요한 요인으로 나타났다. 따라서 업무환경을 더 매력적으로 만들고, 업무-가족 갈등을 감소시키는 전략은 경력간호사의 보유와 질적 간호를 향상시키는데 도움이 될 것이다.

The Influence of Interpersonal Relationship of Fusion·Integrated Generation of Youths on the Organizational Commitment - Focusing on the Mediating Effects of the Work Environment and the Moderating Effects of Gender - (융·복합시대 청년들의 대인관계가 조직몰입에 미치는 영향 -업무환경의 매개효과 및 성별의 조절효과를 중심으로-)

  • The purpose of this study was to analyze the mediating effect of work environment and the moderating effect of gender on the influence of interpersonal relationship of fusion integrated generation of youths on organizational commitment. For this purpose, Korean Labor and Income Panel Study KLIPS 19th year data was used and the effect of interpersonal relationship of youths on the organizational commitment of 540 subjects in accordance with the study was examined and explored focusing on the model in relation to the mediating effects of the work environment and the control effects of gender. The main results are as follows. First, the interpersonal relationship and working environment of youths showed a positive effect on organizational commitment. Second, the working environment was found to be mediated completely in the relationship between the interpersonal relationship of youths and work environment and organizational commitment. Third, in the relationship between interpersonal relationship and organizational commitment of youths, it appeared that there was moderating effects of gender.

  • 기술의 발전에 따라 경제성장의 새로운 동력으로 정보기술이 각광받고 있으며, 기업에서도 정보화를 위한 투자를 늘려가고 있다. 대표적인 현상으로 스마트폰이라는 새로운 정보기술 매체이며, 이를 기반으로 정보화를 이룬 기업간 경쟁이 매우 치열해지는 양상을 보이고 있다. 그러나 일반 중소기업에서는 새로운 기술 트렌드에 부합하여 업무에 필요한 기술개발이 매우 어려운 실정이다. 특히, 데스크탑 환경의 특징인 인터넷을 기반으로 컴퓨터가 있는 곳에서의 업무 처리환경이 이동중인 환경에서 업무의 지속성이 매우 필요하게 된 것이다. 그러나 이와 같은 환경 제공은 대기업 및 일부 소프트웨어 개발 전문 업체에서 가능한 일이라 할 수 있다. 이에 본 연구에서는 의사결정자가 이동중에도 업무에 필요한 정보를 획득하여 의사결정을 수행할 수 있도록 스마트폰 환경하에서 업무에 필요한 기술을 개발하는데 목표가 있다. 업무 프로세스로서는 물품의 입력과 재고 관리를 중점으로 이루어지는 업무 프로세스 개발이다. 이를 통해 중소기업에서도 손쉽게 필요한 정보를 이동중에 활용할 수 있을 것으로 예측된다.

  • With a wide spread of smart phone, Smart society has been progressed through nationwide that changed way of personal daily life rapidly. As smart work has been introduced and utilized at the office, it is possible that the person in charge can handle remote transaction without restriction of time and place. Smartlization throughout the society has been progressed, member of work and system related can be linked mutually and took personalized services. This study identifies explorative moderating effect of smart environment at performance of work with employee cognition. As a result, found that smart work environment with complexity of work has increased moderating effect over collaborative work.

  • The user-centered design paradigm shift and the emergence of user-experience design have also increased the importance of user experience with products and services in specific spaces. In addition, with the advent of IoT services, new changes in the future work environment are expected. This study aims to propose a new user experience design considering the context of future work space. First of all, we examined the concept and nature of IoT, and defined various factors that affect the future work environment and grasped the relation of each element. Next, user research in the current work environment was conducted to identify the context that affects the behavior of users in various types of work environments, and to insight the possibility of a new user experience in the future work environment. Based on the above analysis and insights, various context models for a new future work environment were constructed, and UX models and UX scenarios and alternatives were presented. This study will contribute to the diversity of UX design research by expanding the viewpoint of UX design from device to space and context, and it will contribute to the collaborative research with space design and service design, also interdisciplinary research with IoT service related field.

A Study on the Evaluating Harmful Factors Associated with Works Burdening the Musculoskeletal System of the Librarian of Public Libraries: Focusing on Public Libraries in Northwestern Seoul (공공도서관 사서의 근골격계 부담 작업 관련 유해요인에 관한 연구 - 서울시 서북권역 공공도서관을 중심으로 -)

  • This study surveyed 129 librarians of public libraries in the northwestern region of Seoul to identify harmful factors under the assumption that the work and environmental factors of them would burden their musculoskeletal system and influence their work satisfaction. The results of this study showed that the musculoskeletal symptoms in the shoulder, one of the general items, were more frequently observed in women than in men. Secondly, the musculoskeletal symptoms in the arms and elbows, one of the working environment characteristics, were most frequently reported when they worked more than one year and less than three years. The musculoskeletal symptoms in the waist were influenced by the operation method; the librarians of public libraries entrusted to the Office of Education or a local government showed symptoms more frequently. The musculoskeletal symptoms in the neck were affected by working hours; librarians working in the day shift showed neck symptoms more frequently than those working in the night shift. Thirdly, when the characteristics of the work environment were examined, the musculoskeletal symptoms in the hands, wrists, and fingers were highly frequent under all characteristics of the work environment, the musculoskeletal symptoms in the waist were highly frequent under all characteristics of the work environment except for work satisfaction, and the musculoskeletal symptoms in the legs and feet were highly frequent according to the proficiency, work intensity, and physical burden. Fourthly, this study evaluated the differences in musculoskeletal symptoms according to the work satisfaction of individuals. The results revealed that the occurrence frequency of musculoskeletal symptoms for all body parts decreased as work satisfaction increased. Therefore, it will be necessary for the main body of public library operation to improve the work and working environments and enhance the work satisfaction of individuals by reducing the physical burden of the librarian of public libraries through adjusting the work intensity in order for the health of the librarian of public libraries.

  • Organizations are attempting a digital transformation that converts physical business processing into virtual business processing. Through this digital transformation, organizations are overcoming time and space constraints and creating competitiveness. The digital transformation of this work environment has been accelerated as many organizations have implemented remote work due to the recent COVID-19 pandemic. This study focused on business process virtualizability, which is the result of the rapid digital transformation of the work environment. Business process virtualizability is the resulting quality, such as the suitability or excellence of business processing in a virtual environment. This research model is the effect of process, IT and organizational characteristics on business process virtualizability. As a result of the verification of people who have experienced remote work in a virtual environment, first, it was confirmed that, in terms of process characteristics, sensory requirements affect business process virtualizability, but relationship requirements, synchronism requirements, and identification and control requirements do not. Second, in terms of IT characteristics, it was confirmed that representation and reach affect business process virtualizability. Third, it was confirmed that, in terms of organizational characteristics, job autonomy affects business process virtualizability, but evaluation unfairness does not. This study found that representation and reach of IT had the most significant influence on business process virtualizability, job autonomy was next, and sensory requirements had the lowest influence. This presents practical implications for organizations to increase the success potential of business process virtualizability.

The Influence of Work Environment, Job-related Environment and Burnout on the Satisfaction with Life among Nursery School Teachers (사회지지와 근무환경이 어린이집 교사의 삶의 만족도에 미치는 영향 : 업무요인과 소진을 매개로)

  • The purpose of this study was to explore factors associated with life satisfaction among nursery school teachers. To accomplish the study purpose, this study first classified several variables into three broad categories including work environment (social support & work environment), job-related environment (work-related stress & job satisfaction), and burnout. And then, 302 nursery school teachers across the country were surveyed in order to explore whether those factors were associated with life satisfaction. The overall results were as follows. First, social support and work environment had a direct impact on the satisfaction with life. Second, social support and job satisfaction had a direct influence on job satisfaction. Third, social support, work-related stress and job satisfaction directly influenced burnout. Fourth, job-related environment, job satisfaction, and burnout had a direct impact on life satisfaction. Overall, it was found that job-related environment, job satisfaction, and burnout had a direct influence on life satisfaction among nursery school teachers and social support and work-related stress had an indirect effect on life satisfaction via burnout.

  • 현재 대학업무는 크게 학사와 행정 업무로 분류할 수 있다. 모든 대학에서는 이 업무들을 신속하고 정확하게 처리하기 위해 학사 업무를 클라이언트 서버 환경에서 전산화하여 사용하고 있다. 최근 컴퓨터 네트워크의 발전과 WWW의 확산으로 클라이언트 서버환경의 시스템에 대한 여러 문제점과 시대적으로 사용자에게 보다 친숙하고 편리한 서비스 강화 측면을 고려하여 학사, 행정 업무 처리는 학교 내에 국한되지 않고 시간과 공간을 초월하여 정보제공이 가능한 환경에서 이루어져야 한다. 본 논문은 대학의 모든 학사, 행정 업무를 웹 환경에서 구현한 개발모델 사례를 소개함으로써 현재 추진중이거나 계획하고 있는 시스템의 현안과 문제점에 대한 시행착오를 줄이고 개발 시스템의 사례정보를 공유하고자 하는데 연구의 의의를 두고자 한다.

  • 현재 어느 기업이든 업무 환경을 e-Transformation하는 쪽에 많은 노력을 기울이고 있으며 이의 성과는 곧 기업의 경쟁력 제고와 밀접한 관계에 있다. 이러한 환경의 변화는 건설산업에 있어서도 예외일 수 없으며 오히려 국내외 현장에서 Business가 이루어지는 건설산업에서는 더욱 업무환경을 e-Transformation화하는 것이 필요한 상태이다. 그러나 많은 기업들의 노력에도 불구하고 If의 실제적 가시효과는 크지 않은 것이 현실이며 Best Practice도 국내외의으로 많지 않고 이에 따라 건설업에서의 17 활용 수준은 매우 미미한 상태이다. 국내외에 널리 알려진 ERP Package도 국내의 건설 업무 Process에 최적으로 적용할 수 있는 Solution은 없어 많은 기업에서 IT 적용의 방향 수립을 제대로 못하고 있는 상황이다: LG건설은 이러한 건설환경에서 IT를 활용하여 모든 업무를 공사과 손익이 연결된 사업관리를 이루고 언제 어디서든지 IT를 활용한 업무를 수행할 수 있도록 하는 통합정보시스템을 구축, 운영 중에 있으며 현재 많은 성과를 거두고 있다. 또한 핵심 기술에 대하여는 정보화 사업 전략하에 건설업계에서는 드물게 정보화 사업도 추진 중에 있으며 이러한 성공사례를 공유하고자 한다.
