Influencing Factors of Stress Response, Immediacy, Emotional Intelligence on Converged Nursing Performance of Nurses (간호사의 스트레스 반응, 즉시성, 감정지능이 융합적 간호업무수행에 미치는 영향요인)

  • This study aimed to investigate the influencing factors of stress response, immediacy, emotional intelligence on converged nursing performance in Nurses. The Participants were 180 nurses who had worked at general hospitals without COVID-19 patients in B city. The data were collected by structured questionnaires of stress response, lack of premeditation, emotional intelligence, nursing performance. Data were analyzed using descriptive statistics, t-test, ANOVA, Scheffé test, Pearson's correlation coefficients and multiple regression with SPSS 21.0 program. The results showed that use of emotion(β=.31~.39) is the highest significant influencing factors on nursing process skills, leadership, education and collaboration of nursing performance explaining 48.2% of the regression model in this study. And then age(β=-.29~.30), other's emotion appraisal(β=.17~.23) and current position(β=.19) are significant in order. Therefore, it is necessary to develop and apply the intervention programs that improve nurses' emotional intelligence for improving nursing performance.

The effects of Social Intelligence and Burnout on Turnover Intention in Nurses : An exploratory study (임상간호사의 이직의도에 미치는 업무소진과 사회지능의 탐색 연구)

  • This study was aimed to identify the effects of social intelligence and burnout on the turnover intention in nurses as a descriptive study. The data were collected between August 3 and September 1, 2015. A total of 188 nurses working at university medical centers and general hospitals located at J city and D city were participated. The collected data were analyzed using frequency, mean and standard deviation, t-test, ANOVAs, Pearson's correlation coefficients and hierarchical regression analysis. In turnover intention, there were significant differences in education, age, job preference of nurse, work period and position. Burnout showed significant effect in social intelligence and turnover intention. Social intlligence did not have control effect between turnover intention and job burnout. This findings suggested that to prevent the nurse's turnover intention, the education for social information, social skill and social awareness has to be programmed for the development of social intelligence.

Moderating Effect of Emotional Intelligence on the Relationships Between Job Demand and Burn-out of Radiologic Technologists (방사선사의 직무요구와 소진간의 관계에서 감성지능의 역할)

  • The purpose of this study is to investigate the relationships between job role and exhausting metal status of radiologic technologists. The results showed as follows: First, job demand(role conflict, recognition demend, work demend) of radiologic technologist highly correlated to its exhausting mental status. Second, emotional intelligence moderated the relation between on the relationship between job demand(recognition demend) and burn-out(decline of success). We concluded that radiologic technologist's intervention for burn-out have positive effect on improving organizational performance. Further studies are needed to develop and test the effect of intervention programs for emotional intelligence and burn-out control.

  • The purpose of study is to find ways to improve online research work in the near future environment. Study methods and results are as follows. First, the basis of research was secured through theoretical consideration. Second, three types were derived by collecting examples. There are reward, execution and visualization. Third, comprehensive matrix and directions were derived through case analysis. According to the study, the most frequently used phase of AI technology were analysis, visualization, execution, casting, design, and matching, The direction of use of AI can be largely divided into work efficiency, human thought assistance, and changes in research methods. But the plan phase is generally scarce. Overall, the lack of in function is provided, including AI technology. At a time when research plans are becoming more important as users and products diversify.

  • The government is pursuing plans to create new e-government services. In terms of improving business procedures, dBrain (finance), e-people (personnel), and Onnara (electronic payment and business management) have achieved considerable results, and are currently making efforts to improve existing administrative services using newly emerged ICT. Among them, this paper attempted to study whether self-learning-based intelligent administrative services are efficient in the work process of public officials promoting actual work and affect their continued use. Based on individual perceptions and attitudes toward advanced ICTs such as AI, big data, and blockchain, public officials' influences on administrative services were identified and verified using UTAUT variables. They believe that the establishment and introduction of innovative administrative services can be used more efficiently, and they have high expectations for the use and provision of services as ICT develops. In the future, a model will be also applied to citizens

  • High availability and business continuity in the mission critical enterprise environment have been a matter of primary concern. It is desirable to implement replicated servers, duplicated devices and disaster recovery sites so that these issues are accomplished. When that happens, web browser's users may be accessed web server through a specific Uniform Resource Locator. A critical issue arises if web browser's users recklessly change the URL and access into other site. In this case, data integrity between duplicated sites may not be guaranteed. In this paper, we introduce the method of integrating the technologies of user authentication, certificate authority and business continuity and Propose the design and implementation of intelligent service access management.

  • In this paper, we suggest the model how to evaluate the job level of the member of Nong-Hyup branch, using fuzzy subordination relation by estimating the relationship of criteria and eigenvector method. The criteria for the evaluation of job levels are divided into two groups, that is, the job group to do in Nong-Hyup and the Job demanding details group that is needed to do this job. The study method used adding weight on the job group and the present level, the itemized weight about job demanding details and the present level, the relationship the job group and the job demanding details. This paper shows that there is room for improvement in the present evaluation method, which regards the job level of each branch as equal, evaluates each branch and ranks. Therefore we will expect to utilize it a lot when the Nong-Hyup and the branchs and places of like this company are estimated.

The effect of Job stress on Burnout of Wee Counseling Specialists : Focusing on Mediating effect of Competency and Emotional intelligence (Wee업무 상담전문인력의 직무스트레스가 소진에 미치는 영향 : 직무역량과 감성지능 매개효과 중심)

  • This study is a descriptive research to identify the effects of job stress, competency, and emotional intelligence on burnout and the mediating effects of competency and emotional intelligence in Wee counseling professionals. The subjects of the study were 104 counseling professionals in charge of Wee work in the G-do area, and data were collected from February to April 2023. The collected data were analyzed by descriptive statistics, t-test, ANOVA, Pearson's correlation, regression analysis, and Sobel test. As a result of the study, job stress and competency of Wee counseling professionals had a significant effect on burnout, and competency had a partial mediating effect in the relationship between job stress and burnout, and the explanatory power was 45.6% (Z=2.96, p=. 003). In addition, job stress and emotional intelligence had a significant effect on burnout, and the explanatory power was 44.8%, and there was no mediating effect of emotional intelligence. Based on these results, we can contribute to the reduction of burnout by interventions that lower job stress and improve competency and emotional intelligence of Wee work counseling professionals, in addition, it is suggested that a systematic plan should be established and provided to include interventions for competency improvement in job stress reduction interventions.

  • 철강제품의 품질설계란 제품의 주문요구조건을 만족시키기 위해 제품의 성분 및 생산공정을 결정하는 과정을 의미한다. 본 연구에서는 품질설계업무를 지원하기 위한 시스템을 개발하였다. 설계업무의 특성을 고려하여 과거사례를 설계에 이용하기 위해, 사례기반추론(Case-based Reasoning)접근방법을 이용하였다. 본 연구에서는 또한 유사사례의 효율적 검색을 위해 품질설계 문제에 적합한 유사성척도를 제안하고 있으며, 문제에 적합한 유사성척도를 제안하고 있으며, 문제에 적합한 지식관리 방법 및 설계조정 방법을 개발하였다.
