RISC System/6000은 유닉스 시스템인 AIX를 오퍼레이팅 시스템으로 채택하였고, 기존의 RISC기술에 혁신적인 진보를 이룩하여 가격 대 성능비를 크게 높임과 동시에 시스템의 기능을 극도로 최적화 시킨 새로운 차원의 아이비엠의 고성능 시스템패밀리이다. 이 시스템은 새로운 RISC 시스템 구조인 POWER(Performance Optimization With Enhanced RISC) 개념과 제2세대 수퍼스칼라 기법 및 마이크로 채널 아키텍쳐로 설계되어 있다. 특히 하나의 사이클에서 4개 이상의 명령어를 병렬처리 하도록 설계된 수퍼스칼라 기능을 통하여 복잡한 그래픽 또는 이미지 처리 및 고도의 수치해석 기능이 뛰어나다. RISC시스템/6000은 과학기술계산업무나 멀티사용자의 일반 비즈니스용으로도 모두 뛰어난 범용 컴퓨터로 그래픽 프로세서의 선택과 함께 CAD/CAM이나 그래픽/애니메이션전용 시스템을 구성할 수 있으며, 최고 512 사용자에 이르는 멀티 사용자 시스템을 구성하여 사용할 수 있다. 이전의 유닉스 시스템에 있어서 큰 약점이었던 사용자 인터페이스와 멀티 사용자 및 테스킹이 크게 강화 되었으며, 기존의 IBM 시스템 및 타 기종과도 네트워크 구성이 용이하고 수백여종의 과학기술 적용업무를 이용할 수 있다.

4차 산업혁명 시대가 도래하면서 세상이 빠른 속도로 변하고 있다. 특히 데이터·인공지능(AI, Artificial Intelligence)의 활용이 적극적으로 다양한 분야에서 적용되기 시작하고 있다. 하지만 산림수종을 분석하는 업무를 수행하는 과정은 수작업으로 진행하다 보니 오류가 다수 발생하고 있다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 수도권 항공사진을 이용하여 소나무, 낙엽송, 침엽수, 활엽수를 대상으로 자동으로 분석하는 AI 학습용 데이터 약 60,000장을 구축하고, 수종을 구분할 수 있는 AI 모델을 개발하였다. 이를 통해 산림변화탐지 및 산림 분야 주제도 제작 시 수종 분할 이미지를 기초자료로 활용함으로써 업무효율 증대를 기대할 수 있다.

위성통신 웹 서비스는 선박의 환경에서 문제되는 부분이 있다. 위성통신의 특성상 요금이 비싸고 통신속도가 느려서 필요한 업무 이외에는 개인적으로 사용되고 있지 않다. 그리고, 통신 요금은 사용한 데이터 량으로 과금이 되는 방식이다. 따라서, 일반적인 웹 브라우징 서비스를 사용할 때 고화질의 이미지, 동영상 등 웹 상의 콘텐츠로 많은 통신 요금을 지불해야 하는 문제가 있다. 이를 해결하기 위해 웹 서비스를 처리하는데 있어 차단, 압축기능을 추가한다면 선박에서 일반적인 웹 브라우징 서비스처럼 고화질의 이미지, 동영상 등의 콘텐츠를 서비스를 지원하기 어렵지만 차단, 압축기능의 효과로 통신비용을 기존의 웹 브라우징 서비스를 사용할 때 보다 줄일 수 있다.

최근 확산되고 있는 금융 자동화 업무에서 지폐 분류기, 지폐 정사기, 지폐 인식기, 현금자동입출금기 등이 자주 사용됨에 따라 많은 양의 현금 거래가 무인시스템을 통하여 이루어지고 있다. 특히 지폐 인식기는 지폐의 영상을 획득하여 높은 신뢰도의 영상 처리 기법으로 지폐를 식별하여 분류하는 시스템이다. 지폐를 인식하고, 지폐를 비교하는 작업을 하기 위해서는 가장 기본적인 일련번호를 추출해야 한다. 본 논문에서는 러시아 지폐 이미지를 똑바른 방향으로 뒤집고, 기울어진 각도를 기존의 방법과 다른 방법으로 회전하고, 여러 가지 종류의 지폐를 알아낸 다음 두 개의 일련번호를 추출한다.

본 연구에서는 무인이동체를 활용한 철도교량의 외관조사 점검을 보다 효율적이고 객관성 있게 수행하기 위하여 무인이동체를 통해 촬영된 이미지를 딥러닝 기반 분석기술을 활용하여 손상 자동으로 분석 하기위한 기술을 연구하였다. 철도교량의 외관 손상 중 균열, 콘크리트 박리·박락, 누수, 철근노출에 대한 손상 이미지를 추출하여 딥러닝 분석 모델을 생성하고 학습한 분석 모델을 적용한 시스템을 실제 현장에 적용 테스트를 수행하였으며 학습 구현된 분석모델의 검측 재현율을 검토한 결과 평균 95%이상의 감지성능을 검토할 수 있었다. 개발 제안된 자동손상분석 기술은 기존 육안점검 결과 대비 보다 객관적이고 정밀한 손상 검측이 가능하며 철도 유지관리 분야에서 무인이동체를 활용한 외관조사 업무를 수행함에 있어 기존 대비 객관적인 결과도출과 소요시간, 비용저감이 가능할 것으로 기대된다.

Using structured interviews a study was undertaken with 25 high school students in Seoul and Kyonggi Province to elicit their perceptions of teacher-Ibrarian as a profession. The study also sought to gauge the extent of the student's intentions on pursuing a career in librarianship. Responses were content analysed to determine the extent of knowledge and understanding held. intentions on choosing librarianship as a career. Findings suggest the image of teacher-librarian to be poor and that librarianship as a career is far from desirable amongst the teenagers of Seoul and Kyonggi Province.

Assemblypersons' activities have organizational and individual nature. The activities of assemblypersons and their assistant staffs become a motive for major work performance of Korean legislature, and are also critical public services affecting contemporary political history, history of political parties and history of assemblyperson's hometown. Moreover, their activities are also characterized by work performance in favor of assemblyperson's personal interests to effectively communicate his or her achievements during term of office to electors with a view to winning reelection after the end of 4-year term of office. Assemblyperson's organization produces various types of record in the performance of these works. From the viewpoint of public archive as a product of assemblypersons' public service performance and from their own personal viewpoints, they can create their own identity by arranging their personal records that can demonstrate their own political philosophy, policy orientation, achievements during term of office, and personal features. In addition, their personal records can have much more values and significance in the sense that those records are available to electors to make it possible to highlight their own images in objective and reliable manner. Conclusively, this study underlined that the efforts for assemblypersons and their assistant staffs to keep their records well could be helpful to streamline their internal works and be also helpful for personal interests of assemblypersons. And this study proposed procedures and methods for deducing and screening a list of production archives to meet a viewpoint of streamlined internal works and needs for keeping personal records, ultimately with a view to giving practical helps for these works.

선박과 선박간의 사고 위험도를 예측하는 교통정보 생성 기술을 해상교통관제센터에 적용하기에는 위험도 정보의 정확성에 한계가 있다. 또한 대상 해역에 대한 교통 패턴을 파악하는 밀집도 및 혼잡도와 같은 교통정보 생성 기술은 위험 우선순위 선박을 도출하는 것이 불가능하다. 복잡한 교통 패턴을 보이는 해상교통관제 해역에서 위험 선박을 인지하여 관제사의 관제 업무를 지원하기 위해서는 새로운 접근이 필요하다. 본 연구에서는 관제대상해역의 교통 상황을 총체적으로 파악하고 위험 선박을 사전에 인지할 수 있는 교통정보 생성을 위해서 기계학습 기법을 검토하였으며, 기존의 인공지능 한계를 극복하기 위한 딥러닝 프레임워크 도입을 검토하였다. 해상교통관제센터의 이미지, 메시지, 음성 등 다양한 형태의 연속적 자료들을 통합하고 이를 토대로 총체적인 분석을 통해 관제 업무를 지원할 수 있는 교통 상황 인지 정보를 생성할 수 있을 것으로 파악되었다. 빅데이터 기반의 기계학습은 보다 의미 있는 상황 인지 정보를 생성할 수 있기 때문에 이를 위한 관제 센터의 각종 데이터 통합이 필요하다.

This study aims at providing the basic data to help establish the right identity of dental hygienist and develop the work of dental hygienists, and thereby investigating the effect of patients' perception of dental hygienist on their social demand of dental hygienist, by conducting a survey of 300 patients visiting dentists around Busan-Gyeongnam region from April 7, 2012 to April 25, 2012. The collected data is statistically analyzed by SPSS (Statistical Packages for Social Science 14.0. SPSS Inc., Chicago, IL, USA). First, I analyzed the frequency by suggesting the demographic and descriptive characteristics of data, and conducted t-test and One-Way ANOVA at 5% of significance level to figure out the degree of perception and social demand of dental hygienists depending on customers' reason for visiting dentists, and also conducted regression analysis to find the effect of the perception of dental hygienist on patient's social demand of dental hygienist. The result suggests that as the perception of the dental hygienists' role, the social demand for dental hygienists' image increases, but as perception of dental hygienists' image increases, the social demand of dental hygienists' image decreases. Therefore, it suggests that as the knowledge about dental hygienists increases, patients demand their service more, while the perception of their image lowers the social demand for their image. It turns out that as the knowledge of dental hygienists increase, the social demand for the knowledge also increases.
