This study aims to find out what affects on performance of private security service guards' duty regarding the security service martial arts. To achieve its goal, object of this study was set as private security service guards of private security service enterprise. Here are some conclusions that have been found. First of all, it was revealed that Hapgido, Judo, Taekwondo, kumdo and fencing are in order of the martial arts that help security service the most. Second, the relation of the ability to perform private security service guards' duty between the security service martial art of security guards and the types of them appeared that ones who had been trained were found to be more affirmative than ones who had not, and showed a significant difference. On the other hand, there was no significant difference found on the type of performance of private security service guards' duty. However, ones with a longer career seemed to be more affirmative on the side of work quality and duty, and it also showed a significant difference statistically. complishment relation between the security service martial art of security guards and the types of them appeared that ones who had been trained were found to be more affirmative than ones who had not, and showed a significant difference. Seventh, the relation of mental and the types of them appeared that ones who had been trained were found to be more affirmative than ones who had not, and showed a significant difference. On the other hand, there was no significant difference found on the type of performance of private security service guards' duty.
This study aims to explore how the individual characteristics of the senior job placement project coordinators and the organizational structure in which they work affect their job performance. A survey of 251 coordinators who were working in the senior job placement project agencies were retrieved and used for empirical analysis using the SPSS Win.12 program. The result shows that a sense of self efficacy, the individual traits(understanding of the senior job placement project, attitude towards the elderly) and the organizational structure(the level of formalization of agency) were statistically significant predictors of the level of job performance. The results of this study show that the coordinators who were more confident about themselves, who had more understanding about the senior job placement project, who had more positive attitude towards the social activities of the elderly, and who were working in agencies with higher level of formalization had a higher level of job performance than their counterparts. Therefore, more policy and program considerations should be taken into account in empowering the coordinators, and in providing them with standardized organizational process. This in turn will ultimately enable them to better serve the elderly who participate in the senior job placement projects.

To improve management performance, medical institutions have great attentions to selecting the good employee. Through job placement, recruited employee performing a given task, previous studies have lack of research, how job environment affects the individual perception of job ability and individual performance. Therefore, targeting at the health care professional employees who work in the hospital, 134 questionnaire data collected, this study performed an empirical study on the relationship between person-job fit, self-efficacy and individual performance. Specifically, mediating effect of self-efficacy between person-job fit and individual performance was verified. The results indicate that first, person-job fit appeared to affect significantly to the sub-factor of self-efficacy (self-adjustment, confidence, goal-difficulty). Second, among the self-efficacy sub-factor, self-adjustment, confidence appeared to influence to the individual performance. Third, self-adjustment was fully mediated between person-job fit and individual performance and confidence was partially mediated between person-job fit and individual performance. These findings have the theoretical implications that self-efficacy studies are expanded to environmental factors and practical implications and study's limitations are discussed in terms of hospital organization's human resource management.

In the recent rapidly changing IT environment, the amount of smart digital data is growing exponentially. As a result, in many areas, utilizing big data research and development services and related technologies is becoming more popular. In SMART learning, big data is used by students, teachers, parents, etc., from a perspective of the potential for many. In this paper, we describe big data and can utilize it to identify scenarios. Big data, obtained through customized learning services that can take advantage of the scheme, is proposed. To analyze educational big data processing technology for this purpose, we designed a system for big data processing. Education services offer the measures necessary to take advantage of educational big data. These measures were implemented on a test platform that operates in a cloud-based operations section for a pilot training program that can be applied properly. Teachers try using it directly, and in the interest of business and education, a survey was conducted based on enjoyment, the tools, and users' feelings (e.g., tense, worried, confident). We analyzed the results to lay the groundwork for educational use of big data.
This is a follow-up research of Oh Jae Hwan(2010) aimed to confirm the influence of the educational program of improved question search methods on the duty and job satisfaction of private security guards. For this research, a survey was conducted on a sampling of 170 private security guards living in Seoul and Gyeonggi province, as selected in the research of Oh Jae Hwan(2010). A frequency analysis, correlation analysis and multiple regression analysis were conducted on the collected data by using the SPSS 15.0. The Cronbach's ${\alpha}$ value of the reliability of the survey was over 0.800. The analyzed result of the research is as follows. It was found that when there was an increase in the content of educational training of the program there was also an increase in the job satisfaction and performance. This signifies that the contents of the improved educational program includes scientific and systematic techniques such as METT and action promoting questions, the adequately constructed practical skill education allows private guards to have confidence in their duty, the research reflects the current trends and has a high possibility of utilization due to its high relevance to the duties of private security guards.

Purpose: The purpose of this study was to verify influencing factors affecting service quality provided by caregivers working for the elderly with dementia. Methods: Data were collected using a self-reported questionnaire from 214 caregivers in a long-term care facility in D city. The data were analyzed with service quality, dementia knowledge, work value, and job performance confidence. For data analysis, the descriptive statistics, t-test, one-way ANOVA, Pearson correlation coefficients, and multiple regression were performed using SPSS/WIN 21.0 program. Results: There were significant differences in service quality depending on the health status. Factors influencing service quality were work value, and job performance confidence with R2 value of 38%. The highly influencing factors were work value, and job performance confidence. Conclusion: The results of this study indicate that the effort to improve the service quality of caregivers should focus on work value and job performance confidence.
Purpose: The purpose of this study was to examine the frequency, perceived importance and competence of pediatric emergency nursing practice (PENP) in nurses who cared for pediatric patients in the emergency department. Methods: This cross-sectional descriptive study analyzed 175 emergency department nurses caring for pediatric patients at 7 university hospitals with more than 500 beds, located in Seoul and Gyeonggi Province. The measurement tool was modified from the Classification of Standard Nursing Activities to measure the frequency, importance of PENP, and nursing competence. It comprised 143 items in 16 domains of PENP. Results: The most frequent nursing practice was the domain of 'nursing records and environmental management' and the least frequent practice was the 'research and consulting' domain. The nursing care domain perceived to be most important by nurses was 'specialized intensive nursing care'. The nursing care domain with the highest level of nursing competence was 'hygiene care', and the domain with the least level of nursing competence was the 'research and consulting'. Conclusion: These results will be utilized as basic data for future pediatric emergency nursing education initiatives and for establishing priorities of nursing policy to improve health care for children admitted to the emergency department.

This study was attempted to examine relationship between personality traits and job satisfaction of community health practitioners(CHPs) working in remote rural area in order to suggest some methods to enhance their lob performance and the degrees of job satisfaction. The General Personality Test and the revised version of Job Satisfaction Questionnaire were administered to 200 of 348 CHPs in the Kwangju-Chonnam area and then the percentages, means, standard deviations and Pearson's correlation coefficients of these data were obtained, ANOVA and logistic analysis were used. The results of study were as follows : 1. CHPs without religion were more satisfied with their salary than those with religion. 2. CHPs who hoped for continuous education showed higher scores than the others on necessary job, professional pride and autonomy. Those who chose for independent job showed higher scores than the others on both necessary job and professional pride. Those who hope for long duration showed higher scores than the others on both necessary job and professional pride. Those who were satisfied with the present occupation showed higher scores than the others on pay satisfaction, necessary job, professional pride, interaction, autonomy and demand from organization. 3. Their autonomy scores differed significantly according to work status, both interaction and autonomy scores did so according to the fields of the past job in CHP, and their autonomy scores according to location of clinics. Their interaction scores differed significantly according to the frequency of home visits per mouth, both the degrees of salary satisfaction and professional pride scores did so according to the frequency of counseling education per mouth, and their professional pride scores did so according to total income per year. 4. The levels of their responsibility and self-confidence showed the highest of all personality traits variables. 5. The professional pride score of CHPs showed the highest of all job satisfaction variables. 6. Dominance were mostly correlated with autonomy and responsibility were mostly associated with professional pride. Both emotional stability and self-confidence were mostly related necessary job. In conclusion, religion, location of clinics, clinical experience, opportunity for education, dominance, self-confidence, the duration of services hoped for, satisfaction with the present occupation, the field of past job and administrative affairs were found to be the important factors in the degrees of their job satisfaction. Therefore, the methods to consider these variables will be necessary to develop for enhancing the efficiency of their Job performance and the degrees of job satisfaction.
School nurses, in service of 102 special schools in Korea, were urveyed by mail questionnaires from February to March, 1991 and 77 of hem responded. Collected data were analyzed to establish the direction of health management in special school and to provide basic reference data for improving the quality of the management of school-nurses' services. The major findings are as follows: Out of special schools surveyed, 67.5% is private school and 83.2% is located in city. The average number of classes, students, and educational personnels per special school is 17.2, 194, and 28 respectively. The average age of school-nurses surveyed is 32.7. The proportion of graduates from the junior college and upward was 97.4%, the proportion of the married was 71.4%. Out of respondents, 71.4% has religion : 79.2% has past career in the fields of clinics or public health: 62.3% accompanishes independent services: 77.9% belongs to primary school. About 69% of nursing room in special schools surveyed is located at the first floor. Out of special school surveyed, 90.9% has no organization for school health programms: Only 18.2% entrusted everyone of school doctor, school dentist, and school pharmacists with school health. 46.8% of respondents didn't know about the annual budget for school health programmes. The average annual expenditure for school health programme per special school was 317,000F26. won and the purchase cost for medical supplies accounted for the larger part of them. The monthly average number of students utilizing school nursing room was 71 per school, annual utilization times of school nursing room was 4.4 per student and utilization due to injury was prevalent by 26.6% and there is some differences in using the school nursing room according to disabled area. Rate of referral to medical facilities was 1.4%. The leading reason of referral to medical facilities was high fever among those who have visual handicaps, fracture among those who have emotional disturbance, injury by trauma among others. Nine hundred fifty six students of students in special school surveyed have sufferd from epilepsy and prevalence rate of epilepsy was 6.4%. Only 22.6% of respondents replied that they had physical examination more than 2 times per year. Out of respnodents, 98.7% answered that they had health education and 67.1% of them ansered that they educated in a classroom, 98.7% of respondents emphasized need of sex education. Respondents put the most emphasis on the personal hygiene when they performed health education and they used broadcasting education in the area of visual handicaps, OHP or VTR in hearing handicaps, home correspondence or OHP VTR in other area importantly. About 47% of repondents answered that health education was the most difficult and they emphasized that definite guide on health management was requested. Respondents had self-confidence and high perfomance rate in most of school-nurses' services completely, but so they was not in area of evaluation of school health programmes, an examination of physical strength, evaluation of health education, management of school purification area, suture of wounds. In consideration of above findings, we may conclude that special education for school-nurse in special schools as well as improvement of definite guiding principles are requested to establish direction for health management in special schools and to improve the degree of quality for school-nurses' sevices in special schools.

This study aims to explore ways to provide a high quality work environment services to social workers to analyze the relevance of relationships and exhaustion of the organizational environment, and the working environment and clients with disabilities living facility workers Gwangju and Jeonnam 252 people were targeting professionals working with people with disabilities living facility located on the main results are as follows. Organizational environment, work environment, organizational environment results by setting the relationship with the client as independent variables conducted a regression analysis to investigate the factors that influence independent of exhaustion (${\beta}$=-.200, p=.001) and Job environment (${\beta}$=-.460, p<.001) was a significant independent explanatory factor was 31.0%. However, relationships with clients (${\beta}$=-.059, p=0.258) were not significant factors in exhaustion. Consequently, practitioners must always have the confidence to actively work with pride and facilities are needed to improve the organizational environment and the working environment.
