GNSS(Global Navigation Satellite System) such as GPS(Global Positioning System), GLONASS(GLObal NAvigation Satellite System) has been used in various fields for construction of geospatial inforamtion. But RTK or VRS method for high accuracy has some bad points like requirement of additional GNSS device and internet. So, this methods are difficult to take advantage of field survey. In this study, In this study, experiments using DGPS handheld devices and smart devices that can maximize mobility through was to suggest ways to improve the efficiency of field survey work. As a results, field survey work with smart devices is difficult to apply the limits of accuracy yet. On the other hand, DGPS has been found possible to determine the position accuracy within 1m. If DGPS is used in related work can greatly improve the efficiency of field survey work, which is currently much is done by hand, it is expected to serve as the basis for a structured GIS data management.

초등학교에서는 업무의 효율적 추진을 위해 교사별 교무분장이 1년 단위로 실시되고 있다. 새로운 업무를 익혀 효과적으로 처리하는데 많은 시간이 소요되며, 기존에 생성된 자료를 재활용하지 못하여 시간과 비용의 낭비를 초래한다. 학교간의 정보공유에 있어서도 현재의 정보관리 체계로는 그 효율성을 기하기 어려운 상황이다. 현재 초등학교에는 인터넷을 비롯하여 충분한 정보화 인프라가 구축되어 있다. 이러한 정보화의 물적 기반을 충분히 활용하여 업무 수행 과정에서 만들어지는 여러 형태의 자료들을 멀티미디어 데이터의 형태로 제작하고 공유한다면 정보를 효율적으로 주고받고, 정보의 수요자와 공급자 간에도 원활한 의사소통이 이루어질 수 있을 것이다. 이를 위해 학교에서 업무처리를 위해 사용되는 멀티미디어 데이터를 시스템으로 구축하여 활용한다면 업무처리에 많은 도움을 줄 것이다.

To establish efficient e-government and to improve the quality of public services, online public services are in operation in every administrative organization. However, due to the lack of analysis and connection between each government organization, the satisfaction of the civil users has not been improved very much. This research presents the core components of Integrated Management Model for Public Services, which can minimize the time for processing public services and the expenses for administrative procedure, based on the example of N Ministry. For this purpose, it analyzes current process of the public services to find out underlying problems, deduces requirements for improvement, presents and implements the design principles of Integrated Management System for Public Services. The efficiency of this Integrated Management System was proven with the analysis from the viewpoints of civil users, internal service representatives, and their managers.

Along with the recent economic downturn, domestic construction companies have also faced with many difficulties and obstacles. To overcome this situations, now they are trying to continuous efforts to improve efficiency and productivity of project performance through many means including the reduction of fixed cost expenditures. Level of work performance of construction field managers is very important factor of productivity improvement for successive performance of construction project. This study attempts to analyse level and influence factors for work performance of field managers in construction companies through analysis of work burden and level of work performance. Also this study attempts to present basic data of the improvement directions for enhancing construction efficiency and productivity in future.

한국원자력연구소의 하나로, 방사성동위원소 생산건물 및 핵연료주기시설인 조사 후 시험시설, 조사재 시험시설 및 방사성폐기물처리시설의 운영과정에서 혹은 방사성 동위원소를 이용하는 각 실험실 등에서 여러 형태의 방사성 고체폐기물이 발생한다. 이들 방사성 고체폐기물의 효율적 관리를 위하여 데이터베이스 시스템을 구축하여 폐기물의 발생, 내역, 이동, 저장상태 등 제반 자료를 저장관리하고 이를 기반으로 바코드 시스템을 도입하여 간단한 조작만으로 다량의 방사성 폐기물에 대한 자료의 검색을 용이하게 하고자 한다. 본 연구는 소내에서 발생하는 방사성폐기물의 발생현황과 이를 수집하여 분류하고 관리하는 과정을 분석하여 도식화한 결과와 이를 토대로 업무에 필요한 관리 항목을 설정하여 개개의 폐기물 드럼에 대하여 바코드를 부여하고 데이터베이스에 저장하여 방사성폐기물에 대한 이력관리 및 업무의 효율성을 향상시키며 정확하고 신속한 정보를 제공하게 한다.

수자원시설물의 유지관리와 조사, 계획, 설계, 제작, 설치, 운전, 보전을 거쳐 폐기에 이르는 시설물의 Life Cycle을 관리하기 위해 IT 기술을 이용하여 설비를 체계적으로 운영 관리하고 있다. 수자원시설의 점검관리에 있어 기존의 관리방법은 점검자가 관리항목을 대장에 기입하고 기입한 자료를 PC에 저장하여 관리함으로써, 업무의 복잡성 및 중복성이 발생됨으로써 업무효율이 저하되고 있는 실정이다. 이에 따라, 본 연구에서는 이러한 문제점을 효율적으로 해결하기 위하여 유비쿼터스 기술인 RFID를 현장에 적용하기 위하여 수자원시설에 대하여 표준코드를 정립하였으며, 수자원시설 이력관리 구축을 위하여 RFID 현장에 적용하고, RFID 리더기를 이용하여 시설물의 이력 관리 시스템과 연동하여 체계적인 시설관리 기반을 구축하였다. 이로써, 시스템을 통해 관리되는 시설물의 이력정보를 활용하여 설비 교체주기, 통계자료 조회, 예산 반영 계획수립 등의 업무에 즉시 적용이 가능하며 체계적이고 효율적인 업무수행이 가능할 것으로 판단된다.

본(本) 연구(硏究)에서는 우리나라 증권산업(證券産業)에 있어서 규모(規模) 및 범위(範圍)의 경제성(經濟性)의 존재여부를 실증분석하였다. 이것을 일본(日本)의 경우와 비교하면 우리나라에서도 증권업(證券業) 규모(規模)의 경제성(經濟性)이 대체로 존재하며 대규모(大規模)보다는 중(中) 소규모(小規模)에서 뚜렷이 시현되는 것으로 나타났다. 그러나 업무범위(業務範圍)의 경제성(經濟性)의 존재는 통계적으로 유의(有意)하게 입증되지 않으며 다만 자금(資金)이나 신인도면(信認度面)에서 유리한 입장에 있는 대형사(大型社)가 인수주선업무에 있어서 비교우위(比較優位)를 보였다. 분석기간이 증권산업(證券産業)의 고도성장기였기 때문에 단기적인 효율성(效率性)을 극대화하기 어려웠다는 점과 각종 제도적(制度的) 규제(規制)로 인해 증권회사(證券會社)들이 효율에 입각한 업무다변화(業務多邊化)를 적극적으로 추진하는 데 제약이 있었다는 점 등이 고려되어야 하겠지만 우리나라 증권사(證券社)가 내부경영(內部經營)의 효율성면에서 개선의 여지가 있음을 시사하고 있다. 본(本) 연구(硏究)의 이러한 잠정적 결론에도 불구하고 규모(規模) 및 범위(範圍)의 경제성(經濟性)에 대한 정밀한 분석이 증권업(證券業)뿐만 아니라 타금융업(他金融業)에 대해서도 시도되어야 할 것이며 이러한 연구들은 증권산업(證券産業) 업무영역조정(業務領域調整)을 포함한 제반 정책결정에 기여할 수 있을 것이다.
