  • HL7 is well-known standard protocol for text data generated in hospital information systems. Vital sign information web viewer systems is also the standard protocol for medical image and transfer. In this paper, we have to design to obtain useful vital sign information, which is generated at data receiver modulor of HIS, that is offered by the central monitor. Vital sign informations of central monitor is composed of the row data of several bedsite patient monitors. We are willing to maintain vital sign information of real time and continuity that is generated from the bedsite patient monitor. It is able to apply to remote medical examination and treatment. we proposed integration method between vital sign database systems and hospital information systems. Through the proper exchange and management of patient vital sign information, real time vital sign information management will offer better workflow to all hospital employee.

The Compensation Cost Analysis of Parcels for Land Alternation according to Occupation Ratio to Road (도로 편입률에 따른 토지이동 대상필지 보상비 분석)

  • Recently, many civil appeals have been occurred in land management work because of discord between cadastral records and actual land use pattern. it is important to select parcels for land alternation exactly using land information and to evaluate compensation cost according to scenarios for advancing this problem. This study operated GIS spatial overlay based on serial cadastral maps and actual-width of the road and analyzed the number and area of the parcels for land alternation by the land classification and ownership applying fuzzy membership function according to occupation ratio to road. Also compensation cost was calculated according to scenarios using individual public land price information of the parcels for land alternation and was arranged by district as Eup and Myeon according to land classification and ownership. This study can efficiently support the work of the parcels for land alternation complying with the financial condition of local government, by supplying compensation cost according to scenarios to the parcels of land alternation by district as Eup and Myeon.

  • 하천에서 유사량은 침식(Erosion), 유송(Transport), 퇴적(Deposition)의 3단계 과정으로 진행되며 이 과정에서 다양한 유사 문제가 수반되고 있다. 특히, 하상변동의 예측, 하천계획 수립 등 수자원 개발을 위해 유사량 조사는 반드시 필요하다. 따라서 국외에서는 오래전부터 하천 유사이송과정에 대한 이론적인 개념을 정립하고 양질의 유사량 자료를 위해 연구해 오고 있다. 국내에서는 대표적으로 한국수자원조사기술원에서 유사량조사 업무를 수행하고 있으며 국가유사량관측망 중 매년 약 20개소~30개소의 지점을 대상으로 신뢰성 있는 자료를 만들기 위해 지속적으로 연구하고 있다. 유사량 조사의 항목 중 부유사 채취를 위한 측선수는 하천 폭(ISO 기준)에 따라 5개~7개의 측선에서 부유사를 채취하고 있으며, 강우가 활발한 홍수기 전, 후로 단면측량 및 하상토 자료를 통해 총유사량을 산정하고 있다. 본 연구의 분석방법으로는 이신재(2021)가 제안한 방법을 착안하였고, 측선별 부유사농도와 평균부유사농도의 비교분석 통해 상관계수(R2)가 가장 높은 측선을 선택하여 지표부유사량(Index Suspended Sediment) 산정에 활용하였다. 대상지점으로는 연속 유사량 자료 생산이 가능한 낙동강유역의 함안군(계내리) 관측소와 영산강유역의 구례군(구례교) 관측소를 선정하였다. 먼저, 지표 유사량은 평균부유사농도와 측선별 부유사농도를 비교분석하였으며, 함안군(계내리) 관측소는 5번 측선(R2=0.9869), 구례군(구례교) 관측소는 2번 측선(R2=0.9929)을 통해 지표부유사량을 산정하였다. 그 결과 하천특성에 따라 측정된 부유사량과 지표부유사량의 편차율(함안군(계내리) : 최대 33%, 최소 1%, 구례군(구례교) : 최대 25%, 최소 1%)이 다소 상이한 구간이 발생하였지만 이들의 상관계수(R2)는 각각 0.9922, 0.9947로 매우 높게 산정되었다. 이러한 결과를 통해 제시한 지표 설정은 실제 업무에서 활용 가능할 것으로 판단되며, 추후 과거년도의 하천특성과 수리특성 분석을 통해 해당지점의 대표적인 측선을 선정해 연속적인 지표 유사량 자료 생산이 가능하다면 향후 자동 유사량 채수장치 설치를 통해 안정된 유사량 자료 제공이 가능할 것으로 기대된다.

The Effects of Technostress and Work Connectivity after Work Hours on Job Satisfaction : Focusing on a Mediating Role of Work-Life Conflicts (테크노스트레스와 일과 후 업무연속성이 직무만족에 미치는 영향 연구 : 일-삶의 갈등의 매개역할을 중심으로)

  • Due to the rapid development of information communication technology, employees have conducted their tasks with smart devices such as smartphones and tablet PCs in the midst of after work hours. In line with this phenomenon, we have examined the relationships among technostress, work connectivity behavior after hours (WCBA) and technostress inhibitors and job satisfaction. Based on the results of prior research, we developed and tested our research model which posits the certain factors such as technostress, WCBA and technostress inhibitors affect work-life conflicts which, in turn influence employees' job satisfaction. Survey data collected from 345 users who have experiences on using smart devices was used to test the model using PLS (partial least squares). In this study, we found that technostress and WCBA were positively related to the work-life conflicts. We also found that the relationship between technostress inhibitors and job satisfaction was significant. The implications of these findings for both research and practice are discussed.

  • It is difficult for the road management system to give a correct road information because road facilities are differently managed according to each object. In this study, we have solved this problem of road information management and, developed a system which is able to integrate various data of facilities and to maintain the latest property of data by introducing server-client network structure for managing road facilities more efficiently. And, we have shown the affairs of the road information management could be achieved scientifically, by the integration of graphic, attribute and photograph information relevant to road. This enabled the connection of graphic data and the stereo drawing composition, and enhanced the feeling of real world experience using the dynamic image data of the road.

  • 올해 초 한국 전자정부가 유엔에서 연속 세계 정상수준으로 평가 받았다. 이는 지난 20여 년간 약 20여조의 예산을 정보화 부문에 투자한 결과라 해도 과언이 아니다. 다른 한편에서는 그동안 국가정보화를 추진하면서 기투자한 정보자원에 대한 운영부담이 가중되고 있다. 이제 정보자원들을 어떻게 관리하고 활용할 것인가는 공공부문에서 중요한 현안이 되고 있다. 이는 주위 환경변화에 따른 정보자원의 의미와 가치를 재점검할 필요성과 바뀐 상황에 맞게 체계화가 필요한 시기임을 시사하고 있다. 본 고에서는 이러한 문제의식을 갖고 공공부분의 정보자원관리에 대한 전반적 상황에 대한 개관과 함께 대응방안을 제시하고자 한다. 이를 위해서 지금까지는 정보자원을 조직 활동을 위한 투입요소의 시각에서만 접근했지만, 향후는 조직 활동 수행에 필수적인 정보자산의 개념으로 접근해야 할 필요성이 있다. 이를 위해 공공부문 정보자원관리에 대한 제반현상을 문서중심으로 조망하고 이에 따른 대응방안을 살펴보고자 한다. 이 연구결과는 정보자원 관리와 관련된 업무 및 연구를 할 때 정책적 시사점으로 참조하거나, 향후 실증적인 관련연구를 위한 기초자료로 활용되기를 기대한다.

  • It is a serious task to the decommissioning of the uranium conversion plant that the demolition of the lagoon sludge. The main component of the sludge is ammonium nitrate and that is the very explosive material. Therefore, the bio-denitrification is a attractive process to remove the nitrate. In this work, some process variables was tested such as incubation temperature, nitrate concentration, electron donor, C/N ratio, seeding ratio, and pH with an anaerobic bacteria as Pseudomonas halodenitrificans. The results would be used as basic data to the continuous bio-denitrification process.

  • The main tasks of commander and staffs in ground operations are a continuation performing the process of making decisions in various situations. Since the current decision-making process is largely dependent on qualitative methods, it is difficult to integrate with the decision-making tools associated with the 4th Industrial Revolution. The purpose of this study is to suggest the process of deriving the relative importance of the evaluation factors using the AHP with focusing on assessing the avenues of approach in IPB related to the ground operation plan. The most important aspect of IPB is the evaluation of the avenues of approach. Evaluation factors include target accessibility, observation and seasons, concealment and cover-up, ease of maneuverability, and ease of transition to adjacent access roads. The existing methods are the comparison method with evaluation factors and the analysis with the advantages and disadvantages. However, it has been criticized that they regard evaluation factors as equal importance. The results show that target accessibility has the highest score related with priority when considering the criteria.

A Study on the Individual Radiation Exposure of Medical Facility Nuclear Workers by Job (의료기관 핵의학 종사자의 직무 별 개인피폭선량에 관한 연구)

  • Purpose: With increasing medical use of radiation and radioactive isotopes, there is a need to better manage the risk of radiation exposure. This study aims to grasp and analyze the individual radiation exposure situations of radiation-related workers in a medical facility by specific job, in order to instill awareness of radiation danger and to assist in safety and radiation exposure management for such workers. Materials and Methods: 1 January 2007 to 31 December 2009 to work in medical institutions are classified as radiation workers Nuclear personal radiation dosimeter regularly, continuously administered survey of 40 workers in three years of occupation to target, Imaging Unit beautifully, age, dose sector, job function-related tasks to identify the average annual dose for a deep dose, respectively, were analyzed. The frequency analysis and ANOVA analysis was performed. Results: Imaging Unit beautifully three years the annual dose PET and PET/CT in the work room 11.06~12.62 mSv dose showed the highest, gamma camera injection room 11.72 mSv with a higher average annual dose of occupation by the clinical technicians 8.92 mSv the highest, radiological 7.50 mSv, a nurse 2.61 mSv, the researchers 0.69 mSv, received 0.48 mSv, 0.35 mSv doctors orderly, and detail work employed the average annual dose of the PET and PET/CT work is 12.09 mSv showed the highest radiation dose, gamma camera injection work the 11.72 mSv, gamma camera imaging work 4.92 mSv, treatment and safety management and 2.98 mSv, a nurse working 2.96 mSv, management of 1.72 mSv, work image analysis 0.92 mSv, reading task 0.54 mSv, with receiving 0.51 mSv, 0.29 mSv research work, respectively. Dose sector average annual dose of the study subjects, 15 people (37.5%) than the 1 mSv dose distribution and 5 people (12.5%) and 1.01~5.0 mSv with the dose distribution was less than, 5.01~10.0 mSv in the 14 people (35.0%), 10.01~20.0 mSv in the 6 people (15.0%) of the distribution were analyzed. The average annual dose according to age in occupations that radiological workers 25~34 years old have the highest average of 8.69 mSv dose showed the average annual dose of tenure of 5~9 years in jobs radiation workers in the 9.5 mSv The average was the highest dose. Conclusion: These results suggest that medical radiation workers working in Nuclear Medicine radiation safety management of the majority of the current were carried out in the effectiveness, depending on job characteristics has been found that many differences. However, this requires efforts to minimize radiation exposure, and systematic training for them and for reasonable radiation exposure management system is needed.

Study on the State Leadership's Safety Measures Regarding the North Korean Threat of Weapons of Mass Destruction - Focuses on the Threat of North Korean Nuclear Weapons (북한 대량살상무기 위협에 대한 국가지도부 안전대책에 관한 연구 - 북한 핵무기 위협을 중심으로)

  • The concept of national security and the fundamental system for crisis management have departed from traditional methods and the importance of a national critical infrastructure crisis management has been emphasized. A national critical infrastructure crisis means a situation where human resource, material and functional system that may have a material effect on the critical functions of the government, the vitality and integrity of society, national economy and the safety of the public becomes disabled due to causes such as terrorism or major disasters. Although North Korea had been subject to numerous rounds of negotiations and sanctions as it continually developed nuclear weapons since the 1960s, it has also showed off its nuclear armaments through successful nuclear testings and missile launches. As the development and threat of North Korea's weapons of mass destruction becomes more noticeable and the range of its risk expands, this study focuses on the potential for an absence of leadership for national crisis management where the country's leadership, which should serve the critical role and function of handling national crises, becomes completely destroyed by the unexpected initial attacks by North Korea. As a result, the purpose of this study is to propose safety measures for the country's leadership in preparation for North Korea's threat of nuclear weapons by examining the concept and degree of risk of weapons of mass destruction with a focus on nuclear weapons, analyzing the substance of the threat of North Korean nuclear weapons and evaluating such threat. In conclusion, first, to ensure the normal functioning of a national crisis management system in the event of a national crisis, we must seek safety measures that conform to the scope and succession order of the leadership of the national crisis management for an Enduring Constitutional Government (ECG) and the Continuity Of Operations (COOP). Second, in the event of a national ceremony, the gathering of the country's leadership all together in an open place should be avoided. In unavoidable circumstances, the next in rank that will act on behalf of the current leader should be designated and relevant safety measures should be taken. Third, during time of peace, in preparation for national crises, the scope of protection for the country's leadership should be prescribed and specific security and safety measures should be implemented. Fourth, the succession order for acting president in the case of the death of the president pursuant to Articles 71 and 26(1) of the National Government Organization Act should reconsidered to see whether it is a reasonable provision that takes into consideration a national crisis management that corresponds to the threat of North Korean nuclear weapons and weapons of mass destruction. Pursuant to the Basic Guidelines for National Crisis Management set out under Presidential Directive No. 229, the Korean government is currently operating a case-by-case "crisis management standard manual" and its sub-manuals and has also prepared the Presidential Security Service's security and safety measure regulations regarding the acting president. Therefore, the Korean government should actualize the above points in the case-by-case crisis management standard manual and security and safety measure regulations regarding the acting president to implement and legislate them.
