The purpose of this study is to improve the effectiveness of the e-journal process in libraries and information organizations by identifying the relative priority of each criterion in the e-journal consortium. To identify criteria in the process, this study employed a content analysis of previous studies on e-journal and consortium. A total of 73 criteria were found, and these were classified into three categories and 21 sub-categories. Then, the relative weight of each criterion was calculated using an AHP technique. This technique is one of useful tools for collecting experts' opinions. The AHP findings indicated that the cost of the e-journal was the most important criterion in the e-journal consortium. This is followed in priority by users' needs, usage statistics, and others. Using these findings, librarians and information professionals might be able to identify priorities in the e-journal work process, and to improve the effectiveness of the process.

The purpose of this study is to prepare a plan for the improvement of the tasks of record managers in offices of education by understanding the details of their work; analyzing the importance, difficulty, and performance frequency of their tasks; and investigating their working environment and the problems of record management in offices of education. For this purpose, through a literature review and an analysis of related conditions, this study drew out 5 task domains and 24 detailed record management tasks in offices of education. To investigate the level of importance, difficulty, and performance frequency of the drawn-out task domains and task factors, this study conducted a questionnaire survey on record managers working in offices of education and analyzed the survey results using the IPA technique by crossing the level of importance, difficulty, and performance frequency. Based on the survey results, to improve the tasks of record managers in offices of education, and strengthen their task competency, a plan for improvement was suggested.

The study aims at understanding records professions' job areas and conducting the Importance Performance Analysis. Under the perception which it is necessary to analyze records professions' job for securing their roles and identity, this study conducts a job analysis and categorizes records professions' job into 4 duties, 19 jobs and 78 job elements. The 4 duties includes records management, records office operation, records management infrastructure, and records information services. Furthermore, it researches jobs' importance and performance using the IPA. Accordign to the analysis, the jobs which rank at top of the importance and performance list are jobs concerning appraisal and disposal. The jobs which ranks at bottom are jobs related to services. In general the current 'one man records office system' is not appropriate to carry out all the records management business. In this context, it is necessary to lighten records profeesions' workload through the job adjustment in government institutions.

The purpose of this study is to find significant activities in human resource management (HRM) to solve growing-pains caused by the rapid external growth in private security business. To this end, we applied the HRM factors suggested by the National Job Capability Standard (NCS) to the private security and investigated the relative importance using the Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP). The results were as follows. First, the importance of 4 HRM criteria in the private security was ranked in order of recruitment, operation, benefit, and retirement. Particularly, the relative importance of recruitment reached 63.8%. Second, the composite importance was calculated by dividing the 4 HRM criteria into 14 capability sub-criteria and 46 capability alternatives. As a result, personnel planning and hiring at the recruitment turned out as the areas that needed the most improvement. In addition, the operating and planning of education involved in the highest rank, 8th and 10th respectively. Based on these results, we suggested critical HRM factors for developing the private security business as well as proposed research directions and methods for further studies.

This paper aims to analyze the priority of elements in building management system surveying owners living in Small-scale Apartment, and to suggest basic data for establishing effective management alternatives. To achieve the goal, this paper extracted the elements from a guideline supported by the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport in Korea, and tried to analyze their priority. The result as follows. First, the analysis of the first level suggested that people give priority to facility management, moving management, security management and administrative for management. Second, on the analysis of the second level, settlement of budget was the most important for the administrative, cleaning for facility management, parking management for security management and advertisement of the administrative for moving management. By suggesting the result, this paper concludes that it would be very important to establish a regional management corporation to manage the Small-scale Apartment.

합리적인 업무 수행도의 예측을 통해 기업은 기존 업무절차의 평가뿐 아니라 업무 개선방안과 새로운 업무의 설계기준을 제시할 수 있다. 본 연구는 업무효율지표들 중 가장 중요한 요소인 업무절차의 수행시간을 예측하는 모형을 제시한다. 일반적으로 기업의 업무는 예측가능하며 장기적으로 안정된 성격을 가진다. 우리는 이러한 특성을 바탕으로 한 대기행렬 모형을 구축하고 그것을 분석하여 정적인 방식의 업무실행 시 수행시간을 예측하였다. 그리고 모형의 성능을 시뮬레이션 기법을 사용하여 평가하였다.

최근 항공기 사고가 빈번하게 발생하는 가운데, 2000년 이후부터 현재까지 발생한 항공기 사고 총 257건 가운데 52번의 사고가 항공기사용사업체에서 발생하였다. 이는 항공사업의 크기와 항공기보유대수에 비해 큰 비중을 차지하는 것을 나타낸다. 그러나 현행 법령 및 제도 등은 항공기사용사업의 업무영역 및 특성을 고려한 안전요건이 충족되어있지않은 실정이다. 본 연구는 최근 발생한 항공기 사고 유형 및 안전요소를 분석하고, AHP 기법을 이용하여 안전요소별 중요도를 도출한 후 그 결과를 기반으로 안전방안에 대해 살펴보고자한다.

현대전에서는 첩보와 정보의 수집 및 분석 능력과 이를 이용한 효과적인 의사결정을 전쟁의 승패를 좌우할 수 있는 중요한 요소이다. 이를 위하여 첩보와 정보 수집 및 분석을 자동화하기 위한 전장정보분석 자동화에 관한 연구가 국방과학연구소 주관으로 실시되고 있다. 따라서 이와 연계된 의사결정 자동화에 관한 연구가 필요하게 되었다. 본 논문에서는 이러한 요구에 부응할 수 있는 전장정보를 활용한 의사결정의 중요한 한 분야인 화력분야를 자동화하기 위한 전문가시스템 지식베이스의 분석 및 설계에 관한 연구이다. 화력분야 의사결정은 아군의 가용 화력자산을 효과적으로 운용하는 화력분배가 중심이 되며 이 업무는 화력분배에 전문적인 지식을 가진 장교에 의해 실시된다. 이러한 화력분배 자동화를 위하여 본 논문에서는 화력분배와 관련된 현행 업무 관련 지식을 획득 및 분석하고 이를 바탕으로 규칙집합을 추출하였으며 규칙 집합들간의 상호관계, 입력요소, 출력결과 등을 식별하였다. 또한 규칙집합별로 세부적인 규칙을 도출하였고 객체지향기법을 이용한 클래스, 객체, 속성들을 식별하여 에디터를 이용해 지식베이스를 구축할 수 있도록 설계를 완료하였다.

조종실은 항공기-조종사 시스템에서 항공기와 조종사간의 긴밀한 상호작용이 이루어지는 유일한 공유영역으로서, 조종사의 인간성능 특성과 조종업무 특성의 체 계적 반영이 요구되어 진다. 인간공학적으로 설계된 조종실은 조종 편이성, 운용성 및 비행 안정성의 향상을 가져올 수 있다. 항공산업 육성의 초기 단계에 있는 국내 에서는 항공기 장비성능 개발 연구가 활발히 진행되고 있으나, 조종실에 대한 인간 공학적 분석 연구는 미흡한 실정이다. 조종사의 인간요소특성에 적합한 조종실 공 간을 체계적으로 설계하기 위하여, -조종실 공간 설계요소의 체계적 추출 및 계층적 구조 설정 -공간 설계에 적용될 인체측정요소의 정의 및 계층적 구조 설정, -설계요 소의 특성 파악을 위한 설계요소간 연관관계 분석, -설계요소와 인간요소간의 연관 관계 분석, -기존 전투기, 훈련기의 설계 제원 현황 및 설계지침 파악, -한국인 인체 측정자료의 Data Base화, -인간공학적인 조종실 공간 설계제원 분석을 수행하였다. 조종실 공간 설계요소로는 143 항목이 정의 되었으며, 설계요소들 간의 연관관계 Matrix 분석을 통하여 선행/병행/후행 설계요소 및 설계요소의 중요도가 파악되었다. 조종실 공간 설계에 적용될 인간 측정요소로는 133개 항목이 정의 되었으며, 설계요소 와 인간요소간의 연관관계 분석을 통하여 설계요소별로 고려되어질 인간요소를 분석 하였다. 또한 설계요소와 관련된 다른 설계요소, 인간요소 및 인체측정치, 설계지침을 종합적으로 적용함으로써 인간공학적인 조종실 공간 설계제원을 제시하였다.

The shared-office business started with the lending of office spaces such as meeting rooms. From this came the coworking space, which maximizes the collaboration among the residents and promotes synergy among them. The purpose of this study was to analyze the characteristics of the coworking space. In addition, this study derived the factors that are considered important among the hardware- and software-level operating components, and presented the priorities according to the importance through a questionnaire survey and analysis for the employees currently utilizing a coworking space. For the results of the analysis, the top elements in the survey were found to be "spatial composition," "membership management," coworking management," and "architectural elements." In addition, when the general items were analyzed according to their characteristics, it was found that there was a difference in priority level among the elements of each characteristic. These results are expected to be useful when designing coworking spaces in the future. The results of this study can be used as the basic data for solving the problems of small companies and the environment, among others. Furthermore, the results of this study can be utilized as the basic data for the development of a collective shared community through linking at the local or national level, rather than being limited to a single space.
