당사 특허부는 경영관리본부와 기술관리본부처럼 본사 관리부문중의 하나이다. 특허부의 조직은 대판공장, 본사 및 동경본사의 3지구로 나뉘어져 있어 발명을 위한 중앙연구소 및 각사업부부속의 연구소가 있는 대판공장지구는 특허출원$\cdot$특허관리 및 특허조사 업무의 담당부문을 각사업부와 관계가 있는 계약$\cdot$상표$\cdot$의장출원 및 그들의 관리업무의 담당부문을, 동경본사지구는 재경의 각사업부 및 당사 관계회사와의 연락, 특허청을 상대로하는 관청\cdot$법단체와의 연락$\cdot$절충 및 정보수집의 담당부문으로 배치되어 있다.

This paper presents a cal center which is a subsystem of a web-based real time monitoring system of intensive care units. Based on Computer-Telephony Integration (CTI) technology, the call center attempts to efficiently and automatically send messages to patients\` families, doctors, and other staffs in hospital via communication media suitable to the occasion. The problem of determining appropriate media can be very complicated by the urgency of a message, calling time, and communication media available to the target person. We use the Dempster-Shafer theory, one of the uncertainty handling methods, to determine the most suitable communication media that will transmit a message rapidly and safely. In addition, we use agent technology to perform the calling process without requiring the intervention of the user of the call center. this call center enables message transfer through various communication media in an integrated environment, and relieves medical staff from the calling process, which in turn will make a contribution toward enhancing medical service.

본 연구의 목적은 화합물 반도체를 생산하는 중소기업의 정보시스템을 설계하고 개발하여 적용하는데 있다. 제품의 수주에서 일정계획수립, 제품 재고관리 및 원·부자재 관리, 생산 가동율 등 생산활동전반에 걸친 업무 흐름을 분석하여 이에 사용되는 기초정보를 얻어내고, 이들 기반으로 관리자를 위한 관리정보와 의사결정자를 위한 경영정보를 Web상에 가시화 하는 시스템을 개발한다. 인터넷을 활용함으로써 기업 정보를 원격지에서 조회, 검색 할 수 있고 빠른 의사결정을 지원할 수 있도록 한다. 또한 기업 내부의 인트라넷 시스템과 연동하여 부서간 업무연락 및 정보시스템에서 발생하는 의사결정 요구사항을 쌍 방향으로 전달함으로써 그 활용도를 더욱 높인다. 본 시스템은 영업, 물류, 생산, 구매, 자재 인사, 회계 개발 등 기업 전체에 대한 자원관리를 위해 설계되었다. 개발된 시스템은 주문/수주정보관리, 제품재고관리, 원·부자재관리, 공정관리, 입출고 관리 등으로 구성되어 있다. 중소기업환경에 적합한 MS-SQL Server를 DB server로 사용하였고 Windows-NT기반의 ASP ( Active Server Page)를 사용하여 전 모듈을 개발함으로써 인터넷이 지원되는 모든 곳에서 접근 가능하도록 하였다.

In the Chinese workplace, the use of SNS such as Wechat and QQ for work delivery out of duty hours has become a very common phenomenon, which is also known as the "new night shift". This study is to empirically analyze the effect of work delivery using SNS out of duty hours on job performance. A questionnaire survey was conducted with 310 Chinese workplace employees. In order to verify the hypothesis, structural equation model analysis will be implemented. Analyzing the questionnaire data and receiving frequent work delivery using SNS out of duty hours will increase job stress, aggravate the conflicts between work and family, and lead to the decrease of job engagement and job performance. The study provides implications for the establishment of related theories by providing a different view form previous research results that work delivery using SNS out of duty hours will definitely improve job performance. In addition, in future studies, it will be necessary to analyze the effect of the moderating effect in converging these conflicting views.

Japanese oil companies have begun to set up a mutual support system to prepare for any large scale oil spillages due to the huge increase in size of tankers since 1973. In 1990, the Petroleum Association of Japan established the Oil Spill Response Department and has been conducting researches on management of oil spill combatting materials and the effective prevention of maritime oil disasters. Japan Coast Guard, in accordance with the regulations of the OPRC in 1995, formulated the national contingency plan and built a mutual-contact network among the related government institutions. Its Guard & Rescue Department. Disaster Prevention Section has been working for the maintenance of oil spill combatting materials and coordinating related work with private organizations. The Japanese government has been strengthening the maritime oil spillage management system since the Nakhodka wreck incident in 1997.

전자메일은 일상의 연락수단 일 뿐만 아니라 여러 목적의 업무처리에 있어서도 매우 중요한 통신수단이지만 사용자는 전자메일을 처리하는데 상당히 많은 시간이 걸리고 있다. 본 논문은 메일 서버에 도착한 메일의 중요도를 자동적으로 판정하여 빠른 업무 처리에 도움을 주는 메일 클라이언트를 개발하였다. 본 프로그램은 수신된 메일 문서에서 송신처, 제목, 문서 유형 시간제한 어구의 출현 유무 등의 여러 가지 속성값을 추출하여 이를 조합하여 저장한 후, 새로운 전자메일이 도착하였을 때 이미 파악된 사용자의 유형을 파악한 구조화된 지식을 이용하여 전자메일을 자동으로 필터링하는 새로운 개념의 메일 클라이언트를 구현하였다.

국가 경제가 발달하면서 개인이나 법인의 영리추구도 점점 더 과학적이고 실리적인, 그러면서도 사회에 대한 공익성을 망각함이 없이, 내적인 면에서나 외적인 면에서나 진지한 발전을 계속해야 한다. 실리적인 면을 외면하며는 그 영리단위(營利單位)는 경쟁자에게 낙후되어 몰락될 것이며, 후자의 비중을 전자보다 지나치게 추구하는 것은 영리 단체의 기본 목적에 위배되는 것으로서, 양계업의 경우 산란계에 있어서 현재 가치가 500원 밖에 안되는 닭을 600원의 치료비를 들여가며 도태를 꺼리는 넌센스와 다를바 없는 것이다. 지난호의 판매부 체크에 이어서 이번에는 생산부를 체크해 보기로 하자. 영리단체의 목적이나 결과가 그의 번영에 있다면, 담당부서의 업무체계와 관리계획의 수립과 통제, 각 부서간의 빈틈없는 연락과 협조는 그 단체의 번영의 밑거름이 되는 것으로서 이의 비능률적인 운영은 귀하의 영리단체를 모래위에 쌓는 성(城)의 단계까지 이르게할지도 모르는 것이다.
