The purpose of this study is to explore the ways for effective operation of System of Administrative Executive Staffs(SAES) by analyzing the perception of teachers and Administrative Executive Staffs(AES). To do so, FGI was used on teachers and AES, in Gyeonggi-do. As a result, teachers and AES agreed with SAES' management and positively evaluated SAES' performance in diminishing teachers' administrative duties. AES classified methods of works-division into 'one-way', 'voluntary', 'discussion' and distinguished 'trivial-works' from 'support-teaching works'. SAES's positive outcomes were strengthening teachers' competencies, establishing AES's identity, changing school atmosphere to focused-instruction. But there were also problems as workload sharing's ambiguity, absence of system for workload-share, poor competencies of members, lack of communication among members, etc. Several ways for the successive operation of SAES are as follows; principal's understanding and positive mind on SAES, offering manual of work-division reflecting the school's real condition, teachers' consideration on AES, offering proper training by considering one's ability.

The purpose of this study is to diminish the risk through identifying the risk factors occurring in the process of real estate development projects, and analyzing and coping with the risk factors, and enable stable advance in the development process by improving the roles and work distribution of the project investor. The results of this study are as follows : 1) identifying the risks of contractions from the step of selecting the sites must be made possible through supplemental human resources expertise in plan and construction of the operation 2) as an improvement scheme, heightening the penetration wall of development projects from the investors, proposing a registration law and a selection standard of construction companies to investors' cooperating companies enabling the growth of superior investors.

The purpose of this study is to examine the quality of the UNICAT which builded by KERIS. For the purpose, this study developed three evaluation criteria: searching, customer support, ease of use. The study are examined opinions of librarians in charge of technical services about UNICAT. The result of this study is expected to improve the quality of the UNICAT.

The purpose of this study is to analyze, applications of the construction management delivery systems according to characteristics of facilities. The adapted research method is to selected four mall in the capital region and then divided them into two groups: CM for Fee or CM at Risk. After analyze each applications and administrations, it could propose proper applications of CM for fee according to CM at Risk. The results of this study are as follows: 1) the CM for Fee was suitable for the projects focused on completing on time and constructing the effective business plan of quality control, and 2) the CM at Risk was suitable for the projects concentrated on the cost reduction through shorten the construction time and the related businesses on quality control.

This paper discusses WBS (Work Breakdown Structure) that is known for technique of basic project management. The WBS use in domestic industries often exhibit errors in Its structure. The most common serious error is space-oriented breakdown structure of PBS (Product Breakdown Structure) that becomes the core element of the WBS. This paper proposes a method to correct the problem of space-oriented breakdown structure constructed in domestic railroad industry. DSM method was adopted to construct PBS containing function-oriented structure. The proposed process and method will contribute to minimize time that take to construct an accurate and useful PBS.

This study investigated and analyzed overseas construction supervision systems to propose improvements for domestic supervision practices. The findings indicate a need for strengthening the role and responsibility of the ordering organization, sharing the workload and reducing the burden on supervisors, establishing a supervision work evaluation system. By implementing these recommendations, it is anticipated that the quality and effectiveness of construction supervision can be significantly enhanced.

This study intends to analyze the meanings and values of shared cataloging in public libraries. Emphasis was on verifying how useful KOLIS-NET is as a tool in order to share bibliographic data and library resources. To the end. this study investigates the recognition and participation of KOLIS-NET in public libraries. Finally suggested is strategies to improve both the poor quality and the poor services. The data needed for discussion were collected by an in-depth interviews with catalogers and a survey with 216 public libraries.
