Much research attention has been directed to identify how native speakers perceive non-native speakers' oral proficiency. To investigate the generalizability of previous findings, this study examined segmental, phonological, accentual, and temporal correlates of native speakers' evaluation of L2 Korean proficiency produced by learners with various levels and nationalities. Our experiment results show that proficiency ratings by native speakers significantly correlate not only with rate of speech, but also with the segmental accuracies. The influence of segmental errors has the highest correlation with the proficiency of L2 Korean speech. We further verified this finding within substitution, deletion, insertion error rates. Although phonological accuracy was expected to be highly correlated with the proficiency score, it was the least influential measure. Another new finding in this study is that the role of pitch and accent has been underemphasized so far in the non-native Korean speech perception studies. This work will serve as the groundwork for the development of automatic assessment module in Korean CAPT system.

This marine total information network will be not contribute to an advance of domestic marine industry through information's common ownership but also international competitiveness strength.

점농어, Lateolabrax maculatus는 담수적응력이 강할 뿐만 아니라 수온변화에도 강 특히 남해안과 서해안의 폐염전을 활용한 축제식 양식대상어종으로 선호하고 있는 실정이다. 다른 농어에 비해 성장이 빠르며 최근 인공종묘생산이 가능해짐에 따라 양식생산량이 증가하는 추세이다. 축제식 양식장어 적합한 점농어 전용사료가 개발되지 않아 대부분 숭어사료(Extruded Pellet, EP)를 급이 하거나 대만산 농어사료를 수입하여 급이 하고 있는 실정이다. 대만산 사료의 경우는 가격이 비싸 어민들이 기피하고 있는 설정이다. 점농어의 대량생산을 위해서는 이종에 적합한 EP사료가 개발되어야 할 것이다. 사료는 양식경영비의 절반이상을 차지하는 중요한 요소로 경제적이고 품질이 우수한 사료의 안정적 확보가 양식경영을 향상시킬 수 있다. In this light of economical engineering, the optimal configurations of ship structure that can save weights, production costs and operation costs should be investigated. This paper presents the general method of optimization based on non-linear programming and its application to weight and/or cost minimization of ship structure. Oil tanker is chosen as a ship type because of simple layout and easy calculation of stress. With the data of 16,200 DWT oil tanker built by KSEC 1980, this paper shows the procedure mentioned above by means of SUMT combined with two selected search methods. Then the differences between original and redesigned tanker structures are discussed.

최근 지역어민 또는 관광객들이 친수공간으로 이용할 수 있는 경사식 상부공의 시공이 많아지고 있다. 경사식 상부공은 수평파력을 저감하는 동시에 사면벽에 작용하는 파력을 제체의 안정에 이용할 수 있다. 그러나 직립식 상부공과 비교하여 전달파고가 커지는 문제점을 가지고 있다. 본 연구에서는 상부공에 슬릿을 주어 슬릿 유무에 따른 파력 감소에 대한 수치모의를 실시하였다. 수치모의에는 범용성이 높은 단면 2차원 해석모델인 수치파동수로(CADMAS-SURF)를 사용하였고, 입사파랑으로는 규칙파를 조파하였으며, 전면불투과벽, 슬릿부, 유수실 바닥, 유수실 후벽에서 파력을 측정하였다. 수치모의 결과 상부공에 슬릿이 있는 경우 뚜렷한 파력 감소 효과를 보였으며, 파력감소 효과로 인하여 케이슨의 중량을 줄일 수 있어 공사비 절감 효과도 기대할 수 있었다.

This paper aims to investigate the actual conditions of the fishing villages and the attitudes of fishery workers. In this study, field research, interview method, and survey research method are utilized. The regions of this research are 4 fishing villages of the Yellow Sea coast and the survey data are collected from 119 fishermen. The results show that the fishery industry has come to a crisis due to the staggering fish catches and fishery income, increasing expenditures am debt, continuous decrease in numbers of fishery workers, etc. In addition, the work morale of the fishermen appears to be very low. They take a dim view of fishery industry and their household financial status. They perceive that their qualities of life are very low as well. The implications of these findings far comprehensive development of fishing villages are then discussed.

국내 선박용 원동기연구는 1980년대에 들어서면서부터 엔진의 성능시험평가, 요소 기술개발연구, 소형엔진의 성능개량연구 등이 연구인력확보, 연구시설 확충 및 연구기반 구축과 병행하여 진행 되고 있다. 중. 대형엔진공장을 유치하여 생산공급하기도 급급했던 초기단계에서 수요확보를 위한 노력이 절실히 요망되었고, 또 부품 국산화, 수요자 요구에 부응키 위한 자체 능력향상은 가공생 산기술축적, 설계능력향상, 수리전문 기술자 및 AS등으로 도모되어 왔다. 외국 기술도입에 의한 생산의 장점-기술도입자체 외에도 세계적인 서비스 네트워크, 상표사용, 새로운 기술의 확보 등은 한국형 엔진 개발을 위한 연구를 도외시해 왔다. 한편 소형엔진에서는 어선 근대화 사업, 어민들 의 엔진성능인식이 상향됨으로써 새로운 고성능 엔진개발이 1980년대에 활발하게 진행되어 상당 한 진전을 보여 왔으며 고속엔진개발이나 대체에너지 이용 엔진개발에도 연구가 확대되고 있다. 본 글에서는 국내 박용 원동기 연구개발동향을 소개하기 위하여 국내 박용디젤엔진 산업과 연구 배경, 개발연구 등에 대한 내용을 실적 및 진행중인 과제를 위주로 요약 소개하고자 한다.

우리나라는 해양사고의 약 70%가 영해 이내의 연안에서 발생하고 있다. 우리나라 연안은 천혜의 어족자원이 존재하면서 전국에 9,352건, 132,416헥타르의 양식장 및 정치어망 등이 설치되어 어민의 큰 수입원이 되고 있다. 한편 양식장 및 정치어망 등 어장은 선박의 안전한 운항에 저해요인이 되고 있으나 해도에 표시되어 있지 아니하여 선장 및 선교항해당직자들에게 항해계획의 수립단계에서부터 고려되지 않고 있다. 따라서 어장은 선박의 해양사고예방을 위한 해상교통 환경개선을 위하여 해도에 표시되는 것이 필요하고 판단된다. 이 글은 어장이 해양사고에 영향을 끼친 사례를 통해 어장의 해도도식 및 해도표시 필요성에 대한 의견을 제시하고 있다.

미국해양대기국(NOAA : National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration) 위성에 의해서 해수표면 수온자료를 실시간으로 제공하며, 이를 이용하여 우리나라는 한국해양자료센터(KODC : Korea Oceanographic Data Center)에서 해양과학정보를 수집 관리하여 연근해 어민 및 수산관련기관에 배포하고 있다. 그러나 원양어업을 하고 있는 선박에서는 통신요금의 문제로 제대로 제공받지 못하고 있다. 본 논문은 이를 해결하고자 수온정보 이미지의 변환, 압축을 통한 통신요금 절감 및 컬러 이미지 제공에 따른 판별력 향상에 도움을 주고자 한다.
